Never had a boyfriend who liked MK, alas. My ex was a collegiate swimmer, so he wasn't much into sedentary video games at all in fact, haha. Boy I'm talking to now likes Pokemon, which is a plus, so maybe I can sway him over to the polar opposite of violent video games.
Going along with the past previous posts, I'm about as masculine as they come. I go to the gym, run, bike, hike, etc. Lots of "straight" activities, I suppose you'd say. My friends have no idea as a matter of fact, nor has anyone actually called me out on being gay. My little secret, I suppose.

So I'm kind of new around here. I was on the Midway forums back around the time of Deception and MKvsDC. I don't know what took me so long to get on these forums. But I'm here now.
Honestly, I had no idea there would be so many gay MK fans. My most recent ex loves video games but knows nothing about MK. I am teaching him now (we are still good friends).
My favorite character is Johnny Cage. I just loved him as a kid and even though he's become more and more douchey I still love him.
Favorite female character is definitely Jade. I guess us gays love ethnic women.
Other favorites of mine are Noob, Ermac, Kitana and Kenshi (who I'm hoping will be DLC).
Oh, and that Rain render is hot. Us gays should get something like that, at least as DLC.

I'm still friends with my ex, he got me obsessed with Oblivion for a while, and I watched him play games from time to time. He got Tekken 6 just for me, but was only motivated to play it when I was around lol. We'll see how MK goes. I counted your vote, and yes, Jade seems to be the gaymer favorite hands down.
If Rain had that costume, I would always use it and probably play him about as much as I play Kitana *not because I designed it lol, but because that would be hot*

Nah, not out unfortunately. Going through a sort of "epiphany" if you will... but the older I get, the more I feel like my friends really wouldn't care. It's not like I'm changing anything and my mysterious lack of girlfriends, ever, should be red alerting everyone anyways. Guess I play it off well. Family's my main concern. I'm the only boy, so it's just nervewracking... In due time.
I've always had an affinity for the female characters in fighting games though. MKII was Mileena, UMK3 was Jade, MK4 was Tanya, etc. etc.
As for the males, Cyrax was ALWAYS my all time favorite, moreso than the females. The net, the teleport, and most importantly, the helicopter fatality.
