Can I ask you why?

For the reason Blade gave, the full schedule. He's been halfassing for quite a while. If he works, then I have less of an issue with it. The "last run" for the deadman would be nice, too. I enjoy the Taker, but I enjoy Angle more, plain and simple. I for sure can see the Taker love, so don't get me wrong, lol. He's Taker, but I'm just an Angle mark. I'd like to see angles intensity, mat work, all while suplexing bitches left and right, rather than no selling and a rope walk, so meh.

I'd enjoy if it the Taker won, which I'm sure he will one more time before he retires. That being said, he will have to work a full schedule. This 'two appearences a month' stuff won't work if he's the champion.

That being said, if he can pull a full schedule, I'd love to see the Deadman make one last long run. Perhaps losing the belt/passing the Torch to Orton. wink

Yeah, Taker winning the belt would be great! Seeing him around allot more, instead of just at the major ppvs, fuck losing the title to Orton!

I think that the fact that he's taking such a laid back schedule though, shows that he knows that he's not long for the wrestling business, and that he could quietly retire at any time. Too bad though, but at least it means that he won't be another "Flair", and wrestle waaayyy past his prime, and longer than he should, but than Taker could become another "Hogan", or "Foley", making special appearances from time to time. Anyone see Taker becoming a road agent?

I would love to see Undertaker getting the belt one last time, But only if he makes more appearances..This only wrestling at PPV'S or maybe the smackdown before the PPV stuff is bad.

Would like to see him hold the belt for a while and then lose it to a younger star before he retires, Maybe Orton or Lashley. I say Lashley because It doesn't seem like it now but he's going to be a star in time in the WWE. Orton's pretty much already a star..I don't think he suits the heel personna, the only reason he's hated at the moment is because he feuded with taker.

If you feud with Taker, you're immediately hated..except for a few exceptions. I'd love to see Orton get a face push if he ever becomes world champ again, would be interesting. Spelt feud wrong twice oops sad

I think Flair is still entertaining. He puts on good matches in my eyes, especially for his age. Foley and Hogan put asses in seats, so they will always be a fixture in some way.

In some ways Flair is still entertaining, but it's so painful to watch him wrestle. My gosh, the man should not be aloud to blade/bleed! A man his age doesn't have enough blood to spare! And yeah I know "Foley and Hogan put asses in seats" that's why I mentioned them.

Drunzer, I agree that Lashley is going to go somewhere in the WWE, but don't have him win the title from Taker. Too many people have been rushed in as champs, instead of waiting until they're more established stars, and their title reigns suck. Superstars who haven't paid their dues yet, don't deserve to wear the heayweight gold.

I'll give this to Edge, cause he's more than paid his dues, but I still think he was rushed in a champ. They should have built him up with a feud against the champ, then he'd cash in the "money in the bank" and get his shot.

Most of all, I don't see Flair in a TLC match. I wonder who will interfere with that.

Yeah I suppose that's true..I'd like to see Orton take the belt from him I guess. The two of them should now have some sortof respect for eachother after all they've been through together.

I really don't want to see Angle lose the belt to anyone too soon. Keep him on smackdown for a while, let him reign supreme. Then he can drop it to someone come say...Wrestlemania. Taker needs to come around more before he gets a belt. He feuds with someone, basically Orton, then leaves. Come back, feud, leave.

If he does win it sometime soon I agree with whoever said before that he should drop it to Orton. Taker can retire after that match, would be the best way for him to go out, and would help Randy alot.

As much as I love Angle (favorite WRESTLER, bar none), I wonder how long it'll take before the wrestling sites spin it into yet another example of how RAW is superior over Smackdown!.

Think about it: Angle's been at RAW for over half a year now, has had several WWE title shots and never won it. On his first night "back" at SD, he wins the title. In other words, he could never win a championship on one brand but did so in one try over at the other brand.

What say you, my MKO bois?

Sounds like something people would say. Personally, I don't really care if Smackdown is "weaker" than Raw. I think Smackdown is still the better show.

TNA Final Resolution was alright. AJ vs Tanahashi was pretty good dispite their obvious miscommunications, probably the match of the night. The rest of the show seemed to drag a little bit and I was sort of "meh" about a good deal of it. Shelley continues to rule though.

And Sting was decent, in Sting-terms. The thing I find with Sting is that I love his character, his look, etc, but watching him actually wrestle is so incredibly boring. Monty Brown was the real star of that match, I think.

I say it was bullshit that he didn't win it on RAW. I really hate it when they make a heel lose over and over again it makes him look unworthy of the belt.

Final Resolution was pretty good save a few boring matches:

Preshow matches:

The Naturals vs The Latin American Exchange
-Ehh nothing special. The Naturals haven't been done squat since they lost the titles which is getting on my nerves and unless Homicide does the Cop Killer there's nothing special about the LAX.

Team Canada vs Hoyt, Jay Lethal, Kenny King
-Only really good worker here is Petey Williams. I'm not saying Lethal and King suck, but they have a while to go still... Everyones else though just arn't cutting it for me.

Alex Shelly, Austin Aries and Roderick Strong vs Sonjay Dutt, Matt Bently and Chris Sabin
-Match of the night! Seriously, Shelly needs a push already, as do Aries and Strong (hell that's there whole deal now). Not to knock Sonjay, Sabin, and Bently but two of them have already worn the X strap and Sonjay will eventually one day once the whole Samoa Joe thing blows over.

Ron "The Truth" Killings vs Bobby Roode
-It's about time The Truth ditched Konnan and Road Do....Err BG James, but until he takes on someone more impressive than Bobby Roode then the only enjoyable thing about the match will be the dancing.

