Heidenrich sucked horse shit. I don't know how he got 'pops' for reading those stupid poems, and the new 'LOD' sucked horse shit and horse piss.
As for SVR, yes Niko, I'm trying to find someone as well, but it seems I'm Jake the Snake-less unless I buy a Pro-Action Replay. Which I might. Because doing all those challenges to get the Million Dollar Man/Belt sucks. And I want to create Virgil, and Irwin R. Schiester, and Money Inc. will be reborn!!!!

Heidenreich can't wrestle though...I don't think they will pick him up.
I agree with Zentile about SVR06. The constant reversals are really the only thing that keeps me from obliterating the CPU on legend, which I pretty much do anyway. Thing that irks me is that all the reversals are the same though, so it gets a bit stale to watch. It would have been nice if counter and reversal animations were relative to the weight of the character so that cruisers reversed moves different to heavyweights and stuff. It's a bit lame having Hogan backflip out of a german suplex.
While we're on the topic, does anybody know how to pin opponents with finishers that end in a pin? They never seem to work. I hit an orange crush on Jimmy Hart when his blue meter thingy was completely empty, without storing my finisher, but he still kicked out. Same thing seems to happen with the tigerbomb, jackhammer, etc. Very annoying. I'm starting to think about looking for a copy of No Mercy for my N64.

If there's any truth to that, I think that will be an awesome Mania card on SD's part, I want to see what Raw does. And...

Taker would so win a Mania, I mean come on, the guy is like 12-0, so he has to win, and become the new World champ, then lose it to Batista later.

You don't have to do anything...you just do the finisher and then let go of the control pad. The move already includes a cover at the end. The only reason an opponent would kick out is if he isn't injured enough yet.

Could also be because you're pressing square. The only finisher I do that never, EVER pins is the Styles Clash. Tigerbomb I have on one of my female caws, and she owns with it, not been kicked out of yet. I did the top rope version with her earlier and the camera got messed up, it decided to flip upside down and run into the crowd.

That brings up another bad point of SVR. When you're in a submission match, or cage match (exit cage only), or a first blood, etc, and you do a finisher, like the Undertakers Tombstone, and he goes into the pin, they kick out (because pinfalls don't count), and they get right the fuck up. They don't stay down or anything, they kick out and get right the fuck up. Pisses me the Hell off.

Yeah that pisses me off sometimes. They should have it like the Day of Reckoning series. You can pin them for however the hell long you want, or however short you want, press a button to break the pin, and they will never get up right away.
Another small gripe about SVR. GM mode, bringing in new stars is a pain. Right now im just starting a pretty much all TNA show. Had a card of ...
Joe and Daniels vs AMW, Abyss vs Shelton, Benoit and Jericho vs EY and Bobby Roode with Petey Williams, AJ Styles vs RVD (AJ wins US title), Petey vs London vs Aries vs Shelley (Petey wins cruiser title), Jeff Jarrett vs Christian with Sting (Christian wins world title).
Show got one star. >_>

Yah I'm not to happy with the gm mode myself it's a great concept but I have no fucking clue how the hell they rate the shows cause sometimes I put a dismal show on and get good ratings while other times I cram it full of awsome matches and I get nothing.

The matches are only rated on the superstars popularity and the match type. Stupid as hell if you ask me, I remember having a 30 minute classic tag team match on my show once, and the match got 1.5 stars. They had better fix this next year.

I wouldn't mind seeing Kane win the Rumble. Also, since the 'news' is absent here anymore, allow me to link you to the trailer for Kane's movie. Looks like it might be ok, much better then I was expecting. Seeing the WWE Films logo fucked me up a little bit. Welcome to the site and the great wrestling thread by the way.

While we're on the subject of SVR 2K6, how does everyone like the new GM mode? I actually think it's pretty cool myself. I'm getting my ass whipped in the rarings, but I take pride in knowing that it's not by much.
One thing I find difficult, is trying to come up with original matches. I try to save the good stuff for ppvs, but you almost have to use the "big guns" so to speak in order to compete.
Trades are fun, cause it gives ya new feuds to develop to win the ratings.
Has anyone won the GM trophy? And if so, what else do you get with it?

Even if it sucks it has Kane in it and I have to see that. Kane's always been one of my favorites it's unfortunate that he never gets a push...he's a jobber half the time which really isn't fair. I hope he gets to hold the world title again for longer then 1 day before he hangs up his wrestling gear.

I was at King of the Ring when he won that belt. Beat Stone Cold, thanks to the Hell in a Cell being lowered mid-match. Same Hell in a Cell Foley went off of earlier in the evening.

On the matter of auto pin finishers, I hardly ever see people kicking out of those when they're placed at the right time. I really don't use many guys with auto pin finishers anyway, except Shelton Benjamin and Rob Conway.
Something that really annoys me about the smackdown! game series is that I always have to change the movesets around so much. Not so much this time around, but with Smackdown! vs RAW and Here Comes the Pain it was insane how wrong the movesets were. Shelton Benjamin's finisher a reverse DDT with a build up taunt? What the fuck?

My brother has, he got 10,000 dollars, JBL suit attire, HHH suit attire. But of course he did it the cheap way and did GM mode with 2 players therefore he lost on 2nd player and won with 1st player thus giving him the trophy. To think about it, he basically did every challenge with 2 players as well.

The challenges piss me off. I want that Million Dollar Belt, Million Dollar Man, and Jake the Snake so bad. I mean, Million Dollar Man vs Jake the Snake is like the best match you can make on this game, and you have to go through Hell to get each guy.
How do you get the Hardcore belt? I did a season with Undertaker (yes, that autopin=auto get up if in a no pin fall match) and won, and did a Raw season with Jericho and won. Still no hardcore title.
Also, those little trinkets you buy in the 'shop', how come they don't show up on your shelves or anywhere in your locker room?

Get the hardcore belt the same was as the million dollar belt. Beat the legend challenges. It is pretty easy to get these by being cheap, just go on two players and do what is asked on the challenges... Rather than fighting computer on legend mode, which pisses me off.(You can complete most, if not all, the challenges in the game with 2 players)
Those trinkets you get in the shop, you go to your locker room then press start and then their should be a menu to customize your locker room. Simple.
Though I do want to get Jake the Snake, he is the last thing left. He was my favorite childhood wrestler.

You have to press start and then I think there is an option to customize and thats how you change the colors of the walls, add posters, and other stuff you bought.
BTW How do you unlock the Legend Challenges, I completed all the Amatuer, Superstar, and WWE Superstar Challenges but the Legend Challenges are still a bunch of question marks.
