It has been stated many times that Edenians are very affluent with magic and their race came from demigods or something like that. Jade and Kitana can teleport, Sindel can freaking fly or levitate, Rain has weather powers, Tanya has invisibility, so it's magic. I don't see anymore explanation needed.

I would like a konfirmation of Tanya.

Tanya was the most epic karakter created in MK4. Not Quan Chi. Ok? Let's not get it twisted.

I don't know why Tanya wouldn't be in the game. I like her and she's one of the returning chars i'm fonding a lot of hopes on. We'll see her soon.

So to everyone clamoring for Tanya, if you all had to choose between only Tanya or two from Jade, Kitana or Mileena, would you still pick Tanya over the choice of two?

I may not be a huge Tanya fan, but I'd pick two characters over her if they continue to make her some traitor with nothing else to go with that story.

That is a tough call. I want to see Tanya again. It seems she has quite a following these days. I do love Kitana, Mileena, and Jade, but I would be content without them in this game, I at least want to see them in story mode though. So I think I'll actually go with Tanya as long as the other three get new costumes in story mode, I don't want to see their MK9 looks recycled.

But if I were to pick two it would be Kitana and Jade. I really hate what they did with Mileena's character in MK9.



They might retcon Tanya. Maybe she won't be so selfish and deceitful this time around. Maybe she tries to help Kitana and Jade and Sindel. I also kinda hope one of these new characters is an Edenian male. We need a couple more of those, just as long as they're not waste of space characters.

I love Mileena and Tanya just the same, but I want to see Tanya in X more than I want to see Mileena again.

One thing that would disgust me over all others tho, is that they would turn Tanya into a goodguy.

That would suck so much and if they do that it wouldn't be Tanya anymore. But i'm sure Jaded would love it...

The problem that I have with this character is that her story got stale the moment she came back into action. Debuting in the fourth game gave us this character that fooled a lot of people thinking she was this friendly, good guy from Edenia. The moment we see her ending, bam, bad guy.

But then Deception came and just made her stale. Joined forces with Onaga because according to her, it was a "right decision." That's how she explains it as to why she's been doing the things she has been since her debut. She does all of these things to survive after Shinnok fell. But the problem here is that she hardly did anything except worked for Onaga by helping him gather information. And of course, who didn't see her just taking what he wanted out of nowhere?

I'd be more down for her to be in this game if it gave us information WHEN she became a traitor to her realm. I don't think they really explained when she became this evil bitch towards her people. Just that, she helped a bunch of refugees with them being Shinnok, Quan Chi, and Netherrealm forces. More explanation as to why she went evil would be nice rather than having another story of her being a traitor and having a rivalry that hardly goes anywhere.

Sorry, but the whole Tanya/Jade rivalry was hardly anything but a good story.

Obviously Tanya. Kitana and Jade are stale + dead + boring, and Mileena was ruined in MK9 although i still like her and i can see her coming back, but i'd rather have another Tanya appearance tan yet another Mileena appearance.

I'm with her Deception hair all the way! I never liked her in her MK4 form, her traitor part was nice (I love traitors) but the appearance was boring.

MKD hair + MKD eyes + MKD inspired costume. Basically everything from MKD was superior than MK4 when it comes to appearance

Jade, Kitana and Mileena were really cool in MK9. I'd like for them to take a backseat in MKX though, if that's what it takes for Tanya to return for MKX.

Of course, ultimately I'd like all of them in MKX, but if I had to choose, I'd say Tanya.

Fujin is more due for one than Tanya. dont see the fascination with her. shes ok but not all that.

MKX needs interesting returnees like Tanya, Sareena, etc. Sonya and Kitana don't even belong in that category. Their category is called Boring
