I doubt it, Angle will be back, after all, Wrestling is "fake"!!

No I ain't excited about Backlash, I think the matches suck. The only one I'm remotely interested in is the big return triple threat match.

Austin's gone, that suck shit. I'm gonna miss him. His sherif angle was funny. I might just have to quit watching wrestling, all teh good ones are either being fired or are quitting, and guys I don't care to see, like Jindrak or Garrison Cade, or Sheldon are being pushed and I think it sucks.

Possible *Spoilers* Involving The Futures Of HHH-Foley After Backlash:

After tonight's Backlash PPV, Triple H will leave WWE to pursue his movie commitments, although he is likely to make appearances once in a while. There was talk of turning Shawn Michaels a heel tonight, which would set up a Benoit-HBK feud with the Game out of the picture. If HHH is pinned tonight, it is likely that WWE will adopt a storyline claiming that Shawn Michaels was never defeated in either triple-threat match.

Another superstar expected to leave after Backlash is Mick Foley. The original plan was for Foley to only make an appearance for WrestleMania XX, but the Hardcore Legend decided to extend that by a few months.

Kevin Nash-Goldberg Backstage Politics; Test Not Liked; & More:

* There was a recent newspaper interview with Kevin Nash where he was extremely complimentary of Goldberg. Many within the WWE feel that Nash is attempting to use some of Goldberg’s connections in order to score some high paying deals in Japan for himself and Scott Hall.

* In addition to Hardcore Holly and Bubba Ray Dudley, many in the locker room consider Test as one of those who take out their out of ring frustrations out on younger wrestlers in the ring.

Major & Detailed WWE Backlash *SPOILERS*

The following story contains possible spoilers (from various sources) for tonight's Backlash PPV. Do not read on if you want to go in totally fresh tonight. (Take it for what you will)

- Due to the feedback their WrestleMania XX match got, Chris Benoit, HHH, and HBK have been working hard to prepare a match that should at least live up to the very high expectations. Benoit is expected to win the match, while there has at least been some talk of beginning an HBK heel turn, although that's not confirmed.

- As of this week, Bret Hart and Vince McMahon had not reached a deal (or even spoken) and Bret should not be expected to appear on tonight's show.

- Lots of effort has been put in to making sure the Mick Foley vs. Randy Orton match will live up to its hype of being a bloodbath. Mick Foley has his heart set on a match that delivers, so the ball will be in Randy Orton's court, to determine whether or not this match is memorable or forgetabble.

- Before Edge returned to TV, the plan was for him to go over in his first PPV match back. However, while that still could be the case, there was at least some talk of a different finish due to internal feelings that the feud has not been built up properly. We'll have to see how this turns out.

- Jericho vs. Christian & Trish should definitely feature some comedy (while also some good sequences with Christian and Jericho) and regardless of the finish, is not expected to totally end the feud.

- Obviously, Shelton Benjamin is expected to beat Ric Flair, but this will be a real test for Shelton. Even at Flair's age, he's still one of the best in WWE, but due to the age problem, some of his recent PPV matches have not been as great as one would hope. Shelton Benjamin knows this is a huge opportunity for him, so it's really going to bank on whether Ric Flair is on tonight.

- Victoria vs. Lita can really go other way, but the early plan was to keep them both faces after the match.

- Various rumors and ideas have been spreading about the Tajiri/Coach match, including involvement from Eugene, La Resistance, even another appearance from Al Snow. Either way, this is another comedy match.

Rock/WWE Winding Down?; Flair's Injury, Big Show:

The Rock’s contract expires later this year and reportedly at this time, he’s not sure if he wants to renew with the company. He now owns rights to the trademark “The Rock” so he could easily turn to movies full-time and market himself with that name. However, one thing that may get the Rock to consider re-signing with WWE is that if he’s affiliated with the company in some capacity, they will help promote his future movies on their TV programs.

Ric Flair never even bothered to get further tests done on his neck as he’s decided that as long as he’s not in any great pain, he’ll just continue to work through the injury. The only problem he currently has is a weakening and numbing in one of his hands but that has reportedly gotten better as of late.

The Big Show has missed recent house shows due to a sore back and bad knees. He is still scheduled to undergo arthroscopic surgery on both knees in the future and will probably be sidelined for about one month which is another reason why WWE has decided to go all-out in pushing John “Bradshaw” Layfield.

Steve Austin's name is still listed on the Raw Superstars page.

HHH is in the movies now? What about if he wins the belt and leave the WWE?HHH will have the belt forever if that happens.I was watching a old match between HHH and Mankind.A pretty good match.I say the WWE should just get rid of some of the Divas.I mean there just eye candy they dont play a role too much at all.The only Divas that seem cool are Trish Stratus and Lita that's about it.

