I like both of these characters a lot although I've really played much with either of them.

Again I love the Brotherhood of Shadow characters but I'm also kind of partial to Cyber-Sub.

I've always liked Sub Zero, I've never particularly liked Quan Chi. Sub Zero has always had fun gameplay and a cool storyline, Quan Chi keeps popping up everywhere in the storyline. After the most recent game Quan Chi went from being somebody I was alright with, to somebody I dislike. They greatly overinflated his role in the original storyline which was incredibly annoying . I may not like Cyber Sub Zero much either but at least we can still play as human Kuai Liang.

Quan Chi is troll I hate him. I just want him to die.

I love them both but I think I love Subz just a little bit more.

They both had some pretty brutal fatalities, though Quan Chi's were always funny as hell lol

You guys actually chose noob over scorpion?That characters has nothing interesting about him.He was never interesting,beside the fact that he was some kinda spirit thing or whatever.And he went from uninteresting to uninteresting and absolutely terrible in MK9.There was no explanation as to why he thinks he's better than what he used to be,why he thinks his brother is just terrible.Nothing,we get one or two sentences from him,and people love that fuck! Well, this poll seems to be directed at more hardcore MK fans *since it's on a MK site, a site casual gamers probably don't frequent*. The original Sub Zero has a pretty big fan base with more hardcore fans, I don't see why it's so surprising that he beat Scorpion. Also with us more hardcore fans, Scorpion is thrown in our faces more than usual since we go out of our way to find MK info. Scorpion can be considered the face of MK, and probably does have the biggest fan base out of all the characters. But usually with the biggest fan base comes the biggest hate base, so it makes sense that people would vote against him because they've had enough of him lol. I like him, but I do like Noob more, so...

No we voted for Noob because we like him more. Sub-Zero is equally as popular as Scorpion but people are apparently more annoyed with Quan Chi.

It's like how Kano loves being what he is; a big-time criminal with a big payout in cash. Noob loves being himself. His attitude towards his younger brother is probably an effect of the corruption in Noob's soul.

It isn't terrible, just harder to get good with. I enjoy playing Noob Saibot up-close, commonly using these strings: 2,1,2~Shadow Upknee. 2,1xxShadow Slide. F+3,3xxUpknee. F+3xxSlide. F+4,3~Shadow Tackle. B+2,1xxSlide/Ghost Ball/Upknee. D+4~Upknee/Tackle. D+3~Upknee/Tackle. B+1,2,xxUpknee. B+1,2xxUpknee. 1,2~Slide. But I agree that spammers/heavy zoners will find solace in Noob Saibot.

I think Bi Han, in both forms is definetly the MOST interesting character in the MK franchise.

As Sub-Zero he wanted to do good, he was deep down a good guy, but his loyalty to the Lin Kuei tainted his sould with evil. He was the perfect, and only foil to Shinnok in that he was evil enough to enter the netherealm, powerful enough to defeat its armies, but moral enough to do it to save humanity.

Then they whole creation of Scorpion, and Quan Chi alligning with Shang Tsung (and all sub-story's that resulted from this) was just because Shinnok wanted revenge on Sub-Zero.

Noob Saibot is such a dangerous enemy that Raiden offered to ressurect Scorpions entire family and clan in order to avoid the menace...

Asharah was created in respons eto Noob Saibot as well, Noob is so damn evil and powerful that killing him will free her soul.

Then you have the intellegence that is Noob Saibot, he willingly fought along Scorpion (the man he killed, the man who hates him more than anything in the world) knowing their true past...while Scorpion had no clue. Then Noob Sabataged everyone. And depending upon stopryline either took over the Neatherealm, or created an army of demon cyborgs and began his takeover of Earth.

In MKDeception I found one trait very interesting, they repativly (in Noobs and Sharah's storylines) states that Noob wanted to remain in the Netherealm that he had liked what he had become. Its ironic, due to MKM, it like The Netheralm finally called him home...his true calling.

Then there is his relationship wth both his brother and Scorpion, the potential there is unlimited. I also like that he's been apart of all the MK's storylines, particularly liked how his ending mentioned Shinnok and Foreshadowed MK4 in Trilogy, I also like how he cannonly killed Goro in Deadly Alliance...and the most interesting thing about the character is the time and effort the MK team put into making him the original Sub-Zero...MKM basically foreshadows it, and then MKT builds upon the MKM story and foreshdows it even more, then MK4 hits you over the head with it...yet everybody was still like "Holy Crap!" whwne Deception came out. It was planned all along, the hints were there, but they were soo subtle...it was just awesome how it was handled.

Oh and Boon Tobias...come on, he;s interesting as hell!
