Well, like I've been saying for forever and a day, all the more reason this game should have been live. Perfect example: Versatile trying to convince MKL Sub-Zero is top tier. MKL trying to convince Versatile Sub is bottom tier. If Midway was smart enuff to make the game live, we'd have a result by now!

BTW, just for the record I fully agree with MKL, Sub-Zero sux. But after reading Versatile's post, Im basically dying to see/play his Sub-Zero. He makes Sub-Zero sound so good on paper, but is he actually that good in the game?

And still know one says anything about Kenshi, who I think is miles beyond Sub-Zero. IMO, Kenshi ownz. I would love to test this theory, but I don't know where any of u live. Me, Franklin KY. Any1 close to that area?? I travel a lot. Holla back.

Firstly, hes not gonna get killed by jabbers when jabbers cant touch him. Not only that, but while its not as good as say..Jax's jab game..Sub's jab game is pretty good. Dragon:1,1,2~bdc is effective and the last hit hits mid.It avoids almosy every move in the game. Dragon: 1,1 can also be BDCed

Also, im not sure if Kori: 1 is really BDCable, but if it is..woo wee Sub moves right up to number 4 or so. But like i said..im in the process of trying it out, and at this point it doesn't seem BDCable.

Sub really has no uphill battles. Hes a hard character to play, but once ya learn him hes so safe that your opponent's only option is to low poke ya to death.

he says cb+d+3 = 5 frames safest move in game...
normal d+3 6 frames is punishable.

Konqster, a crouch buffered d+3 is simply pressing 3 when sub zero is fully crouched. This makes the d+3 about a frame or two faster..allowing him to beat out every move in the game. With a regular d+3,however, you'd get killed by Jax's or KL's jabs because the ducking animation is slower than their jabs.

Dragon: CB d+2 cant interupt everything...CB d+3 can. Yea, it's great for things such as ducking Jax's Muay Thai: 2,2 and KAPOW..d+2 them. However, do that against Hsu Hao and he'll BDC away from your d+2 and half your bar is gone. Damage is an important aspect of MKDA, but defense and safeness is just as important. Especially with SZ..if his BDC game and safness wasn't so ill..i'd agree with MKL.

Also, a tight little trick is to hold onto d/b or d/f until the announcer says fight. This will put Sub Zero in crouch before the round even starts. Not that big of a deal, but cool.

Ok guys..this silly debate appears to be over..so lets move back to the high leveled gameplay board..heh.

Also, one last thing. MKL, if ya decide to reply with some bull crap, know that i wont reply. I'll simply sit in my comfy chair and laugh at how ignorant you really are. I'm amazed... This list is really fair... And the most interesting thing in it, is that it shows the fair rank without any "fan love" involved... For example I have to admit I dislike Scorpion alot, but he is the freaking best character with the best Stance-mix, set of moves, and high/low attacks/combos.

I just don't get why you ranked Shang Tsung so high. OK, I'm not a Shang Tsung fan so I'm not a master with him so that's why I don't know why he has that ranking.

Drahmin ranking surprised me alot too. Even though not many ppl like the juggling, he deserves that ranking.

And of course my beloved Sonya has her fair ranking she's so good I beat the game really fast with her, and I enjoy it so...

My favs are Sonya and Cyrax, top tier and low tier. I had a bad time mastering Cyrax

I think it’s a fair list. I'm glad to see Sonya Top Tier because she really deserves it, she’s clearly among the most powerful male characters and she’s the strongest female of the game. I only think Cage and Nitara should be higher, not Top Tier of course, but in higher positions. Nitara isn’t the best, but if well mastered she can kick ass with a very powerful combo of 100+%

i never said that rayrokka was a scrub but i am definatley NOT in check. i would beat anyone on this site. ray is good for someone who only has the cpu to play, he doesnt even know half of the setups that r in that game for that reason. i dont consider it anything should i beat ray. he has no one to play so how can he keep up with how the game has changed. i always said that being the best at MKDA is nothing to me cuz of how low the overall play of the US is. versatile i know MKDA in and out with EVERY character. you think u have a way to make sub immune to jabbers. u would get rushed down badly. i'll be in NJ soon and then i'm gonna beat u 50 straight with fast jabbers and then i'm gonna beat u sub vs sub then we'll see what u have to say.
