when the screen came on and it said rvd..i flipped the fuck out right there. then came the match and it was over in like 3 sec, was let down by that. my 2 fav wrestlers that i never thought id see/ they dropped the ball. im sure theyll go at it again at the ppv.
i was lovin what they did with sting. turning on hogan and abyss...and the segment where he pushed dixie against the wall really shocked me. he was crackin refs and everything. i was expecting a hogan heel turn, and that he flair and aj would all attack abyss. but instead, sting goes heel. i dono if id call it an actual heel turn tho. as they might being doing a "sting saves tna from hogan" kinda story. guess we'll see.
the jarret story needs to be dropped. stop puttin bubba the fat ass sponge on tv.
there was a few camera cut mistakes as well. but the only thing that really had me going "ok that sucked" was when the us army was "attacking" mr anderson. my 3 year old niece and do better punches then them guys. if thats how the soldiers fight on battle, wed be fucked against an army of ninja...or senior citizens for that matter.

Haven't post on here for a while but this came to me while watching "The best of I Love the 80s..." they were showing the new dances that came out and the Worm was one of them.
Got me thinking, what happened to Scotty 2 Hotty? Just wondering if anyone would like to answer my question.

Well TNA was interesting last night but damn TNA is so inconsistent.
Stings heel turn was really cool can't wait to see why and also it was cool to see RVD back but wtf a 20sec match and it was a 3 count using a rolling thunder.
Bubba?
He's wrestling in the indies.

I can't believe the main event of iMPACT! was a no disqualification tag match... with tag rules. How the fuck do they come up with this stuff?
Bubba calling Hogan "Terry" and telling him to not be a mark was fucking horrible, what the fuck? Why can't TNA just do a regular fucking wrestling show? God damn it.
This Jeff Jarrett storyline is horrible, what a mess.
RVD vs Sting was a surprise, but TNA just loves ruining first timers.
They get the first ever Sting vs RVD and waste it the way they did. What's their problem!?
Loved how the show ended just before we could see Hardy doing the swanton bomb.

dude, they're retarded, that's the problem! stupid idiotic writers that recycle the same WCW shit, and try to make it new again! TNA needs to step it up or kiss their asses good bye, period. i think they'll get the shit kicked outta them next week for sure

Sting's heel turn might fail just like it did in WCW, but then again, who knows

I think TNA did an OK job...obviously not great (everyone has their flaws...like...Shannon Moore...)
The RVD vs. Sting match should have been amazing...instead, they waste 20 seconds of everyones lives...At least RVD is awesome, so that saves it a little bit...
Sting turning Heel again is not my favorite move, but, hey...it could work...
Personally, i've always been a Hardy fan, and seeing him back in TNA gives me a little bit of a better vibe...but, thats just preferance...
Hogan and Flair just need to leave...I have no problem with Nash being there just because i've always been a huge Nash fan...but...this bringing in the WCW Cavelry needs to end...Also, i loved Abyss when he was a monster...now he's just like Kane...fucking Useless...
GOD i love Velvet Skye...lol...and i'm glad Victoria has the Knockout champ...always liked her
Anyway, that was my TNA review...it's hard being an Up and Coming company going up against a juggernaut like WWE, so to expect them to do anything but fail is pretty stupid...so i saw it coming that their ratings would be low...Give it time, maybe they'll realize what doesn't work and fix their flaws...
Also...Drew McIntyre is fucking awesome...

It is actually, though. Considering the hype, considering it's Hogan and Flair's return to the ring, considering they had done a 1.7 (I think) on January 4th... They did a lower rating on Monday than they did on a THURSDAY. And the thursday rating was bad.

yeah but the sad thing is they could give a damn about the bad rating. they're all like, 'oh well, it'll get better, this is just the start' so it's like they don't care, they still think their product is "superior" and before long more viewers will make the switch to TNA

it was great to see rvd since last time i saw him was at royal rumble 2009 i think. did anyone like his new music. to me it felt alot more agressive than one of a kind. and his video reminds me of the matrix but instead of numbers it's japenese words or phrases.
also i hope to see jerry lynn vs rvd again since he signed with tna. it would most likely be a ppv match. if anything i'd say bound for glory. the whole f'n show.

i thought TNA was Awesome Monday full of surprises. i was like wow RVD, wow sting turn heel, WTF Jeff. WWE lost big with Jeff. I cannot wait to see What they do today. the only thing that gets me is that damn Ramp. It Bothers me for some reason. it connects to the ring why?
It would be some good wrestling but rather pointless considering Lynn isn't even with the company right now, and they've already got a huge roster as it is, and while Jerry Lynn is already old, a lot of the guys in TNA are young and TNA needs to bet on young guys, not old timers.
So that means it will probably happen!

