After Emperor Kahn's Reptile fanart was concept art, it's not that much of a stretch anymore. I'll bet they look to fanart for some inspiration here and there after so many games.

The only thing that makes me feel a little bad is that they could make stuff like Emperor Kahn's reptile into an outfit for the game seeing as how they did it with Cold War Scorpion.

forgetting the costume, This identity change was probably the worst part about the new Tanya. I just hope the MKX team don't ignore the fan complaints and return her old skin color at the very least. I can live with the new outfit (cause i'm sure the alt will be 1000x better)

She looks a bit darker than the mess from story mode in the 'coming soon' advert so hopefully they've heard us.

I'll be happy to have Tanya regardless of course but the racelift is such a bummer.

I'm still excited about Tanya. Don't care about her skin tone.
I I'm more upset about the costume. It shows that they didn't put too much thought into it. And that they probably will do the same with her moves and fatalities.

I finally play the game today and I was not very happy to be honest.
The variation thin is a bit annoying.
However my favorites to play with are

Kotal Kahn is one of my least favorites. So slow and complicated.

People see whatever they see.

Humans all over the world come in an infinite amount of sizes and shapes and kolors and mixtures. You cannot just look at someone and tell what their background/ethnicity is.

At this point, there is no point in arguing what Tanya was or is. She is whatever.

Kassandra Cage is an albino next to Tanya, did you guys not see in Storymode? ALL the kharakters stayed out of the sun in MKX, they are ALL more pale than ever before, Kitana, Mileena, Shinnok, Sonya, etc.

Nothing in the universe is permanent, anyway. The kharakters are always going to have gigantik makeovers, all of them.

If you are big Tanya fans and you have some extra koins in your wallet, you guys will buy her DLC and not care what kolors are used in MKX.

I'll buy her anyway, obviously, but there's a difference between Reptile getting a lizard makeover and the black women of the series constantly having their skin lightened. It happened with Jade, it's happening with Tanya, it's a recurring problem and it has real world racist implications. They are the only human-looking characters who have their coloring changed between games. Nobody else has even dyed their hair!

I dont understand the complaints about Tanyas appearance. I think she looks amazing. Her skin is a little lighter but she is still dark skinned. The shorter hair fits her. Her face does not look manly she just looks angry.

Of course Tanya looks different. Its been 8 years since we have seen her. Do Scorpion, Kitana, Raiden, Sonya, Johnny, or Kano look the same as they did in Armageddon? Lol no.

Is that konfirmed? Anyways, I look very forward to this epik DLC!

I can't wait to hear what Tanya tells all the other kharakters.

Right now, my favorite kharakter is Kassonya Carlton Blade Cage.
But really, everyone in this game is extremely epik and flawless. There is not one single kharakter that I don't like.

MKX is the best. All the kharakter dialogues and alternate kostumes, all the amazing detail, it's just perfect.

Has anyone seen the concept art 'femme fatales' in MKX? It shows Tanya concept art, including a full size one of her current outfit, and it actually looks really amazing!
