thanks Mojo6 for the review of kevshi. i know i could of put more time into him but i was pretty busy as it was. i like that you gave me honest feedback even though it seemed a bit harsh. i only spent an hour on it. kevshi name i got from using my name which is kevin and combining it with kenshi. i was going to add enhanced specials, do an alternate attire that was compleatly different then his main and some other stuff. Mojo6 check out the character i didn't use called bio in the loser something? topic in the fan submission thread.

could of done alot of stuff different. i had dozens of characters in my head. also kevshi wasn't my main choice. i chose kevshi because i knew that kenshi was going to be dlc.

Fun facts:
1.Ekimaru has a hard time when it comes to shaving his facial hair..

2.He polishes his katanas after every use for atleast an hour for each respective katana.

Interesting facts:

1. Ekimaru's tongue is as sharp as his swords ,meaning he is very direct and to the point.He is very arrogant and aware of his inteligence he will often look down on his opponents.

2 . His swords names are :

æ3£ã„ている日 Which means 'Crying sun'

æ€a惰ãaヤモãƒa Meaning "Lazy Gecko"

You're quite welcome but my intention certainly isn't to be harsh, merely honest. I'm being careful in the wording of my reviews so as to provide objective feedback of what I perceive to be strong/weak points of concept, execution, and stylistic grammar of an entry. It sounds like with your entry, time constraints and a desire to capitalize on the popularity of Kenshi significantly effected the design of Kevshi.

You mentioned having some more original ideas (like with Bio) and I encourage you to explore these concepts. Also, if grammar isn't a strong point for you it's certainly alright to bounce drafts off of friends to help clean them up. Understanding and accepting our weaknesses in a discipline is what makes us improve. That's why I feel good critical analysis should extend beyond solely highlighting our strengths with simple "pats on the back". It's ultimately a disservice.

Fun facts:

1. Annette is a Pisces, with Scorpio rising.

2. She has a mezzo-soprano singing voice and was often assigned the lead part in group numbers the girls at the brothel would perform. Her other half, Etienne, was generally a back up dancer and singer, having a countertenor vocal range.

Interesting facts:

1. Annette's natural gifts make her soul basically a lighthouse for dead spirits. They are drawn to her and if they form a bond, she can allow them to use her body as a vessel to tie up loose ends, allowing them to finally find rest. Well, that would be the case if she could control her magic, as of yet, she cannot.

2. Annette/Etienne's eyes are the first thing to change when they change shape. Annette's blue eyes, Etienne's green eyes, and a mysterious pair of dusty pink eyes are the first sign that something is stirring.

So that's how Crow's reviews are working. At this point, he's at Gendo, the eighth person to be eliminated. That is only from the 2nd day so it's going to take him awhile to get to certain people.

1. Malice tears and blood are slightly matalic rust in colour due to the metal running through her body.
2. When using her psychic powers she referes to it as "tasting" She even claims evey persons thoughts and memory has its own flavour!
Interesting fact:
Malice actually has a 3rd personality called "innocent mind" This personality is quite child like, whilst still unbalanced its certainly safer then the others as it really has no desire to fight and is infact scared of the other two.

Serenity gets killed by Mr.Mute during the invasion of the wu shi academy, goes to the netherrealm, gets revived my marek, but is corrupted.

Mr.Mute just escaped after killing me and is in outworld.

I was going to save a 'behind the scenes' commentary until after my character got eliminated (I'm hoping he doesn't but I'm realistic) but what the hell. To quote Mario, "Here we go!"

Yaray

Interesting Facts:

1) The name Yaray comes from the Celtic word for a sheep's small intestine. At first I didn't like the name that much and only kept it because it was a palindrome (there's a few in my kharacter submission) and intestines sounded very MK appropriate. Also, I see that body part as both orderly because of it's incredible digestive ability and the chaotic nature of it's physical make up.

2) A lot of my inspiration came from the Malibu comic mini-series Goro: Prince of Pain where the concepts of Order and Chaos are introduced to the MK universe (non-cannon of course). There is a God of Order called Abacus and a God of Chaos unfortunately named Zaggot. The brotherly deities manipulate Goro much like Yaray is tested. Zaggot even has a crow named Rook in the comics.

Fun Facts:

1) I was originally going to have the secondary costume being an homage to Two-Face; I thought it would be fitting because of MK vs DC. However, the fact that Two-Face's suit is so iconic and I can't have anything that covers the upper torso because of Yaray's splitting ability, I changed it to the Star Trek reference instead.

