Nope. She's not. I get that it's your opinion and I try not to comment on opinions but Frost will never replace, nor become more popular than Sub-Zero. Especially since she is looked at as Sub-Zero with tits in the first place.

Even if she had throwing ice daggers instead of freezing, or just different moves in general people would still see her as a semi knock off of Sub-Zero.

She is not the next Sub-Zero mainly because there is no next Sub-Zero. Sub-Zero is his own character and Frost is her own character. A character that quite frankly just doesn't measure up to Sub-Zero. If she replaces him in the next game it will just make people hate her more because Sub-Zero ain't there.

Scar_Subby maybe replace was the wrong word but i think frost could be made alot better if given the newest mk treatment. wasn't the point of having frost being trained by sub to be like the student excels the master.

she hasn't been in very many games besides mkda/mka so i think she can be improved.

i understand she will most likly never be better than sub -zero. but if he were to miss a game and make a return it would allow frost to shine abit.

look at ice man from x-men. he does lots of cool stuff with ice like create ice spiky armor, slide of ice,wall of ice, some other cool stuff.

he's alot different than say kula diamond from kof. she skates. throws snowflakes,creates an ice ball around the oponnet and so on.

both are very different and both play different.

Frost is the only female ninja with a hard mask (Cyber Skarlet aside, duh!) and could potentially start a series of new ninjas. Can you imagine: a yellow hard-masked female Shirai Ryu? Chances are endless. Yahoo!!1!

I predict Rain vs Kitana to be the closest contested battle of this round, of course only MKO users can vote, and since Noob Saibot is a top 10 popular character, and most of the users who actually post on the boards (from what I can see) want Scorpion to lose...Noob vs Scorp may come down to forum members vs casual visitors which could make it a very hotly contested matchup.

There is no comparison between Frost and Sub-Zero. It should be illegal to vote for Frost, punishable by a slow and torturous death including severing of the genitals while being forced to repeatedly watch Mortal Kombat Annihilation with the sound too loud.

I like Frost, and I like Sub-Zero. The only reason I voted for Subby was because he won a coin toss.

Which we did – to an extent. With every match you could be a hipster if you voted for the one instead of the other but it necessarily isn't hipsterism if you voted for Moloch. If you think it's a stupid motive to eliminate Scorpion, OK. Some think that it would be a stupid/boring result if Scorpion won as well (obvious). I like Scorpion but I don't desire him #1: fair enough? We've already gotten past that match so I'll just proceed to Sub-Zero vs. Frost on which I have already commented, seeing insults with Scorp talk or not.
Hoping we don't have to deal with this relatively minor case once again.

And with that said, I want Bo' Rai Cho to come back. Seeing him lose broke my heart into a million pieces. I know his farts are dumb, but he was one of the main characters who made Deadly Alliance and Deception (especially Deception) so much fun to play.

I'd make an assumption that most of the people have a subconcsious gripe with you having a "vote down Scorpion" banner ). Voting against Scorpion is one thing (he's not Buddha), but to some people that banner looks like mind influence, and the only example at that (unless I personally have missed someone with a "vote Raiden down" or "vote Sub-Zero down" banners). So I guess it's less of the fact that someone doesn't vote for Scorpion due to personal motives (hey, they're personal), and more due to the fact that a personal motive-driven pattern of behaviour is extending beyond the person displaying it.
I may not lie republicans or democrats, and that's my business. But as soon as I get all "vote Obama/McCain down", you know it's become something else.
