Definately Jade and Mileena. I love their outfits in this game. I also think Sektor and Cyrax's redesigns are cool, and Noob and Ermac look great as well.

However, most of the characters haven't changed much in their looks. Nightwolf for example looks just like he's always looked like, and still incredibly boring too... and then there's Scorpion who's outfit is simply ridiculous looking with the overflow of unnecessary details and additions to his outfit that makes him look like some cartoon superhero action figure. I seriously don't know what NRS was thinking when they made his outfit. Sub-Zero is on the other end of the spectrum, looking incredibly simple next to Scorpion, but it actually looks good.

My favorite female character is Kitana. Ive grown to love her recently!!!! Been playing a lot of UMK3 lately and WOW Im a monster with her. Her fans are so hardcore and sexy. I mean she rocks as Princess she rules the throne!

My favorite male character is Liu Kang. Robin sold my love for Liu before that I hated him with a passion! But I loved him in Mk v.s. Dc :) I love his persona hes the top hero Mr.MK! Whats not to love? Hes Bruce Lee junior lol

Of course I'm going to say Kitana, she's the most upgraded of all in my opinion. But after her, I'm going to say it's a tie between Jax and Stryker. Jax is back to his old glory, and Styker is smokin hot, I actually like him *physically* this time around. As for best redesign gameplay wise, Sonya, she just looks so badass with her rings and flips.

I am a proud Gaymer and actually mi favourite characters (as cliche as it sounds) are Shang Tsung, Sub Zero and Scorpion. I have been playing them forever in every game that has come out. I also looove reptile and the cyborgs.

Regarding females, my definite favourites would be Mileena and Kitana. They have had the best rivalry I have seen in any fighting game and I really enjoy playing as either of them. I think that every female in MK (except the ones introduced after UMK3, in my opinion they all suck) is interesting and has something special to bring to the table. My favourite MK game would definitately be MK2.

Hello, welcome! I counted your vote, thanks for contributing! I like the females, I think I stopped liking the new ones after MK4. Li Mei and Nitara were alright designs, but the girls after that game where really lackluster to me. It must be a unanimous thing because none of the post DA girls have even made the list lol

I could never get into Ashrah, she was horribly annoying to me. But I will admit that Kira shows a lot of promise, story wise. They built a great concept, then threw it all away. If it was just her and Kabal, she'd be alright, Kobra sets her back sooo much. His lame spreads...

I agree completely, they got all three of them right. Their designs are quite a bit different from their original concepts, while still remaining true to their established looks, they outdid themselves on those three for sure:)

Jade for sure looks stunning, I love the gold and black that they added to her costume, a very nice touch indeed. I'm also definitely a fan of her holding onto her staff during combat and having it extend.

Noob is perfect, I enjoy Cyrax and Sektor's redesigns too.

I'm literally in love with Ermac's redesign, it's a nice blend of his Deception and new details, I love the direction they took Ermac, he looks a true mystic/wizard/psychic.

I agree in Nightwolf, although I really do like his teal esque bear claw necklace and the beading in his head band, his costume does come off as much more bland.

I'm middle of the road when it comes to Scorpion, I like that they're emphasizing his "Arachnid characteristics" but it would be nice if they toned it down a bit.

Sub-zero's outfit is cool in this game, but I liked the MK v.s. DCU look a lot better. I liked the whitish silver designs and that black flap around his shoulders( don't know what it's called).

Kitana looks stunning, I was a bit iffy when she was first revealed, but she's definitely grown on me, I love the detail on her render, she looks very elegant and regal.

You pretty much summed up my thoughts when it comes to Jax, he looks as he should, I love his dark green pants and the fact that Sonya and Jax both have dark green as their main colors, a nice homage to their real life green berets counterparts.

Stryker is a hottie fasho in this game, it's the perfect update to his MK3 look and while I was ehh on the front words cap initially, it looks terrific, the psycho-tech team is a for sure deal now:)

Sonya looks amazing, I would have given her an undershirt and heeless boots, but she is indeed amazing looking, she looks like a brawler and very scrappy which is perfect.

I LOVED Kira's looks. She's not stunningly beautiful, but she definately looks like a badass chick. And her alt is awesome as well. I am just so disappointed that she had no original gameplay at all, because her character, her looks and her storyline were very nice. And I'm a sucker for that crimson red hair and the hairstyle. I also loved Sindel's MKD alternate hairstyle... ^^
