Thanks for the news MKGeek.Speaking of Jesus I just finished seeing Mordecai's match on Smackdown. There trying to make him look like he's really powerful. He looks interesting.I hope him and Taker will feud.By the way does anyone think Modecai borrowed that cross from one of the stages in MKD(Beetle Lair)?

Good to hear about Konnan he was one of my fav's in WCW.As for X-pac I wonder did he get off the drugs.Last time I saw X-pac on TV was when he was Celebrity Justice. He was upset at Chyna and he broke his restraining order by calling her.And saying life threating things to her.

You're welcome bud, and thanks for the praise in psyclobex's thread! Any way, I don't know about Mordeci, he looks like a rip-off of Raiden or something, terrible gimmik in my opinion, as for X-Pac, all that stuff was true, but what he's like now, only he knows that. I hope Vinnie don't re-hire him.

No problem, but hey if they fire him they can do "Mordecai's last hours".LOL.
By the way about Eddie Gurreo's mom,the WWE should stop playing those Death angles on there show.It can scare someone like that time Hawk jumped off the Titan Tron.I thought he was already dead before he died a year ago.

MkGeek, just so you know, KBB is an indy promotion operating in Boston(I think). It combines pro wrestling with Godzilla-esque characters and costumes.

Kane is the new #1 Contender!! I hope he wins at Bad Blood. even though he probally won't.-(

WHAATT???? He ALREADY got fired?? what did he do?
An yeah some of my faith in wrestling will be restored if they make Kane a long running champion and dont mess up his character. Basically, im really getting sick of it becuase Vinnie Mac doesnt seem to realise what REAL talent is anymore. What happened to you vince, you used to be cool sad
And i really hope Taker and Mordecai will begin a feud, especially if it were a 3 way feud with Kane!!!!!

fedegita, gms got fired because he showed up late for a houseshow i guess wwe was real strict on him because he has a bad reputation backstage hes not very well liked. And for kane i seriously doubt he will become champ i mean look all the title shots he has had and never one it once.Wwe just put him in the match cause they have no one else to fued with benoit. They just wanted to throw benoit a quick match.

Kane's not championship material anymore. The character was ruined last year and(much like the Undertaker) is in a slump he's never getting out of. I would have much rather seen Benoit vs. Jericho. Their old matches ruled all.

We'll have to wait untill Bad Blood to see how Kane does. Mordecai is a goof, if he and Taker get into a feud, Taker will likely crush him in every encounter. Don't give Mordecai too much credit, the guy has only been getting easy victories by squashing cruiserweights, wait until he faces maineventers, then we'll see what happens.

Don't know if you all realize this or not, but it's been 5 years since Owen Hart's premature death at Over The Edge PPV. He is still truely missed. God bless you Owen, RIP!sad

Major PPV Spoiler Concerning Randy Orton:

InDemand has put up their listing for WWE's Vengeance PPV which will take place on July 11, 2004. Their "synopsis" for the event is the following:

"The evolution of a living legend continues as Randy Orton looks to take his next step towards greatness. WWE VENGEANCE, Sunday, July 11 at 8pm ET / 5pm PT live on Events iN DEMAND pay-per-view."

Looks like Randy Orton may finally be getting a shot at the World Heavyweight Title, though, this is not in any way confirmed and just a rumor at this point.

Updated WWE Raw Preview: What's Next For Kane?
Thanks to WWE.com for the following:

Last week's Monday Night RAW was a memorable one for Kane. The Big Red Monster defeated Val Venis in singles competition, won a Battle Royal to become the No. 1 Contender for the World Heavyweight Championship at Bad Blood and received an answer of "yes" from Lita to a question he posed several weeks ago. With Kane in top form after last week's success, what is next for him as he prepares for his match at Bad Blood? Also, will his question to Lita be revealed? Find out on RAW.

Speaking of the Battle Royal, Kane's victory was a result of the suspended Shawn Michaels gaining a measure of payback from Triple H. When the final two were Triple H and Kane, HBK appeared out of nowhere to eliminate The Game and give Kane a trip to Bad Blood. The Game was enraged as RAW came to an end, and it is expected that he will be in a bad way this coming week on RAW. What will his reaction be? Find out on RAW.

All of this and more as the road to Bad Blood continues on Monday Night RAW at 9/8 PM CT on Spike TV.

Backstage Shawn Michaels News, Backstage Power; More:

Although most wrestlers have nothing but good things to say about Shawn Michaels, there are others in the company who know his track record over the years and are skeptical.