Shawn Michaels has been telling friends as of late he plans on retiring at WrestleMania. His contract is set to expire soon and he has talked about wanting to spend more time with his children as they grow up.
Michaels himself has made noise about retiring in recent years, to the point that WWE actually scripted jokes about it on Raw. After taking time off in 2008, he made noise about deciding not to come back. Like previous times he'd taken time off, WWE would call him back to return and he would. He also said in a radio interview last year that he had told the company his retirement date (which at the time was this year's WrestleMania). On the other hand, he's brought up the idea of wrestling well into his fifties, though only a match or two per year.
Michaels is not advertised for any shows past the night after WrestleMania when RAW emanates from the US Airways Center in Phoenix, Arizona.

Internally, there has been discussion of launching a "Four-Horsemen-like" faction. There's much buzz about it among the wrestlers in the locker room as a number of them are said to be interested in joining the act.
Keep in mind that TNA cannot use the Horsemen name as it became property of World Wrestling Entertainment when World Championship Wrestling was sold.
We'll keep you posted but take this strictly as a rumor for now.
Former World Heavyweight Champion Bill Goldberg announced on his Twitter account this evening that he's negotiating with WWE regarding a possible return to the company.
"YES.. I am in negotiations with the WWE," Goldberg wrote. "Looks like 'ole Hogan and TNA missed the boat. Shame for the fans they didn't even try."
While Goldberg has been critical of WWE since his departure from the organization in 2004 and repeatedly said he had no interest in returning to wrestle, he acknowledged a change in heart.
"Truth is I never thought I'd even consider it...then came my son," Goldberg said. "No one said I'd wrestle but the door is open again."
He also added that if he ever steps foot inside a ring again, it will be alongside San Diego Chargers outside linebacker Shawne Merriman. The three-time Pro Bowler is a huge WWE fan to say the least, so much so that he asked their Twitter account on Monday if he could participate in the live chat on WWE.com.
"Also.... If I ever did step in the ring again, I have a new tag partner. He goes by the name of "Lights Out!!!! the one and only Shawn Merriman.....updating the old Goldberg/Kevin Greene duo," Goldberg wrote.

According to their TV listings for the spring, MTV2 will be debuting a Lucha Libre series. Here is the official blurb on the show... "Lucha Libre" is the action-packed wrestling phenomenon from Mexico, with the beloved masked Luchadores, who inspired the blockbuster hit Jack Black movie "Nacho Libre." MTV2 will tailor the pop culture classic adding its own MTV flair to this historically highly rated series, and bringing it to the US for the first time ever in English. The show is a joint project with MTV2 and MTV Tres, and will feature "repackaged AAA footage" along with English commentary.

this goes to show how stupid Dixie Carter is getting:
--TNA President Dixie Carter recently talked about TNA trying to compete with WWE and Vince McMahon. "There’s been a lot of issues. They don’t miss an opportunity to try to shut us down, but that just makes us more tenacious and stronger willed. Have at it. Go for it. We’re ready and we’ll face whatever we need to."
when has WWE ever gone on record as trying to shut TNA down? hell they don't even view TNA as a threat. Vince even says so:
-- The Acorn Online (http://www.acorn-online.com/) interviewed Vince McMahon to discuss WresteMania. The piece also included McMahon discussing TNA, here is what he had to say...
"We're in different businesses. We're in the entertainment business and they're in the ‘pro wrasslin' business. It's different markets. When they moved to Monday nights they threw the kitchen sink at us and only did a fraction of our audience. It doesn't speak well for the type of product they're trying to present with the tawdry, blood-soaked action. I don't think that's what the culture wants these days."
