Really? I thought they did a fantastic job with stryker.

Anyways my vote goes to "citizen cage"

As much as Cage is a staple of Mortal Kombat mythology, I was actually kinda rooting for Stryker on this one. He started out as kind of a lame character, but by the time MK9 rolled around, they actually made him really cool and pretty badass.

Stryker was the first character I played in my first MK game (MK3), he's always been a favourite of mine. I've always liked Cage too but definitely prefer Stryker. My only complaint is that his alt wasn't his MKA costume, which I actually liked a lot.

Stryker has always been a character I liked to play with while Johnny is just a character I enjoy in general.

Although I hope he matures a great deal in the next MK like he was doing in MKA because NRS tend to take funny too far and make in obnoxious.

I voted for Stryker only because I know he's going to loose.

Stryker is my new favourite kombatant in Mortal Kombat, MK9 has made him a real bad ass and although Johnny Cage is awesome my vote goes for STRYKER! =)

Sorry, but Sephiroth is not the baddest (my opinion) I can't name my favorite boss, but he isn't even on my list. Never beaten a FF game, I will never recognize him has the greatest boss.

I voted stryker because he looked like he needed some help.

I like both but Stryker a tad more.

As one of the few people who liked Stryker from the beginning, I can tell you he is exactly the same in MK9 as he was in MK3. Literally the only difference is they flipped his hat around. It's only people's PERCEPTION of him that has changed now that we heard him talk....same with Nightwolf.

Anyway, I like the guy but I'm still voting for Cage.

I'm going with Stryker, he was the badass in this game.

He's more fit now. He looks a bit chubby in MK3.

I know I should be upset that Stryker is losing, but I'm just not. I love Stryker to death, but I respect Johnny too much to be upset. I'd rather Stryker lose to him than say... Quan Chi or Raiden.



Appearance wise, Stryker is very different. In the past, the costume they set up for the actor was very awkward for him. I mean, he clearly seemed like a pretty big (muscular if anything) guy wearing an extremely tight shirt. Granted, Stryker current costume has him wearing a far tighter shirt (UNF!!!), but they can digitally make him as muscular as any other character (though everyone has the same muscular build).

The shirt was awful. He was a big guy, wearing a tight shirt with a stripe at the stomach. That makes anyone look fat (unless you're Chris Evans, aka 'Perfection').

Otherwise, his personality is the exact same. People don't usually identify others by personality, but by appearance.

Jade because I want her to be my girlfriend.

Mileena is freaking awesome! She's always been awesome and she was easily my third favourite in the old days, Jade being first and Kitana second. As of MK Deception, she became my second favourite female character and she had the coolest outfit of them all. In the newest game she doesn't look as cool as her MKD-MKA appearance, but she still looks really cool and her gameplay is the best she's ever had. Awesome special moves, cool combos, though I wish she had used her sais in her combos more like Kitana uses her fans and Jade uses her staff. Her new storyline is a bit weaker than her old one, but I still think it was an interesting and refreshing take on it. The whole event shuld just have happened years ago and Kitana shouldn't have gotten disowned by Shao Kahn like that, but I do like how Mileena's character was represented in this game.

Jade is and probably always will be my favourite character, so of course my vote goes to her. I have time and time again said why I like her and no matter what MK character she is put up against, I will always choose her.

Interesting that Jade is currently at about 80%. I thought Mileena would walk this to be honest. Tho obviously the vote isnt long started and has a long way to go.

Anyway theyre both such god-awful characters in my eyes that I think I may sit this vote out.
