Just like i picked the first time, I will choose Bulbasaur again.
Why? Because I will stick to my Saur family, 15 years later.
YOU DONT ABANDON FAMILY!!! >:'(

What about Dragon Rage? it's solid up to lv. 40. (or thereabouts)
I'm glad about Doublade's design. It's a throwback to gen I where multiple pokes stuck together = evolution. Dugtrio, Magneton, Slowbro.

Doublade = 2 Honedge = twice the awesome.
Sorry, Tetra, but I don't see what you're talking about between those two when Hydreigon and Doublade do it better (Doublade resists Fairy, Bug, Dragon, Ice, and is immune to Fighting, while Hydreigon resists Fire, Ghost, Dark, and is immune to Ground). That is a freaking awesome combo right there.

So anyone notice Male Pyroar's mane is shield shaped?
Also Fire/Normal compliments Honedge's Steel/Ghost typing.
There's your Sword/Shield combo.

game is starting to leak. I think it'd be a good idea to cover whatever leaks with spoiler tags

While Mega Charizard Y (the one we have known about) looks like utter shit..... Mega Charizard X looks pretty cool.
There's been a ton leaks over the last 24 hours, due to a few people obtaining copies of Pokemon X ahead of schedule.
Nintedo has shut most of them down, but I've managed to remember a good batch of it, so I'll put it in spoilers if anyone wants info.
I'll post more info as I remember.

Spoilers: (Highlight to reveal)
- Male players can have facial hair. It is not known whether this due to customization or possible aging.
- Bunnelby has an evolved form known as Diggersby.
- Helioptile has an evolved form.
- The first two gyms are Bug and Rock type, and the final gym is Ice type.

Pokemon: The Origin is too good man. I wish they extended it to something like a 26 episode mini-series instead of skipping past a whole bunch of stuff

With Mega Charizard X getting a boost in Attack and becoming Fire/Dragon, compared to Y's Special Attack Boost and looking utterly awful, I think it's safe to assume that my hunch to get X is correct.

Man, if Genesect and Volcarona really get Uber-lutions, I will make the rest of my next team Bug types.

Well, looks like this is basically, if the news on some of the recently leaked Mega Evolutions is true...

Aerodactyl got one and it isn't in that chart/list so either it is a legit list that didn't show all of them, or the list is fake.
I want a Mega Probopass. That would be so legit.

Mega Gardevoir looks worse than normal Gardevoir and that was hard to accomplish. Gross
It seems people are upset that there are less then 100 new pokemon in the 6th generation.
I think Game Freak should've started doing this a long time ago. It would've been a lot easier to keep up with the amount if the generations were between 60-80 pokemon each, save for the first two generations.

I'm not so disappointed in the number of new pokemon, I'm just disappointed in the Pokémon themselves. There are only few that actually interest me and that I'd think of raising, those being the fennekin line, the fossils and pyroar. Also only a few random Fairy types, thought there would be a lot more, and only a few old pokes seem to have had the fairy type added.
This generation is all about the mega evolutions, which is a shame IMO.

I actually find this generation to be a huge improvement from the shitstorm that is the majority of gen 5.
All of the starters here look at least tolerable, and Froakie is a badass. The designs are much more along the lines of how pokemon should be, imo. And I definitely LOVE the Ghost pokemon. They look genuinely spooky this time around.
Xerneas and Yveltal also look amazing, and it's nice to have a legendary duo that isn't Dragon-type. I say, this generation seems pretty neat, to me. I very much look forward to assembling some pretty fine teams.
To say, though, the one thing I'm actually most excited about is character customization. YES!
