I finally evolved my Larvesta into a Volcarona, took forever! lol
Also, if I may ask, does any else train and Dragonair and Dragonite simultaneously? I've always done it, but I've never seen anyone else do it. I just like to have both of them, rather than just have one evolve into the other.
Training Dragonair is no easy feat, though.

Just added you, Riyakou. Unfortunately, my old man has passed. Figured he'd at least raise my Gulpin by a level or two before leaving it in the middle of the floor in his house... Hm, maybe he'll come back as a ghost in the next generation!
If anybody needs a Fighting type Safari, feel free to add me.

I hope next Generation they introduce more Fairy types than any other type. I hate how they introduced a new type, yet they didn't add a lot of fairy types.
They had a lot of options to choose from previous pokemons to add to the mix too.
Btw, I don't understand how they made Mr. Mime a Fairy type.. In my mind I always though he was a Normal type. Never strucked me as a Psychic type.

There are presently 17 fully-evolved Fairy types, 9 of which were changed from previous games, and 8 new ones, which is a lot more than when you consider how long it took for there to be even 10 Ghosts in the series (this only happened by generation 3), and when introduced, only 6 Dark and 6 Steel types appeared in Gen 2. lol, to add insult to injury for them, only 4 were new, and of those, 2 were evolutions of previous generation Pokemon. Considering how many previously good Pokemon are now Fairies (Gardevoir, Azumarril, Togekiss), and we have a Fairy Uber and two pretty powerful Mega Fairies, it could've been a lot worse for the type.
I think the main reason Mr. Mime is a Fairy is because the character is essentially a trickster (its Pokedex entries refer to how it tricks its opponents into thinking that barriers are in front of them, or conning them of their valuables). Fairy is a really broad term, and can symbolize things like malicious sprites who either help or harm others, and as odd as it may seem, Mr. Mime is the type who'd harm others. Maybe not so much like the murderous Ghost types who lure people to their deaths, but it basically takes advantage of the naivety of its opponents to get something from them.

I actually provides the possibility of getting a large variety of Fariy-type pokemon.
I think it would be nice if we got a few Fairy poltergeists or even a Fairy-type demon. Lucifer, anyone? (Vivillon doesn't count. lol)

I thought tat the rumor Pokemon Hoopa would fit this perfect. A Fairy type primarily, with either Dark or Ghost as a secondary typing. Toxik Wrote:

I really hope that tose 3 rumors aren't legendaries. I would love to use Volcanion in a main team.
Which pokemons do you guys think will appear from pokeballs or as playable characters on the next Smash Bros.?
I think Pokemon Trainer should return with different combination of pokemons from different generations. For example: Treecko, Monferno, Empoleon.

I'm more than certain Charizard will return, especially with its new mega evolutions.
Odds are, one of those evolutions will be its Final Smash.
As for newer stand alone characters, I think it will be either Zoroark or Blaziken.

To be honest, lack of post-game content annoys me.
Ive got all the mega stones I can get, most of the legendaries (still to get Zygarde) done a lot of the battle tower/mansion stuff, got all the pokemon from Safari that I want to get etc.
Also none of the new pokemon this gen excite me that much. Sure theres the odd couple but its not like I want to go back and train that many more.
At this point too, there are so many unobtainable pokemon that Im not striving to catch them all.........yet lol.
I know the whole point of pokemon is to battle but Im not the biggest battler in the world, and tend jsut to battle with my friends and am certainly not competitive. So again, Im not desperate tog et training the ultimate team. And most of the pokemon I liked from previous generations I like and have already trained in the previous games so will likely just transfer over if I feel like it.

To follow up on this, if you're still seeking post-game content, you could always become a detective in Looker's bureau, assuming you haven't done that already.
I would like to take this moment to tell everyone to get a freakin' Furfrou because it is a badass.
It's easily one of the best basic pokemon there is, from any generation. It has amazing stats, and it's ability Fur Coat cuts all physical attack damage in half. And with its naturally high Special Defense, it is surely a force to be reckoned with.
I currently have the Pharoah Furfrou, with the moves Dig, Surf, Thunder Wave and Cotton Guard.

I'm open to trade, sure. I have the Orange (High Plains) version.

I considered raising one to put on my team, but decided to do it later when I could control breeding and such. I called the one I have FROU-FROU! because it is cute and tough. I raised it to be completely defensive and take advantage of priority Baby-Doll Eyes.

Jerrod I actually have that one now but would still be up for trading. Can always use it for further trading.
I only need continent, river, monsoon, savannah and jungle to complete my collection now.

I think I just found myself my newest Masquerade Pokémon, Florges.
It can so easily masquerade as a Grass type, with its naturally high Special Attack, high HP, and its array of Grass-type moves.
I'll leave my current Florges alone, but I think I'm going to search for a blue Flabebé in the GTS.

I got a Chimchar on Wonder Trade last night following the release of Pokemon Bank in Japan. However, they've taken it down now and the US and European release scheduled for tomorrow has been postponed as Nintendo's Network went down due to the overwhelming demand. I hope they have it sorted soon so we can get in on the transferring action and the Celebi that's being given away.

Also, it might be important to let you guys know that I have a Normal-type safari. Audino and Lillipup are in there. Hopefully once I beat the game the third will be Ditto or Eevee, but with my luck it'll be Smeargle lol
Wonder Trade is probably my favorite thing about this game. Got a Japanese Gengar on my first use.
