lol'd at Fast & Furious 7 Drone finale showdown, I'm actually more excited to test out her Drones variation now.

Although if you ask me, I would have merged Drones with Demolition and given her another unique variation one that incorporates her bicycle kick and classic moves, hell they could have just made her military stance a variation by adding more depth to it instead of squeezing it into covert ops.

but no big deal, looking back at what we were given in Deadly Alliance one just has to thank their lucky stars that those days are over!

As for her first Fatality! Drones seems to be a trend, so whatever I'll take it, hopefully her second one is better otherwise I'll just end up finishing people using her brutalaties.

Just watched her Story Mode chapter, she owns a lot of heavy hitters. The gameplay also looks faster than in the last stream.

I watched the variations video thing last night and for the most part, I like what they've done with her. They have relied a bit too much on the drone-related special moves for two of the three variations, but I reckon the grenade attacks will be handy against certain characters. And I love her new wrestling style moves; they really fit Sonya's acrobatic style *and* tie into her military skills.

Sonya has the most beautifull loading screen.
I love it. Got it as my background.
Want to share with you all but don't know if i may and don't know how to lol.

Gotta say aside from Johnnys chapter she is treated so well in story mode. Possibly the best treatment shes ever had.

She had a very poorly drawn mouth that made it look like her top lip was misisng and that she had black shit between her teeth haha.

Yes, she was never treated so well, aside from chapter 1 of course. Also nobody fights her in the Story Mode.

After Raiden she is the one who leads Earthrealm.

Now just asking, do you guys think she will be playable in the next one or she will be replaced by Cassie? I sure hope it's the first.

I'd be okay with her being absent the next game, but i can't see Cassie completely replacing her or Cage for good.

Anyone still bothered that her main costume color is purple/blue and not green? I hope her P2 color is green, any info on that?

I’ve managed to avoid most of the spoilers so far and I’d like to keep it that way but I’d like to know one thing do Sonya and Kano have a confrontation in MKX?
Its sort of hinted at in the trailers but I cant be sure

Sonya and Kano’s rivalry has been one of my favorites ever since the first Mortal Kombat and they have a long history together stretching back to the him killing her partner, it really bothered me when in Deception/Armageddon era they tried to move shift her priorities to Sektor and sort of ignore Kano, even though KAno had a lock of her hair tied to his necklace in his primary outfit.

Even in MK9, I felt they were downplaying Sonya and Kano’s rivalry a little bit. So I’d like to know if the Sonya/Kano rivalry is addressed in MKX or is it ignored, again no need for spoilers, just a simple yes or no will suffice. thanks.

I saw it on YouTube. It is a great chapter. One i Will love to play.
Sonya is chapter 5 and fights. Revenant scorpion. Quan Chi. Revenant Jax ( this is all netherrealm war ) and normal timeline she fights kano. The dialogue is epic and so is that scène between them. Loved it.

What about her winpose?

And Sonya does fight Kano in story mode.
