Jax forever! One of my absolute favorite characters. I have very fond memories of countless hours of Jax MK4 sessions and it helped me take my mind off my serious illness at the time. Deadly Alliance came out around the time I got better, and it was great to play him again. Shit, I even bought a second-hand copy of Special Forces because I love the character so much.

And yes, I also enjoyed his MK vs DCU incarnation.

MK 2011 and MKX did wonders for him. I loved his grapple-based gameplay. There was nothing more satisfying than breaking some poor fool's back, and I was glad they kept this play-style for the recent installment.

His story, I admit, was always lackluster: But if MKX did one thing right, it was finally giving Jax depth and some character traits.

Jax will no doubt be around for a long time yet, and I am perfectly happy with this.

Jax is at his best ever in MKX. Great movesets, his best look ever, and a strong story mode appearance. He gets my vote and I hope he goes far this time.

Hsu Hao was always pretty good. But people love a good punching bag.

I could name at least a dozen characters worse than Hsu Hao, but Jax takes this one by far. MKX took every character to a whole new level, both gameplay and design-wise. I can honestly say I never liked to play as characters like Kano, Kitana, Mileena and 80% of the remaining female cast. MKX changed all of that for me.

Jax it is.

But who knows, it's early in the battle.

The highest win margin has been by Kitana in the first tournament who defeated Darrius with 89.9%, if I recall.

He is a huge, fucking shitstain on the face of the MK franchise and he needs to be eradicated as soon as fucking humanly possible. DISGUSTING!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!

MKX is the first time I cared about Jax since Deadly Alliance. My favorite design for him by far and loving his fatalities and general attitude.

I actually didn't like Jax in terms of moveset until MKvsDC, whereas HH's DA combos are pretty strong, and in Armageddon, irony abounds as the character they didn't want to bring back was arguably one of the strongest.

Voted for Jax even though I haven't really enjoyed him that much since MK2. Hsu Hao, honestly, I think I'd be fun if NRS took him as a challenge and said "let's see if we can make this character cool." Just redesigned him from the ground up. Maybe kept his clap move, his ethnic background and his Red Dragon affiliation, but gave him a new look and changed just about everything else.

Could they fix this character? Who knows. I'm sure they'd never try.
