His name is Eagle. Origins from the first SF game and appeared in the later remake of SF Alpha/Zero 3 and also in Capcom VS SNK 2.
He's confirmed to be a homosexual.
His name is Poison Kiss, originally from the Final Fight series as an antagonist, but later appears as Hugo's manager. He is a transexual, confirmed to be born a male but has been surgical turned into a woman.

I don't know, I think it's kinda cheating, I think we all should choose least favorites from pre MKDA games. It's too easy otherwise lol. That being said, I'll go with... stryker. I do like him and he looks awesome in this new game, but he isn't as appealing to me as the other characters. Maybe this'll change when MK9 comes out.

"The Street Fighter character Zangief has long been thought of as being homosexual, although this was disputed in Capcom Fighting Evolution, where it was stated that he had a girlfriend. The Street Fighter character Eagle, who appears in the original Street Fighter as well as in Capcom vs. SNK 2, has however been confirmed to be gay, as a tribute to Queen singer Freddie Mercury, although several of Eagle's quotes obviously displaying his orientation were censored in the North American version of the game. In the more recent Super Street Fighter IV, the prologue of the fighter Abel hints that his character may be homosexual due to "settling down" with a fellow French mercenary. Also from Super Street Fighter IV, Juri Han is hinted of being possibly a lesbian, or even a bisexual female. It is especially evidenced in Chun-Li and Cammy's rival cutscenes where Juri has the audacity to ask them out for less than pure reasons before proceeding to kill them."
So it seems Street Fighter has a history of homosexuality. Isn't it about time MK becomes a little gay-friendly as well?

One of my fave GG characters, Testament, could easily have been gay though. He has some sort of maternal instinct when it comes to other gears, and there's nothing cooler than a gay goth with a huge-ass scythe. XD

I don't think Abel is gay. There's a strong possibility that his son is Remy from SF3, as it is strongly suggested in the games. Abel is just French. :P

Omg! Drop it! Why hold a grudge against someone just for asking you to do something; not even asking you, giving you a choice to do something or not... You know Jaded-Raven is right about maturity. He is very mature about situations and did not say anything to harm you in any way... Think about it and consider holding onto your grudge. Don't spoil the thread for something as lame as this.

It's not like he'll have to parade around with an "I Like Boys" T-shirt or have a story where attraction to other men is the main focus. Just a simple cutscene where his dialogue shows or suggests that he's gay or bi would be enough.
If Mileena's dialogue can scream "I'm a horny slut," which is entirely irrelevant to the game's story or even her own story, then there is a way of establishing a gay character in MK without the need for any actual romance or sex.

@Jaded-Raven, I didn't know that either, SF3 is one of my favorite games! I always like learning new pieces to it's story. I think that's a reason I'm starting to love MK again. It's lore is starting to get deeper, the characters are growing more dimensions in this game, and I love background stories.

Indeed, SF has some nice lore. My favourite character, Cammy, has one of the deepest stories I've ever seen in any fighting game, however, people tend to simplify character backgrounds in fighting games, because they don't find it important. It's a shame really...