They feel that he uses his newfound religious beliefs to his advantage, comparring Michaels's backstage approach to Dean Martin's portrayal of the priest in the "Cannonball Run" movie, in that he plays on his religious beliefs to manipulate people into giving him what he wants.

"If he really believes in Jesus so much, shouldn't he be donating all of the money he makes from those t-shirts with the religious symbols on them to a church or a religious youth group or something?" asked one skeptic.

i have been watching wrestling since the age of 3 and it has come to an end april 1st 2002, or whenever the damn roster split took place.

i miss the street fighter, the cerbrial assasin triple H he isnt that good nomore cause there is no talent for him to wrestle. mick foley is gone for the year, rock is gone, stone cold is gone, undertaker and kane are ack, kurt angle is gone. whatever the best talent retired early cause vince wasted there time and there injurys.

if this was the attitude era and it was 1996 and they were injured, they would stil compete because they love the company alot, but now i wouldnt even work there, i wouldnt risk getting injured for a shitty 10 min match that isnt good nomore.

peace out RIP: APRIL 2002

I'm sick of ppl hatin on HBK and his 'power'. HBK is perhaps the best wrestler in modern history, and he deserves what ever he gets. Compare him with a guy like HHH who never really earned much but writes himself to do as he wants. HBK should be so lucky.

As for Owen...damn...still one of my all time favorites, and I still have my Owen 3:16 (I Just Broke Your Neck) shirt... R.I.P.

It's still alright to watch, mind you I like the nostalgia of yeaster year. Taker isn't "ack" he's still pretty cool. Oh well, your opinion.

WWE Releases Vengeance PPV Poster Featuring Randy Orton (Joy, I hate Orton. BTW, ain't Vengeance a SD PPV, or used to be???):

WWE has released the promotional poster for the upcoming RAW Brand PPV in July, WWE Vengeance. The pay per view takes place on July 11th in Hartford, Connecticut.

The poster features a giant picture of Randy Orton above the black and red WWE Vengeance logo. Above the logo and alongside of the big Orton photo are many different Randy Orton shots blended in with the background. Directly above the Vengeance logo is a small photo of Randy Orton with his arm raised in the air.

Can anyone tell me what belts are on offer these days in the WWE? I used to watch WWF all the time around 98-00 and I just want to know what Championship fights are available these days. Any help is welcome!

Well, everyone is entitled to their opinion, but I thought Kane got much better after taking his mask off. He revealed himself to be a true psychotic, and that is more believable. Besides, all he did after he came back was go for the tag titles and acted all goofy with Hurricane and RVD. Now he is a monster again, but of course, WWE is not using him correctly. *sigh*, o well, it could be worse.

-Oh and no European title anymore either?

Yea, both of those titles were unified with the Interconinental a year or 2 ago on RAW. And there really is no difference between the WWE title and the World Heavyweight title. They are the major titles for their respective show. I guess the World title would be better, since Raw is superior. Thats my opinion anyway.

Once again thanks for the info. I just have one more question, the wrestlers in RAW can or cannot appear on Smackdown? Cus I caught a few minutes a short while ago of Raw or Smackdown (can't remember) and a French guy got traded/drafted to Smackdown, and he and his tag partner were all upset and stuff. So what's the deal?

-Sorry one more Q, if they can't appear in the other show, what do they do for the PPV events - can RAW wrestlers fight Smackdown ones?

No problem. Well, Raw and Smackdown talent are exclusive to their own shows. Sometimes a wrestler will get traded or "drafted" to the other show, but it doesnt happen that often. The time you saw was right after Wresltmania, when Vince tried to change the roster around a little bit. So no crossovers, unless the wrestler is officially changed to the other show. As for PPV, each show will usually have their own PPV. (like Smackdown just had Judgement Day). But the big events, like Royal Rumble and Wrestlemania, are comprised of matches from both shows. Did that make sense, or did I jumble it up?

No that was clear as crystal, thanks. Thing is why did they separate the two? And finaly why did WWF, WCW and I think ECW all join together, and what year did it happen?

I think in 2000 Vince bought the companies.A bad move IMO.Rumor has it that they split the rosters to save money another bad move in my opinion.

The only time Raw and SmackDown! superstars are in the same ring is at the Royal Rumble.

As for the World Title/WWE Title. the World title is the old WCW Championship and the WWE title is WWE's original World title.

Put it this way. Raw and SmackDown! are like WCW and WWF back in the days. each promotion has their own boss, their own titles, their own PPVs, their own wrestlers, main-eventers etc. only this time its all under the WWE unbrella. maybe that helps a little.
