This. Rain looks badass, but the veil is lame and his entrance seemed a little awkward.

Gameplay wise I'm extremely interested to see how viable he really is. Too bad my xbox live account doesn't work when it comes to buying content. Fucking lame as hell.

Even Trilogy was smart enough to "disallow" such a combo (though there are infamous infinites involving Rain, no doubt).

I'm sure his moves become disabled after a certain number of hits, much like Trilogy. He may have a way of "resetting" that, though, as some characters have.

But given Rain's infamy over his MKT infinites,
I'm betting they checked him *extra* hard this time

I fail to see this copy paste thing everyone is talking about, just because a move looks similar does not make it the same move. Case and point Skarletts blood ball (remeber all that bitching over a move that didnt end up being copy and paste)

The noob teleport = A grab (totally diffrent)

Nightwolfs lightning = used to juggle (looks quicker)

I see two moves, both of which are NOT copy and paste (i gesse we will find out when he comes out)

Rain had the Lightning Bolt popup before Nightwolf.
Thank God Nightwolf's is only a popup as the EX version in MK9,
leaving Rain's much as it has always been.
(though Rain's is probably blockable, unlike Nightwolf's... but I'm fine with that differentiation).

If anything (IMO) the intro could've been better.

If you don't like the win pose then you obviously never played MKT

I have always wanted to see that pose brought back I loved it when I kicked someones ass with Rain or Reptile and they did that win pose I would literally do it myself I loved it so much
