Unicron Shinnok!

It may grow on me, but Shinnok's main costume [oops, I mean 'the costume they showed us today because that may be an alternate'] reminds me of Zarok too much. Yeah, Zarok from the MediEvil series. Not that that's a bad thing because I like MediEvil, but I expected something different and more God-looking, but that's the point of alternate costumes.

I guess it does have a 'Netherrealm' vibe to it tho.

I honestly liked his voice.

Plus his FUCKING X-ray. Brutal though not as cosmic as Raiden's.

Pretty solid except for his little baby bone arms on that last variation. What were they thinking?

Should've been glowing arms, see through to summon the bones. Looks hella funny though

I wish they would give Shinnok his MK4 Voice. Its so BOOMING.

I want them to give the characters unprofessional voice actors like in MK4 so it has that b-level charm!

Lol, I like Shinnok's MK4 voice and all it's flaws :p.

Shinnok looks great, I just hope they didn't jam him with a Practice mode breakdown. They didn't just focus on Shinnok there, they focused on the Practice mode as well, The lord of the Brotherhood of Shadow deserves his own breakdown with a tournament player.

He looks great nonetheless. Was really looking forward to his intros, though :'(.

He's absolutely perfect! 100% Satisfied with him this game. His Moves xray just fabulous. 100% Main man for mkx.

Don't think anybody could argue with that, I love the backhand slap is the best, I'm waiting for them to release the video so I can make it my sig, I really like it. Shows a lot of his personality :).

I wouldn't be surprised if they intentionally played him in a mode without intros, his could be very spoiler heavy.

His Xray is sassy as fuck! Love it

I don't know how to feel about Shinnok.

Pros:

- Amulet move is nice and enhanced can cancel projectiles.

- His variations all look pretty good

- It's fucking Shinnok

Cons:

- His universal moves suck (Random shoulder charge and Shang's up fireballs)

- Not digging that costume as a primary

- Necromancer gives him T-Rex arms

I'm torn. It's like they are doing the very thing he had trouble with in MK4. They are giving him Shang qualities and it bothers me. He should be getting away from Shang not closer. Ugh. But his variations are so good they almost make up for it.

Holy Shinnok. I'll be using him as my secondary for sure.

And though I don't like his bone-arms either, can you imagine what his X-Ray would be like while he has those arms?! That's hilarious!

Also, he fucking BITCH-SLAPS the enemy in his X-Ray, and their jaw breaks!

I like that... A LOT! lol. I can't think of a better XRay for Shinnok, it really does show his personality that he is an Elder God who doesn't even bother with pitiful mortals, you can also see that in his moves. I'm really liking Shinnok's personality in MKX.

He is the final boss, no doubt about it. He looks pretty powerful and he has the amulet.

I thank lord Shinnok for providing me with a great sig, lel.

He looks so great. I'm not really too bothered by the skeleton arms, and while I do think his universal moves are kind of lacking, his variations more than make up for them; Impostor could lead to some interesting stuff, and I'm looking forward to calling forth giant skeleton hands.

Guess I am in the minority that likes Shinnok's fleshless forearms/hands in Necromancer variation. I do agree this outfit is just ok, but his other two are great. All 3 variations show great promise; the clone move opens up so many combo possibilities depending on who you play; his bone weapon moves looked great in combos; and the classic giant skeleton hands is what any Shinnok fan should have expected/wanted. I do agree the 3 "netherballs" are a Shang rip-off, but they are both sorcerers, magic isn't exclusive to one spell caster.

Erron looked great, Liu.... zzzz, it's Liu Kang zzzz, and Shinnok is in my top 3 list, along with Raiden, and likely Erron.

I can't wait to see that necromancer X-ray! Watching people getting backhanded by a skeleton hand will be awesome.
