I'm not surprised about some people disliking her white eyes. That's been one of the biggest controversies about Deception Tanya, perhaps the only. Personally I don't care- she looks good either way.

There's nothing wrong with those of us who liked her original MKX look. Sure she looked a mess in the Kombat pack trailer but I loved how her model was developing. i thought she looked well done in storymode and then I found her stunning in the most recent DLC promo ads with lightly colored honey eyes, more slendèr defined face, and better looking hair. Still people claim they saw ZERO difference. Bullshit.

I didn't hate that Tanya and I'm not going back on anything I've said. I would've welcomed that Tanya just as I welcome this one.

Thanks. I'm UK so I figured about 6ukp each(about 10usd). The pack is 25ukp, the samurai skins are 3.50ukp, so 6x4=24 plus cheap samurai? Not a huge saving. Not cheap either.

Liked the old design better. Only thing I thought was odd was the black paint she had across her eyeline.

The completely opaque eyes are just horrible though. Completely unnecessary.

I think that one of her variations shows the white eyes.

I was pretty happy with story mode Tanya.

Those of you who liked her old white MKX look are crazy. This is how Tanya should look.

Her story mode look reminded me of a Hollywood version of an ancient Egyptian. As such, I liked the black smear across rhe eyes. I think both versions are fine, but I really don't like the white eyes of the new one. I kind of hope the story mode version is an alt. I don't think it fit her character very well, but I liked the style.

I'm thinking short hair with normal eyes for Tonfa moves, long hair and white eyes for dark magic moves?!

Can't wait to see the new model in-game. She looks more like the Tanya of old now. I don't really mind the white eyes. They were given to her when she redesigned to be more than a last minute yellow Kitana clone, so I consider them part of her.

Reiko is undead; that's why he has white eyes. Same deal with Sindel or Zombie Liu Kang.

Hotaru, however, was another mistake. Darrius and Dairou don't have white eyes, and Hotaru's just a Seidan guardsman.
As Razor always complained, he ended up looking like Fujin wearing armor.

White eyes used to have story significance until they started randomly dishing them out to people (like Hotaru.) They either meant you were insanely powerful (like Dragon Medallion Subz or Shang Tsung,) undead (like Reiko or Sindel,) or a god (like Raiden, Fujin, or Shinnok.)

As long as that black smear turns into a domino mask, it's a-okay for her to have white eyes again. Otherwise, they dun goofed.

She looked just as tan as she did in MK4 so...I really don't see what people were bitching about.
