She has a good storyline, cool personality and great looks... the only thing that makes her really lacking is her gameplay which is the definite factor in a fighting game.

Design wise she was one of the best females of the 3d era introduced. I was actually hoping that they play up some type of rivalry between Kira and Sonya for some reason. As long as they change up her moveset, I would love to see her return.
I'm actually hoping we get something similar to Sindel's alternate costume as an alternate in this game. I thought the burgundy, silver, black combo was perfect, her hair and that crown really gave her that feel of a gothic Queen, an amazing look for sure.

Haha I know right? Aside from Ermac and Sindel's ending for Deception that ending was epic, I was actually hoping it was canon, Kobra is unbreably wack and uninteresting. I didn't care for his generic fireballs and when I first saw him I was literally expecting him to Hadoken somebody, he's like an evil Ken(minus the coolness of course).
