It's not all bad I like Cassie. I think the best thing to ever come from Johnny'sWife was Cassie Cage. And I do like the retro Sonya skin+fatality which makes it a perfect sendoff (or fuckoff) for her as a playable character.

God yes. I got to play online yesterday at a friend's house for a long while, (all them Scorpion players like woah) and nobody knew what to do against Kitana. With the exception of a few talented D'Vorah and Kung Jin players.

As for Kitana's buffs, like I said, I doubt they will help with the casual crowd that much. However, quite a few of her moves have much better frame data now (she was negative even on hit on some of those, lol) so she shouldn't feel as sluggish anymore. So maybe that (and the other buffs to a lesser extent) will help her become a new favorite for someone...

Oh of course I'm simply saying I just won't give a shit about Sonya after X.

If they didn't introduce someone better maybe I'd like her. She doesn't look like an ugly man with big fake tits in a vest anymore, I think Tricia Helfer voices her, Her primary is sort of like her movie counterpart, and of course MK1 stuff. These are all good things.

But the thing is they did introduce someone better and you can't have them both in every game going forward so..shove off Sonya.

Considering the Predator has been out for a week and is primed to pass Tanya shows that he is very popular. In fact the Predator is being used more times a day than Scorpion. Will be interesting if the Predator can keep this up. Jason has overtaken Jax likewise Raiden has overtaken Johnny Cage. Kung Lao has managed to ovetake both Sonya and Mileena while Shinnok has lept above Kano.

Predator in a week is well on his way of surpassing Tanya's one month plus of usage, no wonder there is just one spot reserved for female dlc.

They didn't handle her right, she wasn't anything out of the ordinary.

And people need a character to be special in order to pick it. They want to play as the Ice guy, the Thunder guy, the Whips guy, the Aztec warrior.

Tanya didn't stand out. That's NRS's fault. Predator is just a recognizable figure. No wonder people pick him.

And NRS will force down our throats more guests because now they have a basis for it: they sell really well.

Well, NRS, they sell really well because you don't know what to do with your characters to make them stand out.

However, they have made old characters stand out before, like stryker, kenshi, Quan chi, and they seem to be doing well with tremor.

Maybe it isn't that NRS can't do their own characters but only that they had no particularly great ideas for tanya specifically. (I'm sure MKO could bombard me with ideas but NRS understands better than us what ideas are actually viable)

We cry so hard for tanya but fail to realize that there might be a reason she has been missing so long.

Also I hardly think optional guest characters are "forced down our throats". Although not including them in a pack may not be a bad idea.

How did not NRS handle Tanya right? NRS changed her model because fans were complaining about her original. They also brought back her moves while adding the teleports in every variation giving Tanya air supremacy no other character has. They handled Tanya very well.

How will NRS force guest characters down our throats? The guest characters are the most popular DLC so that means people like them.

Tanya was handled well, in fact i think they did with her the best that could've been done with the character. Some characters just will never be super popular no matter what you do with them.
