Everyone knows they're not actually ninjas, except for Scorpion. The term is meant simply to indentify characters with a particular quality.

In my earlier statement I said a "MK Ninja" so I was referencing 'Ninjas' of Mortal Kombat. I'm not defining a ninja. Why would I do that? That has no relevance to what was trying to be discussed.

Again I define the ninjas as the one color scheme masked folk of the video game we all know and love.

As a fellow lover of my favorite female ninja, Jade, I hope we've cleared that up.

Besides Sub and Smoke all of them Can beat the aging process of 25 years.. and subby (somehow..most likely not Kuai or Bi) is already in the game. And smoke has an enenra form that makes him qualify as an immortal being.

Technically we could be seeing every ninja in this game. In which case there would not be enough underwear i could pack to work that day it gets announced to keep my pants dry.

Well the rules are a little different for the guys. Then we bring in the upside down triangle+dick cape rule. That being said with Tanya being moved away from the typical female assassin attire with every game she'll probably barely resemble her one piece leotard wearing sistren. Like we all know Ermac is a ninja but he barely looks it anymore.

If there was an earth ninja to take over Tremor's weak spot. He can be a golem created in Outworld.

Tanya is not a ninja. At least not with her current back story which all we know is her parents were Edenian nobles. But that was after Edenia had freed itself from Outworld post MK3. We don't know what Tanya was doing the whole time Edenia was merged with Outworld. Maybe she was doing ninja shit, we don't know. So nothing has confirmed Tanya as a ninja, in the technical sense. Now that Edenia never got freed in the new timeline, who knows what her story is going to be.

Like I stated earlier, Kitana, Mileena, and Jade were trained in martial arts their entire lives and were stealthy assassins. What is more ninja than that?

But in the new timeline only Kitana and Jade were ninjas. Skarlet is not a ninja because she was just created, like Mileena.

Ninja has to real story line meaning though. When we say "ninja" in MK most people know where talking about a group of characters that share a certain aesthetic.

Another good point, Tanya has never had a mask either.

To me that's the biggest visual difference between her and the Kitanas and Mileenas. Everything else fits but that might be more a slant against the MK teams designs pre MKDA.

I'd like to think that the way Tanya dress is simply because of her being an Edenian woman. Sindel dress that way as well and she is definately not a ninja.

It was stated earlier that Boon himself identified Tanya as a 'ninja', however your fact is duly noted. I actually forgot that she has never worn a mask.

Another necessary fact is that Tanya better be in MKX. I'm just saying.

I for the life of me liked him. Yes he wasn't all that looks wise but given that this game is focusing on a lot of NEW faces and since Tremor wasn't playable outside a Tower mission from the Vita port I see no reason why he shouldn't be welcomed to the family. A lot of these Nobody characters became somebody.

That maybe true lol. But look at it this way. Cody SF. Rock throwing projectile. Would be cool to have an Earth Based character like Tremor to utilize the rock / boulder elements. It's definitely something new in the series. We have fire, ice, wind, lighting, aura, telekinesis, acid. but one thing we lack is earth based rock attacks. asphalt, boulders, pebbles etc. Rocks can be thrown to a great degree. And cody made that fun, so can tremor.

I would be into Tremor making a return. I'm trying to imagine a world where NRS has the imaginative genius to really make him come out as something great though.

I mean when you say the idea "throwing rocks and boulders" I could see NRS doing just that.... Creating a character that is throwing boulders a great distance. Blah.

Meh, I say give it a shot. Even if he was doing just that I'd like him better than D'vorah or Ferra/Torr. I'm trying to gripe less about Cassie Cage, because I've disliked Sonya and Johnny Cage for 20 years so that is just a given.

Besides that, maybe he could at least become a DLC. The only thing I ask is....give him his own character. By this I mean, don't make him look like a Sub-Zero/Scorpion etc type design.
