Wiat? It's over? Who won Ermac or Reptile, last time I checked it was really really close, but Ermac was in the lead.
Anyways voted for Khameleon solely on storyline and not seniority.

Baraka of course.
Baraka is a savage, brutal, vicious son of a bitch. I always liked Baraka since MK2. But I kind of lost interest in him after he kept making frequent appearances. Still like him a lot though.
Khameleon on the other hand, is really boring to me. Her story is meh, her appearance is questionable. Transparent with boobs? I could give less than a shit about Khameleon.

How can the very first secret character in fighting game history loose to a game error? This doesn't make any sense. Oh no, I think. . . . . . I think i just gave up on humanity.
LOL just kidding
It is a darn shame that Reptile lost however. so close and yet so far. Anyway there's noway that chameleon is going to beat Baraka. That guy is to ruthless and bloodthirsty to lose to a character like her. I voting for Baraka.

Ermac VS Reptile was a tight match, one of the better that didn't involve just kicking out the less popular characters. I just wish all the match-ups was that equally put together.
Anyways, Khameleon is interesting, but she has absolutely no originality to her at all. She's a female Saurian, so that's something, but Reptile is already a Saurian and he came first (and was supposed to be the LAST one of his race), her moveset is based on the female characters and even her transparent skin was taken from Chameleon. That said, she at least had a storyline which really needs to evolve if she is EVER going to be a character on par with the rest of the roster. She's got potential, but it hasn't been touched the least.
Baraka is awesome! I like his storyline of his race, the Tarkatan being a mixed breed of Outworld citizens and demons of the Nether which has turned them into these savage beasts loyal to the throne of Outworld. His appearance is cool with the big sharp teeth and the blades sprouting from his arms, really cool weapons btw. And his moveset has become more solid over the years. He is overall a realy nice character and a good alternative to all the "pretty" characters. He's the perfect henchman character, though I would like to see him evolve past that at some point.
So I vote Baraka!

Well, to be honest, MK2 would be the only game that he interested me in since I never played Triology. He looked really cool back then, probably because I was like, what, four when the game came out?
Later on, I just feel like they did nothing to him and they still have with him being in this game. It would have be interesting to have him be really cool in Deception, but because not too many characters did in that game... Which later became a reason why I greatly dislike Deception.
With Khameleon, what is there to like other than finally having a story that connects herself with Reptile and her race? Nothing really, because having powers of all of the female "ninjas" is surely an awesome thing to posses when really... it isn't.

Hmm, they're both pretty irelevant the plot, but I feel Khameleon has a better excuse since she only ever appears in Nintendo games (I'm not saying that Nintendo own the rights to her, but I don't ever see her becoming multiplat simply due to tradition)
I loved Baraka in MK2 and again in MKD (never played gold) however in MKvsDC and MK9 he kind of bored me, dispite loving his look.
But I've never really liked Khameleon at all, so my vote goes to Baraka, if he returns which I'm sure he will being quite popular, NRS need to do something new with his gameplay.
Baraka, I choose you.

Yeah, you're right, I guess ). It's just that when a poll is limited to hardcore fans, you're able to predict certain tendencies. For instance, quite a number of fans would vote Scorpion down out of sheer spite when pitting him against Sub-Zero. The funny thing for me is that I haven't observed that many Scorpion fans doing the same to Sub-Zero, though I don't know if that's an indicator of larger decency on their part or simple impartiality towards the issue. The votes from numerous casual gamers would rub out the effects of those spite-driven votes.
If Sub-Zero wins in the end I won't be surprised at all. It would be like if Superman won against Batman in a poll held in a retirement home, where the folks live in the aura of the 1970-1980-ies, while in the meantime Batman is the clear fan-favorite among the masses.
