New subzero. One that has personality. Oh burn
Scorpion calls him a murderer and he says he grows tired of maintaining his innocence, well why would Kuai Liang ever say that? He's a good boy and Scorpion would have no reason to call him a murderer. My guess is that there will be two Sub-Zero's in one character that fight a little differently. We can get mean Bi Han and sweet Subby.

Or, it could relate to refuting the claims that he/his brother/the Lin Kuei murdered the Shirai Ryu, which Quan Chi told Scorpion in MK4 (or a little earlier in regards to Bi-Han being responsible.)
He also says our innocence, instead of my, which I (again) assume relates to his brother, himself and/or the Lin Kuei.

Here's what I think is going on with Sub-Zero:
In MK9, Noob got thrown into the soulnado and the whole thing explodes, and we don't know what the hell happened to Noob. Also, Subby gets killed by Sindel, allowing Quan Chi to gain control of his soul.
My theory is that Noob's spirit goes back to the Netherrealm after having his physical body torn apart by the soulnado, and he happens to stumble upon his younger brother's corpse. He possesses the corpse. There's also a possibility that the corpse will contain both brothers.

I mean I took it as Bi Han wanting to embrace his inner killer but I guess it could mean that Subby is tired of maintaining his clans and brothers innocence. But I'm not sure! Also I didn't like how he looked without his mask. Not handsome enough to be Kuai Liang

On two separate occasions.
Scorp thought Kuai WAS Bi-Han in 2 (Gee, I wonder who told him that load of crap..."Oh hey, y'know that guy you obviously already killed? Well turns out he's at the new tournament somehow. Better do something about that, eh Hanzo?"), found out otherwise and made peace with him at the end of 2 and even fought at his side in 3, and Quan convinced him "No actually, Kuai killed your clan" in 4.

His younger brother's corpse was a robot.
And it died in a church in New York City, why would it be in the Netherealm?

The corpse IS in Netherrealm
As to why it would turn back into the human version, I don't know, maybe Noob allows it to be reborn that way or something of that sort.

That's not his corpse, dude, that's his soul.
His body is still laying in the Church, waiting till the end of the game when Raiden says "let's go tend to the fallen", i.e. bury the dead.

Doesn't make sense to me as to why the "soul" would be the cyber version when the soul should represent what the original body was. This can also be said about Jax having his mechanical arms. Also, why would the "souls" appear to be zombified and already show bodily damage? It just makes more sense that they are reanimated corpses.
Either way, the theory can be easily modified to fit the soul angle better, perhaps Noob runs into his brother's soul, attempts to liberate it, and in the process the two are reborn in the same body.

That's an interesting theory. I love all the speculation that accompanies this phase of the game's development.
It could very well be Kuai Liang, he says "our innocence" and maybe he's saying that on behalf of both brothers?
For as much as we know I think he still might be Kuai Liang. Only because ever since Kuai Liang became Sub-Zero he had to deal with Scorpion because of what Bi Han did. And as mentioned, in the original timeline for MK4, Quan Chi pitted Scorpion against Sub-Zero by telling Scorpion that Kuai Liang also played a role in the murder of his clan and family. So if they adapt that part into MKX, it would make sense for Sub-Zero to respond as "our" to Scorpion's comment because he keeps having to defend him and his brother for the accusations of the murder of Scorpion's clan.
Just my thoughts for now until we get more info of course.

I have a bad feeling Noob will not be returning in this MK. Sad news Indeed, I think the speculations here are correct.

Or a green gaseous orb.
The only rational explanation is that NRS did not really bother with this question.

Scorpion is not the smartest character in the MK Universe. Look how easily he's talked into things. Scorpion does not care if its Bi-Han or Kuai Liang. If you're wearing a Blue Ninja suit and calling yourself Sub-Zero that's all Scorpion needs to go after you. There is no Bi-Han or Kuai Liang to Scorpion [atleast this time around it seems] just Sub-Zero.

The logic is definitely not strong with Hanzo. Sub should just tell him that Sektor killed his family. Knowing Scorp he would totally buy it.
Sub-Zero has a GRANDMASTER playstyle option guys (and I think it's the one that puts a second emblem on his chest).
Right now I really think this is Kuai Liang and that during the span of 25 years, we're going to see how he scapes netherealm (hopefully with Sareena's help), how he recovers the Lin Kuei and becomes grandmaster and how he finds about his origins in Outworld given how he also has a cryomancer playstyle.

When your mind is constantly clouded by rage and anger, it's hard to see most logic.
The same goes from being when you're a creature who is hatred manifested and resurrected for the sole purpose of exacting revenge.
I wouldn't expect him to wait to think things out, where he'd normally just say "I'm going to kill this guy now, and ask questions later." and then when someone dupes you, and you find out, it only makes you more angry.
I would say this will indeed be the game where Scorpion finally kills Quan Chi.