James Gang vs Diamonds in the Rough
-...Or as I put it earlier, The New Age Outlaws vs two guys who just can cut a break. I hate Kip James and BG and yet I know they're gonna get pushed to the moon. I feel bad for Elix Skipper because his talent is going to waste.

Raven vs Sean Waltman
-Great another loser from DX is back again in TNA. Whoopy-fuckin-do. I know Raven "lost" but can we just get this whole angle over already.

Rhino vs Abyss
-Ehh not too bad. Nothing much to say though because niether guy is all that impressive.

AJ Styles vs Tanahashi
-Second best match of the night. Only thing that really bothered me is the ending. I found it funny, but it just felt like a cop out with Shannon Moore hitting Tanahashi with the plaque.

America's Most Wanted vs Team 3D
-Good god when will this boring ass feud end??? Completly illogical ending with the ref not knowing who he counted the three count for. I thought Borasch was going to tell him what happened but no, he just announces the winner.

Samoa Joe vs Christopher Daniels
-I've been waiting on this one all night. I'm gonna say it right now I'm a Daniels mark and a half, but damn it I really thought he was going to be the one to finally beat Joe. Now it looks like it's gonna be AJ, who I'm starting to get sick of. AJ is getting to that point over being overrated and a heel turn would work in his favor sometime down the line.

Christian Cage and Sting vs Jeff Jarrett and Monty Brown
-Ok first of all why has TNA been promoting Sting like he's never been to TNA before??? For a while me and my friends had been joking that Christian's partner was going to be a stuffed white scorpion because everytime they advertised it that's what they showed. Anyway, an ok return from the Stinger. Didn't do much though, but for a man whose 48 he didn't look half bad, but it showed. Another thing I realised is how much Monty Brown is improving. Sure his promos are still unintentionally funny, and his finisher sucks, but now he's doing moves. That's something.

On a side note after watching tonight's PPV I put together a list of people WWE would probably pick up, *note* take all of this with a grain of salt because it's just coming from me, none of it is real(by the way, you'll notice it isn't a complimentary list):

Lance Hoyt: deffinatly they're type of guy. He's besically another Test, and we all remember how much WWE loved keeping him around.

AMW: There has never been a more WWE team in TNA than AMW. They look similar, they put on boring matches, they keep it safe, and with the pathetic tag division at WWE they could use all the help they can get.

Monty Brown: He's a big guy, and in Vince's eyes that equals money for some reason. But hey, at least he's more charismatic than Lashley.

A1: See Lance Hoyt and Monty Brown.

Bobby Roode: Hey, doesn't he already work for WWE under the name Birchum?? Wait, they're not the same guy?? Had me fooled........

Samoa Joe: WWE has had a history of aquiring really hot talent and doing absolutly nothing with them, and Joe is that kind of guy. For reference sake look at : Jerry Lynn, Justin Credible, Ultimo Dragon, Juvi, Dean Malenko, Lance Storm, etc etc.

Apolo: Ok I'll admit, TNA had misused the hell out of Sunny Siaki by the time WWE signed him, but it's only going to get worse for him. Why not take the totally usless Apolo with him though? It's not like he's gonna go far with Konnan and Homicide anyway.

damn, sting hasnt lost a step at all. i didnt expect him to comeout like that. the only side of "age" was it seemed he got a little winded during the match..he used to do that all the time, but not as soon as he did last night. but not being active like that for a few years will do that to ya. i know forst hand. i get out of breath just by standing up, rofl.

hes still in great shape

my only gripe is the short hair with the crow character.

i only look for him to improve as time goes on. the rust (what little he showed) cause unlike guys like hogan and flair, who look like their gonna die by the time the match is over, sting tends to get better towards the end of a match.

lol, look at this cool pic of christian churning butter in mid air!

Final Resolution was a great ppv! A hell of allot better than last month's, that's for sure! Too bad the Dudley's got scewed by an idiot ref. I guess WWE isn't the only ones with retarded officials! Sting was incredible! I agreed 100% with the crowd when they roared "you've still got it" it's true, he's still got it.

I got the Eddie Guerrero dvd from e-bay, and I got to say, if you ain't seen it yet, go and get it, NOW! And buy the book!!

Little internet tidbit:
**Backstage News On Possible Angle/Undertaker Feud:**
-- It has been reported previously from various sources that The Undertaker wants to have a good quality wrestling match at WrestleMania, and the name Kurt Angle specifically has come up in regards to an opponent for him. Taker has been saying that this could likely be his last WrestleMania, and with Kurt Angle’s bad neck you never know when his could be. With Kurt Angle the new Heavyweight champion, this could open the door for Taker to chase Angle for the title leading into WrestleMania. Past buyrates and ratings have proven that, statistically, having the face chasing the heel for the title does much better in the main event slot in regards to buyrates and ratings.

**I want to pose this to some of you:
You know you're a hardcore wrestling fan when......

I think he'll just show up, get in the ring and beats up Angle a lil. Or, it might be something along your thinking. Maybe the Titaintron will have Taker saying, "Grrrrrrrrrrr..... Kurt Angle! I'm coming for your title... and your SOUL! Yo ho ho and a bottle of ruuuuuuuuuum! Rest in peace!" I guess we'll have to see.

Sting still actually looks okay. He should definitely lose the short hair with the Crow gimmick though... that's awful and makes him look older. He should grow it long and dye it black again... if he did that, it would pretty much look like the same old Sting.
