Hsu Hao was an... interesting concept, but he basically just seems like he was mashed together randomly, both in appearance and his gameplay. I never thought he made sense, he didn't have consistency and he wasn't good at anything. All the things he COULD have been never happened. He is probably the most undeveloped character ever in MK's history (besides Chameleon, that is). All that said, I don't hate him. He's just easily forgettable and uninteresting.

Cyrax however has a really good storyline, he is well-designed, his gameplay is awesome with great special moves and cool fatalities. His latest appearance is the coolest so far and his human appearance is quite cool as well, though simple in design. I am just glad he didn't get the palette swap ninja look!
My favourite cyborg ninja used to be Sektor, but Cyrax have won my heart.

Never cared for cyborgs... Always thought they were stupid. That's not to say Hsu Hao isn't stupid but... I don't know where I'm going with this.

i voted for cyrax. cyrax is my favorite cyborg out of sektor/smoke/sub-zero. always loved his green net. he was my fav in mk3 because the lack of scorpion, and reptile.

hsu hao sucks in my opinion. only thing he had going for him was that wind clap move and his beam fatality. ripoffs of marvel's hulk and havik.

I wish we would've found out the real name of Cyrax in MK9. Now I can't create too many nicknames for him. Anyway, I'd like to vote for Cyanide-Anthrax for the simple reason that I like his gameplay. He's ashtounding in many other ways too but they only add to that.

Cyrax was one of my favorite characters in MK3.

Cyrax was awesome in MK2011, especially in his human form. I must say NRS did a great job with that.

Hsu Hao is one of my favorites, so I voted for him.

Hsu Hao was a throwaway character. He was build up as rival for Jax, but he hadn't anything to make him worthy in that capacity. No memorable specials, no interesting design decisions, no interesting personality or storyline. It was a right decision to kill him in MKDA.

Cyrax on the other hand always was above average as a character. He had very interesting specials and in MK9 he received interesting personality and gameplay. In terms of design - he is the best looking cyborg right next to CSZ in a new game. And with his ending he has a tonnes of development potential. So, I vote for the Cyrax.

I like Cyrax. But his story bored me to tears.
