UMK3 (and possibly other Klassic MK games) will be available to download, and play online via X-box 360. When this happens and is confirmed, I will add a column for X-box 360 players. This should really help the competitive spirit in the game folks. I hope to see you all online.

I do from time to time, but I have been really busy lately and just can't stand the delay/lag/button loss anymore. My timing is off because I play it offline so much.

I never did, I was just waiting for this day to happen and it did.It's coming out for a console which is what I want.

The xbox controller is perfect for MK imo and I can't wait to play online.

It would rock to just have Wavenet UMK3 or a truly balanced MKT (with arcade quality graphics ) on whatever they can port it to.

And what the hell, why not have whatever netplay it comes with (Live, or whatever it would have if it came out for PS3) plus a different netplay that worked against the same game on any console. That'd get some sales :)

If you are playing on zsnes you can record the inputs via the zsnes program and replay them later capping with hypercam...it's what I do.

all your guys seem to complain about the delay of the netplay (and I agree of course) but why would it be different with the x box 360 live? I mean, it still will be online gaming, so both players still will have delay on that xbox 360 machine too, no?
I just don't understand why people think that new will solve the problem of the delay on netplay....if someone knows something that I ignore, please let me know.

For people in the US playing eachother, it should be great on Xbox because everyone will be on the same hardware using the same exact version of the game, but there's no way to really correct the problem of intercontinental play due to distance, the internet would have to be faster, and more stable in general.

The next UMK3 tournament is going to be held on Saturday May 27th, 2006 at 8 on the Break in Dunellen NJ for ECC11. Players, please show up and make this thing happen. I want enough players to actually hold a tournament for money. Be there early for warm ups and the tournament will most likely start around 7PM. This is probably the biggest tournament of the year in which UMK3 will be featured as a side game.
