NextGenMK, Christian is still injured, and was not expected to be at Summerslam, though there may be a possibility of him doing a run-in and costing Jericho the IC title.

- Thanks to WWE.com for the following:
Eugene wants revenge after his mentor, William Regal, was ripped apart by a furious Triple H last week. And hell get it tonight: Eugene will team with World Heavyweight Champion Chris Benoit to face Evolutions Cerebral Assassin and Randy Orton.
So close to Torontos SummerSlam spectacular, itll be interesting to see The Crippler get in the ring with the rising star challenging for his title on Aug. 15. Its a mix of emotion and talent that makes for one hell of a RAW match.
Not to be outdone, two-thirds of SummerSlams Intercontinental Championship Triple-Threat Match will square off tonight: Chris Jericho faces Edge in a grudge match brought on by their problems in recent weeks. The animal Batista must be brimming with confidence knowing his two Toronto opponents will soften each other up tonight.
Theres one crucial piece missing from SummerSlams Till Death Do Us Part match a contract signing to ensure a commitment to the unusual and binding stipulation involving Lita. All three involved will meet on RAW to ink the deal. Will Matt Hardy and Kane save their energy for Aug. 15, or will the contract signing bring more fireworks?
Be sure to tune in (9/8 CT, Spike TV) to find out which girl from the 250,000 RAW Diva Search Competition is going home and surely there will be more interesting things in store for the gorgeous Diva hopefuls.
- HHH had originally wanted to wrestle Randy Orton at Wrestlemania last year but he recognized that it was way too early for Orton. The booking plan last year was to have Orton win a feud against Mick Foley late in the year, and then Shawn Michaels, with the feeling that it would get him ready to wrestle HHH at Wrestlemania. That of course didn't happen though, as the Foley feud was delayed until Wrestlemania.
- There is a lot of internal feeling that if the finish to the Benoit/Orton match at Summerslam involved Edge, it would possibly tip off the fact that JBL's title defense against the Undertaker would be similar in that Heidenreich and Paul Heyman would cost Undertaker the title. It is still unknown whether JBL or Undertaker will be going over in the match but should JBL retain, that is the scenario at the moment.
- The plan is still for Orton to defeat Benoit for the title at Summerslam with the idea that Edge will turn heel and cost Benoit the match, leading to a natural feud over the Intercontinental title between Edge and Benoit.
- HHH will most likely continue his program with Eugene following Summerslam and stay out of the World title picture for now.
- The planned challengers for Randy Orton during his title reign are currently Chris Jericho, Shawn Michaels, and Chris Benoit, though that may change.
- We have heard rumors that Shawn Michaels will return at Summerslam, doing a run-in following the match between Kane and Matt Hardy.
- According to an article found in Minnesota's Star Tribune newspaper over the weekend about the Minnesota Vikings training camp, Lesnar apparently refused to sign a Brock poster, which a fan approached him with. Lesnar explained that he will no longer sign wrestling merchandise.
"That was a part of my life, and I just don't sign that stuff anymore," Lesnar said. "Just in case I never go back. They'd have that and they'd just sell it on eBay."
- Rikishi is said to not be interested in working for TNA for now. He apparently came away with a bad impression of the promotion after the few shows he has watched. He also figures he won't be used well, given TNA's policy of pushing their own homegrown talent above others.
At this point, Rikishi is hoping that WWE will eventually bring him back. He is also looking into other indy promotions as well.

Well, the plan is to have HHH beat Orton at Summerslam. No idea who is face and who is heel.
And as for SS, I really want to see the Triple Threat. Batista is too good. Too bad he wont win.

BTW, I think you meant Triple H beat Orton at Mania XX1. Trips might be the face and Orton might be the heel, or visa versa. Nobody knows, but those are the rumors so far.

Whoops, typo. Yeah, I meant WM21. Thanks for correcting me MKG. Man, I was planning on getting tickets to see WM21, since it's only about a 40 minute drive to Staples Center from where I live, but I doubt Ill have the money. Damn it!

Ur name kicks ass. Sabu is one of my all time favs, I've seen him and RVD put on some great matches in person at quite a few ECW affairs.
As for the dodgeball, anything with Stacy is good for me :)
Welcome to the forum of all forums, and yes, Raw vs Smackdown will be excellent, especially if online play pans out..

Welcome to my thread. Yeah I'm looking forward to SD vs. Raw, it'll be the best wrestling game ever. As for which team to win at dodgeball, I hope the WWE Divas kick those "wanna-be Divas" asses.

whats going on with matt hardy, lita, and kane? does anybody have a clue on who going to win at summer slam?

I'm gonna say HBK comes back (after his injury by Kane) and do something to cost Kane the match.
However, I could see Lita turning on Matt, and I could also see Matt winning and not wanting to marry Lita anymore...
We'll find out Sunday!

I read that Shawn Michaels is suppost to interfeir in the match to start his program with Kane. I think a Kane/HBK feud would be awesome. and a match between the two would be great to. it'll proabally happen at Unforgiven.
So what did everyone think of tonight's Raw.

RAW was pretty good, except for the DIVA contest. And it was pretty cool to see Y2J walk out while Edge was getting his ass kicked by Batista. I bet that triple threat will be a killer.

I'am hoping Batista wins the IC title at Summerslam. nonthing against Edge or Jericho but they should both be Main-Eventers going after the World Championship by now.
And it would be cool for batista to hold a singles title for once.

I agree. Batista is a power house. But it doesn't look good for him to win it. It would be awesome if he did though.

Wrong dude, the latest reports say HBK may come back in time to do a run-in at Summerslam or be on Raw the next night. As for the IC title match, Jericho is a long shot to win, I personally think Batista, but allot of rumors are saying Edge is going to keep the belt.
Zentile, the site you're referring to isn't the official site, it's www.smackdownvsraw.com, just a fansite.

- There is talk of Steven Richards and Victoria vs. Rodney Mack and Jazz program after Summerslam. Christian is booked against Edge in post Summerslam house show matches also.
- Shane McMahon and Bret Hart have numerous meetings with Shane McMahon about a DVD that will be released by WWE.
- Many in the WWE locker room are concerned with how Rob Van Dam has been used over the past few months. RVD is yet to be added to the SummerSlam pay-per-view, which is this Sunday.
**Eric Bischoff was not at Raw last night because of the taping of his Sturgis Rally PPV.
**The Raw Search Diva hopeful, Carmella, is the girlfriend of the Cleveland Browns quarterback, Jeff Garcia.
**Also, in news related to Carmella, there is word going around that she is getting alot better treatment than the other Diva hopefuls, which may be due to Playboy, but also that the WWE would not be upset if she won.
**Ric Flair will appear on McEnroe on CNBC tonight at 10.
**There are some wrestlers who are upset at being left off SummerSlam only to be replaced by Diva Dodgeball. The segment is said to run very quickly, but still leaving a few wrestler's out in the dark.
