Why wouldn't she return based on some stupid list? She'll play differently obviously if she returns for the next game, does it really make a fucking difference since the game is gonna be completely different from 2011? I mean this argument about lists and gameplay really seems wasteful seeing how you're gonna get every character playing three different ways.

With probably only 24 characters + one wasted on a guest, so 23 characters.

We probably have to wait a VERY long time until the next reveal... We almost have to wait a year or so, and only so many reveals remain...

If they want to do this right, we'll receive many reveals within the next year. There's also so many more juicy details I want to know besides the roster!
