I wonder where the Sub-Zero figurine will be in that box? Anyone have any ideas? The artbook looks rather insignificant, but the figure looks sick as fuck.
I'm really torn between the collectors and tournament editions. I need to know the quality of the stick, and what the Sub-Zero figurine looks like before I make my decision.

Do you think they'll ever release the other two retro costumes for all the stores? Also, does anybody know the price of the kollector's edition and the price of the Tournament edition?

I'm sure the stick can be modded with better parts.

That button layout is the classic Mortal Kombat arcade layout.

inb4 everyone bitches about our 2 favorite ninjas on the cover
Ha! You can dress your avatar as MKII Kung Lao...nice
I wonder if these pre order bonuses for the costumes are just quick unlocks but they are actaully in all versions of the game, like what happened with MUA when each store let u unlock a character early but they were in every version of the game.
The scorpion figure looks cool, I wish they showed the sub zero since he's one of my favorites.

Apparently not! Also it looks like you won't get the art book either. Glad I realized that today before I went to amazon!

That's what I was afraid of when this was first posted, and I read it.

I know. I yelped when I saw that.
Gonna have to pay an extra ten dollars for one-day shipping, but it's only a couple dollars more than the two-day.

Nope. That really annoys me, too. The tiers should be adding things to the package, not trading them for different things.
Fuck you,NRS. Fuck you hard.
Now I'll have to get both editions. ;_;
My wallet... You're pillaging it!
Ah,the MK Palette Swap Stockholm Syndrome rears its ugly head again.
Now,don't get me wrong,I think Classic Reptile looks insanely badass. But nostalgia goggles aside,he's still a generic ninja in a pajama and split-toed slippers. There is no possible way it will even come close to any actual original design he's ever had.
BWAH HA HA HA HA HA HA
Oh god,were you serious?

They can do that stance changing thing, where they shift positions. I'm pretty sure that's what it'll be.

So, i was thinking on just getting the CE for the figures, but that stick/case looks too good to pass up. Can anybody confirm whether or not the tourney edition gets the art book though? That's something I'd really like to have

Hmm run button replaced with sp button? like that xray and counter. Or maybe a throw button.
It could be a customized button just for you to select what it does.

Yea that's what I have always liked about Halo legendary editions and COD prestige editions. I either want all of the content or just the game, not have to pick between two things. but if I had to pick I would probably go with the Stick seeing as how this boring halo reach statue is just sitting in my room and I want to sell it. no need for more clutter. I can at least use the stick.