HHH can't have the belt if he leaves to do a movie. That's of course assuming the WWE follows the 30-day rule, meaning if HHH can't defend the title within 30 days, he automatically forfeits it, so don't expect HHH to actually win if that's the case.

I think the card to backlash looks pretty good except for Tagiri/Coach unless theres some comedy in this "match"

My backlash predictions are...

Chris Benoit Retains

Randy Orton Retains

Edge over Kane

Shelton Benjamin over Flair

Lita wins the Woman's Belt

Chris Jericho over Christian and Trish

Tagiri over Coach

Yeah, I have always noticed that too, a great example was when Stone Cold gave Stacy Keibler a stunner when she wouldn't drink a beer, and JR just disregarded it like it was nothing, but when Test would grab her hard, he would be like "WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH TEST, BY GOD SHE DOESN"T DESERVE THIS, THAT DAMN SON OF A BITCH!."

LOL olympic, thats true, we're not going to have to hear anymore Raw's end like that, and blade, I agree that King and JR are definatley one of the best commentaing teams in the history of wrestling, but I think Hennan and Monsoon were the best.

Well just got done watching Backlash. It was ok i guess. Nothing really too spectacular. Best match of the night was definately Foley Vs. Orton. Very bloody. It kicked ass when Orton broke out the tacks. Then he got slammed into em LOL. Main event sucked. Another sub-par PPV imo. Why do I keep paying for these? confused

In regards to Bagwell, I saw him in a very low budget action/T&A flick. It was sooooo horrible!

LOL! Maybe you should email Vince your post. I'd be intersting to see what kinda response you'd get, if he'd even reply. Best thing to do is to freeload of someone else who's paying for it! wink

Fans witnessed an amazing No Holds Barred Match between the legendary Cactus Jack and Randy Orton at Backlash. Despite being dropped on a bed of thumbtacks, Orton was able to pull out the win, further solidifying his legend killer claims. What will the backlash of this victory be? Find out on Monday Night RAW.

Fans world wide were shocked when Jonathan Coachman not only competed with Tajiri, but ultimately beat the Japanese Buzzsaw. The win, however, came after interference by Garrison Cade on Coach's behalf. What is this relationship about? Find out more on Monday Night RAW.

In front of his hometown, Chris Benoit successfully defended his World Heavyweight Championship at Backlash, forcing Shawn Michaels to tap out to the devastating Sharpshooter. For more on this amazing match, watch Monday Night RAW at 9/8 CT on Spike TV.

Austin/WWE Update:

WWE changed the text on the Austin splash on WWE.com from "Stone Cold Update" to "WWE and Stone Cold Part Ways". The story itself, however, remains the same. The truth it setting in, and for some, it's pretty sour.

Where Has The Undertaker Been?; Full Details & *Spoiler* Inside(from twnp news):

Many people have been emailing us asking about why The Undertaker hasn't been seen on WWE television as of late. When 'Taker left following Survivor Series last year, he was not all about coming back as The Dead Man. He was given several months off to rest and cure any nagging injuries.

Vince McMahon and The Undertaker had agreed that if he came back as 'The Dead Man', his schedule would be reduced and he would be used as a 'special attraction'.

'Taker is expected to be on some SmackDown! episodes leading into that brands monthly PPV.

As it stands right now, look for the new 'Mordecai' character to be the Undertaker's new 'job' guy replacing Brock Lesnar.

Keep in mind though, he'll be working a part-time schedule.

Brock Lesnar Injured In Motorcycle Accident:

Thanks to 1wrestling for contributing to this story:

Brock Lesnar was injured in a motorcycle accident yesterday(Saturday) as his bike collided with a minivan according to twincities.com. Apparently Lesnar was taken to the hospital and stitched up and was released as glass had to be removed from his forehead. His agent claims that it will not cost him anytime as he continues to tryout for NFL teams.

WWE Releases Promo Poster & Short Preview For Bad Blood:

WWE has already released their logo for WWE Bad Blood along with a short preview:

When there is anger, there is spite. Where there is bitterness, there is hostility. Where there is betrayal, there is Bad Blood.

Bad Blood is being advertised as the next Raw PPV and will take place Sunday, June 13 from Colombus, Ohio.

The promotional poster itself, that the WWE has released, is on a white background with a blood drop containing the WWE & Raw logo and the words "Bad Blood."

Isnt 'Taker supposed to retire soon? They should let him work full time. That's what the fans want we dont want to see wrestlers like Coach getting a push.

They should bring Terry Funk back with Mick Foley and have a Hardcore Handicap match. That would own.
Dont give MKGeek a hard time. He's trying his best to post the news. You can post news also if it hasnt already been posted.