2) In my original backstory Yaray is created by a renegade group of Chaosrealmers and Seidans. One of the main perpetrators of this act was the chaotic High Priest Skrab. Not only was he conveniently an ancestor of Havik but his name came from an early unused name for Havik, which was Skab.

I really should've started on Shang Tsung's island with the KaK RPing. Now I'm just stuck in the deserts of Outworld and I have no idea what's going on in the main story. I need to go back and read and maybe try and (re)introduce myself.

1-His past tenure as Shang Tsung's right hand Shadow Priest has lead him to discover and learn many magical spells, abilities, and talismans.

2-Since defecting from Shao Kahn's service, Marek has become more merciful and believes in giving any foe he faces a fair fight, only using his magical abilities against the strongest of Kombatants.

Fun Facts about Deon:

1. Deon's last name (Bordeaux) is also the name of a port city in South Western France.


2. Deon blends into the world of normal Mortals by working as a Psychologist and he also ends up helping Sonya Blade cope with her grief due the loss of important people in her life, which is why Sonya and Johnny Cage save Deon in the first place, they had no idea he was a wizard.


3. Deon's soul has a duality, his human form and his finch form comprise half of his soul hence why I always referred to him as "they" before the tournament began.

His soul's duality gives him a higher level of consciousness and allows him to resist, repel, and cancel out Quan Chi's mind control spells on himself and on other people of the living (but not the dead).

Some fun facts about Khaali.
1. She wears skin or clothing removed from her most recently vanquished opponent. When she goes naked, its because she hasn't defeated a real opponent in a while, and she is punishing herself for it.

2. Like many who spent time amongst an army, she actually makes allies fast, regardless of her fearsome demeanor.

3. Like most creatures with feline blood, she can be easily distracted by fast moving lights and darting objects, and if you touch just the right spot, she'll purr for you.

Okorik fun facts:

1.His favorite foods are rice balls. He eats them constantly and makes them himself. In fact, he is the best chef for rice balls in the entire MK universe.

2. Okorik frequently spends 10 hours a day sharpening his blade and honing his skills in combat for the day when he finally meets a worthy foe.

Interesting facts:

1. The headaches Okorik frequently suffers are the result of the magic corrupting him slighty wearing off which allows the good soul of Kiroko to take control of the body. As a result, Okorik's body is inhabited by 2 souls: the evil Netherrealm servant and the kind-hearted Kiroko. The evil part is currently in control but if something were strong enough to weaken the evil within him, Kiroko's soul could take control for a while but unfortunately can't remain for long due to the strength of Netherrealm magic.

2. As a child, Okorik was taught the art of Ninjutsu by his family. As a result, Okorik is extremely agile and is incredibly sneaky. Combined with his skills from years of experience as a samurai, this makes Okorik one of Quan Chi's finest warriors in both stealth and battle.

1. Tyron Magnum has two different personas. When not preparing for a fight or currently fighting he is very respectful. His militant father did teach him some manners.

When promoting a fight or in a fight he is very disrespectful. He loves to get in an opponents head similar to Muhammed Ali but with very dirty language similar to Tyson.

2. Loves women and claims to have banged more women than Wilt Chamberlain. He probably wants to make Khaali purr. She might have four arms but he is willing to try something different. He would probably be afraid of her eating his dog though.

3. Does not adjust to fighting monsters of netherrealm or outworld well. MMA is barbaric and he has fought the best earthrealm has to offer but blood thirsty killer beasts, missle throwing robots, demons and spirits of Hell kind of freak him out.

Some interesting Facts about Shiku:

1. His soul was fused with his staff in Outworld.
2. Shiku has become a half-wraith that can sense "life forces" and is able to feel the presence of ghosts, spirits and the like.

Fun facts

Shiku is big on fishing and eating sloppily. He also carries stink bombs made of fish innurds, skunk juice, stink bugs, rotten eggs and milk.

Can go into what is basically shutdown, in a meditative state, and sleep for eons. The trick is waking up.

Shoulen & his race. Factions.


Fun facts:

Shoulen likes to play hide and seek with his eyes blindfolded while playing with the younglings.

Dreams of flying in fresh air. Rather than in Outworld stale musty atmosphere.


Facts:

The Shoulen do not care for any other race in Outworld apart from their own. Even before they was hunted.

The Shoulen are not a spiritual race, They follow no religion or any God.

And Kenshi's Tele-Flurry almost knocks us of the main page.
