She'll likely be in the next game, and I'll say "yes" for her. I really didn't like the way she was designed or portrayed in MK 2011, but maybe in the next game, she'll have more development. At the very least, she can be fun to play as though she really needs more special moves.

Yes but she needs to grow the hell up.

Mileena needs to grow up maturely I agree.
But what more moves would you all give her based on her sais?
We have Sai blasts, but that's not enough.
For Kitana she has the fan throw and fan lift.

Yes, of course, although she has become extremely generic in my opinión, but she's huge part of MK
I would like to see a move or two that is more on a strong side. Mileena has always been a very weak character, adding something to give her a little bit more power could do something for her. Maybe have her MK 2 fatality as a move where she just stabs if you're in the radius. Like Baraka's slice and dice move.

Are you talking about the fatality that was used as a basis for her X-ray attack? That could work well. I was thinking that to make her even more of a formidable zoner, she could have a low-hitting projectile attack where she jumps back and fires her sai in an angled downward direction similar to what Green Arrow had in Injustice. If NRS were to use character traits as a staple in their fighting games, Mileena's trait could tie into her Tarkatan side in which she could get some kind of attack boost.

What about that nail spit fatality from MK Gold?

For a special move? How would that work in terms of her gameplay?

Yes. I also like what you threw out. I could see that also.
I just feel that she should have more use of her sais. She did have an attack where she can impale someone, she has her sai throw, then her x-Ray, I feel there should be more like how Kitana is with her fans.

I know what you mean. Another move she could have is one where she sinks down and does a downward stab to the opponent's legs with both of her sai, causing a leg crumple. The enhanced version could perhaps slow the opponent down or weaken their kicking attacks? That might be a bit too strong but the ex version should at least be armored.

I actually like this move a lot more than the first one you suggested.
Another one I did think of is another one from her fatality, but she just uses her sais to more so stick the player to the ground by throwing them at their feet. Just for a stun move.
There's so much they could do with her by adding stronger moves to make her more decent. She really doesn't need to be weak, especially when you could have her use her weapons to a great advantage.

I think that when thinking of special moves for characters, it helps to think of ones based on martial arts skills (hand-to-hand combat), ones based on weapons, and ones based on their special powers (if they have any). From what I understand, Mileena's gameplay is pretty good in that she has a good poking game, builds super meter quickly, and has good mix-ups.
I'd say she's pretty well balanced though I'm sure someone much more knowledgeable can correct me on that one. One thing that could help is making her ground roll hit low instead of mid (not referring to overheads). With all of her special attacks, you can crouch block to deal with them. The only except would be the enhanced ground roll, which does 3 overhead hits before the final roll.

I don't know where she'd fit in terms of storyline but i'm still going to say: Abso-fucking-lutely. Mileena has been one of my favourite characters for a very long time, i just wish she had more material on her clothes.
Mileena could pretend to be as Kitana and help the forces of evil by having this ability. It would be weird to just randomly scratch her out out of the story when Edenia had a big role. She can do something like this.
And this is just me making up as I go.

Mileena is in!

Next up is Mokap.
I know what you're thinking... But he's a legit character in the series, even if he made two appearances that no one really cared about. I'm going to have to say no with this only because he was just in here for Carlos and I don't see him ever making a return to the series. If he comes back, however, it'll shock me and everyone else and such but still. I don't see him coming back.

I wouldn't have a problem seeing Mokap return, but i wouldn't put him in if it were up to me.
I'm sure he wouldn't take up too much memory space, especially if he has 'borrowed' moves/fight style like in the past, but he definitely shouldn't be included to another character's detriment. There are so many other canon characters that need inclusion, development, storywork etc.
So i'm leaning more towards no, but i can't be too emphatic about it.

Mokap is in the same boat as Meat. Where they are joke characters who really can't be taken seriously. Ever. So it is going to have to be a no.
But I actually like Mokap and would like to see him return. If there's an MK Armageddon 2 we'll see him again but until then I doubt it. (I would say possible DLC but no one would pay for him.)

I'm going to say "no" for Mokap, but I think that like Hsu Hao, he could be very interesting from a gameplay standpoint. I see his special moves being heavily martial arts oriented with the enhanced versions having good armor and projectile invulnerability to deal with zoning characters.

I actually never saw Meat as a joke character in Armageddon.
I think Meat has a great deal of potential and I wouldn't mind seeing him return in MK10.
