Calling you out on your badly made points does not equate to me berating you, and I've only seen YOU disregard somebody else's post in favor of accusing them of being an alt, so don't go calling me an asshole when the way you've conducted yourself throughout this thread has hardly been exemplary. Is your blatant hypocrisy a result of idiocy, or a complete lack of self-awareness? Honest question.

You were actually engaging in an actual discussion with directhit ("a bunch of people", huh?) by the time my post came up. Outright lying about the number of people you were having a discussion with at a given moment is as pathetic as suggesting relevancy on an Internet forum matters. ^_^

1. For starters you came at me all of a sudden when I NEVER talked to you? I was being perfectly open to discussion with Baraka407, Jaded, martin and mkmileena until you chipped in your 2 cents being an asshole as usual. "Absolutely nobody is arguing anything you wrote. Keep talking to yourself, though". I would call that disregarding someone and being rude for no good reason.
We were having an actual discussion (which you obviously know nothing about, judging by your history in this website) and then suddenly your irrelevant ass pops out of nowhere to throw an insult. Sorry but I am gonna be a douche to someone who is a douche to me.

2. Try and find ONE post that I insulted someone without him starting with me first. There's 3 people in this website that are always rude to others instead of discussing the actual thread.
Redsumac and that makes EVERY thread that I've seen him comment on. It's always him insulting someone for no good reason and then there's the usual shitstorm. I can name at least 5 users here that he's been awful to.

Oh man, I have been ignoring this thread for a couple days, I pop in to see whats happening and apparently I have missed WW3. Everyone and their mothers just flaming at each other.

Kind of upset I missed the fun.. especially when @directhit is one of the contenders.

I don't really like Sonya but I agree, the game will kick ass.

I meant Sonya kicks a lot. I still feel as though her inclusion would be a wasted spot. No matter how bad-ass she ends up being.

I personally don't think Sonya and Johnny are necessary for the roster, but vital for story mode.

(original topic) I'd be very disappointed with no MK4 appearances; Quan Chi, Shinnok, Fujin, Tanya, Reiko and Kai have so much to give.

(other side topic) Just because a character doesn't switch sides doesn't mean that character has no development. Mileena has developed slowly, not very much but she has still developed. Then she along with everyone else got retconned, so it's kinda moot.

(other other side topic) I see the merit of looking to the popular lists and rosters of the previous two games for those that are MORE LIKELY to be included, but it is by no means a hard and fast rule, certainly not something to get worked up over.

(other other side topic) I liked Mileena's fighting style in MK9. It was uncomplicated, easy to learn but takes a while to get the subtle nuances down. Very different to the others. Competitive-"ness" means very little, because if a style fits one person, then it says nothing for how useful it is for everyone else.

No, of course not, because Quan Chi, Shinnok and Fujin will all be important to the story and it would be ridiculous if none of them were playable. It would also be ridiculous if they didn't try to revamp at least a couple of the MK:DA/D/A characters.

That said, I would bet money that the entire MK1 roster will be playable in MKX.

The kicker is speculating how many MK2/MK3 characters will be playable. Honestly, I see maybe two making it in, and my bets would be Mileena and Reptile.

I hope Ermac is on the list of returning MK2/mk3 as well
