I'm sure Smoke is the better seller. He's had 20+ years to gain fans. Khrome only existed from Jan' 2014. People say Khrome was in a Mugen game but there is no proof of this on the net, at least none I could find.

Khrome is like Tomorrowland, starting off with a few people but eventually becoming the world's #1 festival. Khrome fans eventually will outrun Smoke, Noob, Chameleon and Rain fans, and maybe even Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Tremor, Reptile and Ermac fans.

I think Tremor's variations murdered Khrome.

I also think that Tremor having these variations does kind of hurt the chances of this Khrome character ever being....well, real.
