ERrorMACro, thanks man. Yeah, Johny Nitro is on Raw, he's one of the winners, and the other guy, I heard, is doing house shows for SD, I think, anyone who can find info, feel free to post it.
blade-tsung, thanks for posting some news, I was busy earlier today, so now I'm posting more that I found just now, might be old news to some.

Thanks to Pwinsiders for the following:
-The Big Show had surgery on Tuesday on his knee and is expected to be out for a few months. This is the reason behind the "I quit" angle with Big Show.
Undertaker/Booker T Mistake @ Smackdown, Brock Lesnar Net Worth
Thanks to Pwinsiders for the following:
-The lights were suppost to go out during Booker T's promo, smoke was suppost to appear, and we were suppost to hear the Undertaker's gong, but instead the light's went out and the WWE couldn't get the smoke to come out from under the ring. This caused the WWE to keep the light's out longer, which in turn made fans believe that the Undertaker was in the building as they began to chant his name. When the lights finally came back on and The Undertaker wasn't there, many people were disappointed and Booker T was left looking bad.
-Brock Lesnar's agent stated in a recent article that he had made close to 10 million dollars over 4 years with the WWE and had saved his money very wisely.

Ultimo Dragon will be returning to wrestling in Japan where he will make his first appearance for New Japan Pro Wrestling in quite a while. Ultimo was once a key star in New Japan's junior division before leaving the company and forming his own promotion Toryumon.
New Japan's Director Uei announced today that Ultimo Dragon will be the sixth man in the junior trios match which will kick off the 5/3 Tokyo Dome show next month. Dragon had been receiving mail from New Japan offices but only recently replied, as he has taken a leave of abscence from WWE as of May, when he can wrestle freelance.
Ultimo will be teaming with Koji Kanemoto and "American Dragon" Bryan Danielson of ROH and U.S. Indy fame, to take on the team of Heat, Tiger Mask, and Naomichi Marufuji.
Uei also plans to offer Ultimo a spot in this year's legendary Best of the Super Jr. tournament. He hopes that he can make an impact on Japan's junior division as a whole, as it has been on a downswing lately.
* Canadian WWE fans wont see RAW this Monday at its regular time due to Stanley Cup hockey being aired in its place. However a taped broadcast will air on Monday at midnight ET/9pm PT and Tuesday, April 27 at 8pm ET/5pm PT.

sub-zeromasta, I agree with you, I don't have any idea wtf this guy is smoking. Whatever is reported on here is 100% true (usually!) from viable sources. I've never heard of www.wrestlingexposed.com, anyone know if it's a reliable source for news?? Also, what's with the Hogan stuff? I never heard anything about him coming in to TNA any time soon. IOWNYOU, I don't know where these so-called facts are coming from, but until I hear it straight from the "horse's" mouth, I'll just take everything you wrote as rumors.

I wonder will they edit the crowds chants during the Brock Lesnar vs Goldberg match on the DVD?
Some news:
For months, NWA:TNA has been shopping their product around to various cable companies in an effort to secure a national television deal. A TV deal would mean a trenemendous amount of exposure for TNA and would be a big step towards being a competitive #2 wrestling organization in America. There have been talks that Jeff Jarrett has been metting with representatives from various companies, but lately things have heated up between TNA and the Fox Sports Network.
It has been confirmed that next week, there will be several Fox Sports Network representatives attending the TNA show. Should the company get a TV deal, they would change their entire business strategy from airing weekly PPV events to airing a weekly show on cable as well as 3-4 PPV events a year.
In related news, former WWE wrestler Nathan Jones is said to be currently living in Orlando, Fla. Orlando just happens to be the home of Universal Studios, where TNA plans to tape its weekly Fox Sports Network show from. Some wrestlers are predicting that Jones will end up working for TNA because of his size, name recognition, and proximity to the tapings.
========
Nathan Jones reminded me alot of Sagat he had alot of talent IMO.
WWF Legend CONFIRMED:
The legendary Terry Funk has been confirmed for an upcoming WWE house show performance. What's even more interesting, however, is not the fact that Funk will be working the 4/30 RAW house show, but the role he will have. Funk has been advertised as being brought in by Bischoff to "maintain law and order." Obviously, that role seems a little like one a certain other WWE superstar occupied recently.
Chris Benoit will be taking on HHH at the show in the headline matchup.
======
Wasn't Terry Funk Cactus Jacks partner at one point?I forgot I think his name was Chainsaw Charlie.Been awhile since I've seen him.

