can't lie, the new changes do make Tanya look more like a mysterious sorceress (the way some fans liked to have envisioned her cause of her MKD design) but perhaps they'll make the eyes a variation thing.

and yeah, the Tanya revamp would have had a much better reception if it looked more like the concept art version instead of the Story Mode Tanya. But i'm sure transferring the exact look of the concept model to the game model wasn't easy for them when it comes to hair and face.

Well, that indeed looks more like the Tanya we knew ...though I was getting used to her previous look so that started to feel like Tanya, too.

The skin "issue" never really bothered me, it's not where my focus is at with these characters. But if some people are happier now, guess it's good then :)

Surely she will stand out with those bold colors...seeing how low MKX's saturation levels are I liked the subtle gold, it fits the tone of the game and it just seem very royally and rich. I hope they'll keep that for P2 at least.

I love Tanya's new look, but I didn't mind the previous one, either. The skin 'issue' wasn't an issue for me. I do think she looks better this way, and I love that the white eyes have returned. "Deception" Tanya was my favourite version of her.

I like the darker skin color, I dislike everything else.

There she is, finally; the real Tanya. The gif pic makes it crystal clear the original version was a character that had the name Tanya, but nothing else pertaining to her. Looks like NRS saw Minion's version of Tanya in Ahnka's signature and pretty much copied it. People say skin does not mattter... bullshit it does not. As if people would not be shitting their diapers if Sonya went from a pale blonde to a woman with dark hair, and darker skin. What if Cage showed-up in an MK as a Pacific Islander? What if Jax returned as a Native American? What if Nightwolf returned with Shokan skin? It does matter, and both Jade and Tanya, for whatever reason, got white-washed. Glad to see the gorgeous cocoa skin, white eyes, longer hair, and brighter yellow outfit return because THOSE are the traits that Tanya fans love about her.
