Actually, Ermac has existed since MK1 as a glitch turning Scorpion red and with the name "Error Macro" appearing in the health bar. That's also why Ermac got an MK1 skin in the newest MK. It was a really popular rumour, hence why Ermac was "big with fans since MK1".

I don't know. I don't think any of them are 'the strongest', because none of them have ever been evenly matched to show their true abilities.

Okay, first off, you make no sense whatsoever. Was I where? Existing during the first Mortal Kombat? Yes, I was two when I played the game. Did I play with the rumored character? No, why? Because of this:

The rumor of ERor MACross originated in MK1 where there were people claiming that there was a red-colored ninja in this game due to a glitch. It was proven to be false that there was indeed no such character. But the rumor mill continued on to where the creators of the game finally decided to create this so-called rumor into an actual character called Ermac.

Ermac's first appearance was, yes, Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3. But the origins of his existence began during the first game.

Whatever,I bought a gaming console after 10 years just to play mk9 and with my favourite charcter sub zero so thats my vote.

Glad to see Sub winning, he is certainly the best character from the MK franchise.

You must not have a clue about the rumors of his existence, which have been around since MK1, up to his official appearance in UMK3.

I know. It's perfect. The scruff, the armor up to his neck. Everything about it is just how I've pictured Sub-Zero to always look. Except the gloves, but that's just because I don't think they should cover the Ice arms. Also he doesn't look old as dirt like in his DA appearance. He just looks naturally aged. Minus the dragon medallion to possibly because we don't know if he will even get that in this timeline. I do hope he somehow gets reverted to being human though and looks like this. It's amazing.

Him being human again is 100% majority did not like it, myself included. As far as the look goes we can only hope for NRS to make him like that, but i am not sure if they will go that route.

I VOTE KUAI LIANG. That's my all time favorite. I always loved his story, gameplay, and looks. His MKD costume I did like, but I won't cry if that look doesn't return. Yet I feel it should make a return simply because that armor had history. It was crafted by Bi-Han and Kuail Liang's ancestors, and the armor, which was like a medium for communication between Subbie and his ancestors, saved his life during the tarkartan ambush in the Living Forest.

MK9 did capitalize on Kuai Liang in my opinion. I love the look(and the fuckin sound) of his new kori blade. To me it suits him better than that big heavy ass sword he had in MK:DA-MKA. Yes does kind of supress his emotions. I give credit to the Lin Kuei for that. He also focus on his mission goals, also 1-up to the Lin Kuei for that characteristic. I mean just look at how he left Jax and Sonya hanging after they pissed of Big Mac. He didn't have time to help LMFAO, but at least he told sonya the quickest route home. ermac was never a real glitch in mk1. it was a joke printed in a friggin magazine. there was no ermac glitch. there are no red ninja pallets in mk1. this rumor was laid to rest years ago, so get over it.

the mk team seen the reaction it got and ran with it. dont you remember "ermac who?" message at the end of mkII?? the rumor was so popular that he made his actual debut in umk3

ermac got popular in mk9? hes always been popular, but to say mk9 made him a top character, then why is he #13 in the official mk9 character selection stats?? the 2nd place character, raiden has 871 million, and the 1st place, scorpion, has over 1 billion selections. that right there shows who is the most popular character.

A debut essentially means the first time something is mentioned, right? Well, the whole "red ninja" thing was first mentioned in the first MK, even if it was just a rumour started by a magazine.
His first playable debut was in UMK3 though.

Again, who cares? I just don't get why you let someone get to you so easily. Be the bigger person and avoid/ignore the argument. Just chill and relax. No need to get so defensive.