Confidential is the best WWE spin-off show.It shows the past and current. If I were you I would tape the last episode of Velocity even if it turns out crappy.I still have a VHS tape somewhere with WWF Superstars(remeber that sunday morning recap show?they had in 1997-1999?).It's a recap of when Undertaker Kidnapped Vince's daughter and held her hostage at Vince's house.

sweet, jeff hardy is coming back? yes... hey, maybe they can make a storyline some time where edge, christian and the hardys could team up.
-this goes to the story of version 1.0 matt explained in one of his columns why he is called version 1.0 and the reason is that he wanted to team up with edge and christian (including jeff) and be called version one since they will be the 'prototype' of the future wrestlers that fight in their style.
did anyone read that article? it came out quite some time ago, i don't really remember what it said exactly but it was something like that...
well, could be great... high flying maneuvers... haha. just recalling the tag ladder match between E&C vs the Hardys

Rey Mysterio's Return, Tyson Tomko News:
After being out for several weeks with a head injury, Rey Mysterio has been given medical clearance to return to the ring.
As you saw on RAW this past week, Tyson Tomko made his debut as Trish Startus's "problem solver". Tomko, who worked as Travis Tomko in Ohio Valley Wrestling, worked his way through WWE's developmental system very quickly. Some of the other RAW superstars were upset with management's decision to bring him up to the active roster, since they believe he's still very green and doesn't conduct himself well backstage.
The Rock's Future With WWE, Wrestlers Upset With Laurinautis, JR's Role:
* With the recent repositioning at the top of the WWE hierarchy, many WWE wrestlers aren't too happy about the promotion of John Laurinautis to the head of talent relations. They have said they didn't like his style since he joined the company and has been a visible "ass kisser and a suck up" say the wrestlers.
Jim Ross will now be advising McMahon more than in the past as well as helping Laurinautis make the transition. Ross will also be helping book house shows as wrestlers are already complaining about the drop in house show booking quality since the change.
* The Rock's contract expires with the WWE expires this year, however many feel he is sincere when he says he wants to return to work WrestleMania each year. This makes sense for The Rock since it's the biggest payoff of the year and he still gets enjoyment from wrestling and interacting with the live crowd.
Rumor Killer On Austin vs Hogan Match & New WWE DVD:
-The WWE Hall Of Fame ceremony with Bobby The Brain Heenan, Jesse Ventura, Tito Santana, Jimmy Hart, Ernie Ladd, Mick Foley, Ric Flair, Harley Race, Blackjack Lanza, Mean Gene Okerlund, Superstar Billy Graham, Shawn Michaels, Greg The Hammer Valentine, Sgt. Slaughter, Triple H, Magnificent Muraco, Jim Ross, Kane, Pete Rose and more will be released on DVD in a few months.
Thanks to Dave Scherer for clearing up the following:
-Austin vs Hogan is NOT going to happen, not unless AWA Superstarts has about 1 million dollars in the bank. A message was posted on their website for pure name recognition and publicity. There is no way they will be able to sign both of those men. There is no way both of those men are going to appear at a fair or festival. It's just not going to happen.

I heard eslewhere that Rey Mysterio/Rob Van Dam Vs The Dudleys is scheduled for SmackDown! next week. Even if Smackdown! happens to suck, that match right there is gonna be worth tuning in for.

I hope it's a hardcore match. The WWE watered RVD down just like they did DDP.The WWE should think about bringing Public Enemy(WCW's version of the Dudley Boys) to the WWE.Wouldn't it be cool to see those 2 teams face each other in a table match?Or P.E. and the Dudley Boys can team up as a team kinda like the 4 Horsemen just with a obsession with Tables.Smackdown looks pretty good for next week too.

It could be a hardcore match, that would be sweet. Bring back Public Enemy, are you insane?? They were like one of the worst tag teams ever. The APA kicked thier asses easily, they got destroyed in WCW, and sucked in ECW.

Yeah, PE and the APA had a match like the first night PE was in the WWE, and the APA destroyed them, and sent them packing to WCW, where they again got canned and sent back to ECW. BTW, I believe one of PE may be dead, I'm not sure. You know who should also never be allowed to ever wrestle again, the ICP.
Confidential was alright, it was pretty much a recap of the last 3 years of the show. Now what will ever become of Mene Gene??
I know that I've yet to say anything, but I couldn't put into words what I wanted to say on the matter, until now. I would like to thank everyone, especially blade-tsung, for supporting this thread, and I hope there will be 1000 posts. Thanks!!

I think his name is Mordecai. He has a good promo out.LOL @ Rico.
Mordecai seems like he'll make a good rival for Undertaker and Kane.I knew the WWE would try to cash in on The Passion of Christ sooner or later.Matter a fact before I seen Mordecai's Promo I was thinking what if they had a wrestler claiming to be Jesus? Then I pictured Jesus doing a DDT.It can work out if the WWE does it right.

LOL! I could hear Cole now: "Jesus sets Undertaker up, what's he gonna do, oh my god, he's just done a ddt, cover, 1,2, kick out with authority by Taker, Taker gets up, grabs Jesus by the throat, no, he's not gonna chokeslam him, yes, Jesus just got chokeslammed to hell, now, if I could be serious folks, we all know this isn't the real Jesus, do you honestly think he'd let the Taker manhandle him like this?!" LOL!!
Seriously, I hope Taker kills this Mordecai, and the WWE ends the whole thing. WWE + religion doesn't equal ratings, it equals disaster, and low ratings.
Hey check this out:
Vince's Mom Badmouths Her Own Son:
The Tribune Democrat has an article up where Vince's mother talks about her son. You can read the entire article here:
http://www.tribune-democrat.com/articles/2004/04/25/news/news01.txt
What is the most interesting is that his mother pretty much bashes her own son and the direction he has taken the WWE:
"When people hear that I'm Vince's mom, they say, 'No, no, you're kidding. I don't believe it.' I don't tell people that, but others do," Mrs. Askew said. "Yes, Vince is a showman, and he's made wrestling a big form of entertainment. He's taken it to a new level, but his grandfather is probably turning over in his grave."
-The WWE has issued a Press Released about Terry Funk returning for a house show in Amarillo, Texas:
In other WWE live event news, Terry Funk will be making a special appearance at the RAW-brand event on Friday, April 30 in Amarillo, Texas (kicking off at 7:30 p.m. at the Events Center at West Texas A&M;).
RAW General Manager Eric Bischoff has called on Funk, a West Texas A&M; alumnus, to maintain law and order at the event, which will feature a World Heavyweight Championship match between Chris Benoit and Triple H. Also scheduled to appear: Randy Orton, Shelton Benjamin, Kane, Christian with Trish Stratus and Tyson Tomko, Lita, Victoria, Edge and more!
Appears from the wording on that statement, that the Terry Funk/WWE Deal will be a one time gig, otherwise it doesn't make sense they would announce his return before he had shown up on television.
-The Cable Raw Preview for tonight readas as follows:
What will be Evolution's reaction to losing the Tag Team titles?

This is the last bit of news I could find. Sorry for such a small update, not much new in the wrestling business I guess.
As you probably already know, WWE has cancelled Confidential and replaced it with a new show on Sunday mornings. The change was made when WWE officials decided that they wanted to move away from shows based on "insider news", which is what Confidential mainly focused on. They were also lacking new ideas for the show, which contributed to the decision to cancel it.
Due to contractual obligations with SpikeTV, WWE had to fulfill a minimum amount of programming each week, which is the reason for the new magazine-style show on Sunday mornings. Additionally, there are plans to move Velocity to Saturdays at 7 p.m. with Heat remaining in its current time slot.
Nidia has apparently developed quite a bit of heat in the Smackdown locker room, according to many backstage. During her finals months on the Smackdown brand, a number of people viewed her as a "kiss ass" and a "phony" backstage.
