My interpretation of your view of "sexuality" is skin visibility.. thats the only logical reasoning for calling Tanya "slut 4". This is why i pointed out D'vorah. You pointed out the Jade thing that was made for some event (i forgot what it was) and the Mileena render. But Tanya hasnt' done anything slutty at all. Nor Kira, or Sindel and Li Mei. (Li Mei was another well covered one in her deception alternate.)



Fair enough, but with that said, people who havent took to her design are not just "whiners" as you first stated, but have legitimate reasons we don't care for it.

Well so far I really like it, I think a bunch of improvements like the face model and the hair movement will be made when they get to work on her later on.

As for the costume I really think it's the dark setting she's in that's fucking around with the colors.

If not well then I hope NRS make the yellow parts of her outfit more vivid or even Golden-like instead of dull colors. Purple is an interesting choice to mix it with (Her Purple Fire maybe?) so I hope that's dark but not faded out either.

The Egyptian motif is perfect for her and makes her stand out among Jade, Mileena, Kitana and Skarlet.

I love the hair personally, it suits her. Here's the thing it's probably because NRS still has trouble modeling hair at this point in time so the bobcut is a good enough compromise. I'm glad it's closer to her MKD hair than MK4 by a long shot....Shit that reminds me I still haven't commented on Mileena yet.

Anyway I'll tell ya I'd happily take this over solid BlockHair from MK9.

And to anyone bashing the eye stripe now well fancy that Kitana has that too.

I guess people who liked Tanya's new design are not really big fans of Tanya, but I also saw some fans of Tanya who like it.

I admitted before and I'l admit again, I was never a big fan of Tanya, I thought her personality was pretty interesting though, the fact that she always picked the winning side was something I liked about her.

Now that she got a design that I personally like, I'm more interested in her and I can't wait to see how she plays.

So like I said, let us just end this on a happy note and say that it's just all a matter of opinion when it comes to a character's design.

Although her face does really look weird, but that's because it's still an early model.

I do have faith that they'll improve her by release. There's also alternate skins to consider.

Just assuming (and hoping), even though I know how that usually ends. Although I'd honestly still be a bit flabbergasted if someone like Tanya or, let's just say Smoke or Shang Tsung for future packs, only ended up with one costume. NRS is all about topping their last game, so gonna hold onto that hope for now.

I love Tanya and I love the new design but Deception is still her best, hands down. I've wanted her in this game since Day 1 so I'm pumped she's getting a DLC spot.

I'm glad Boon didn't lie to me so long ago. lol However, doesn't fare that well for future DLC for Bo or Havik though.

I don't like her short hair and she doesn't look beautiful. Tanya has always been beautiful, like Kitana and Jade, they're Edenian, it's in their genetics. I hope she's not done because that looked very lazy to me. Her costume could be improved and so could her hair and her face. I like the bangs though, I think the bangs should be a signature thing for Tanya.

At least Bo will be in the web series. But now I just see Havik getting offed in the comics or killed during story mode as a NPC.

But who really knows, right? Surprises have always been a staple in MK.

To me she is almost fine. Maybe they should enhance her breasts of a size or two and, as it has previously stated, shift the outfit's hue to golden yellow.
The face is fine, but the only thing I have noticed about every female character, apart of the standard breast size for all, is that they have almost always squared faces. On Tanya I think it's fine, but I think that the other girls should have more delicate facial features.

Very, very true. Havik is a possibility because of the comic but I think if anyone from the 3D era makes it as DLC from this point on, it'll be out of Frost, Reiko, Li Mei or Fujin.

I want Frost in because her rivalry with Cassie could truly be an interesting on going plot for future games.

Agreed. I'm really curious as to who Tanya's rival will be. I'm guessing either Mileena or Kitana since Jade has long been dead.

Haha, that's what makes me so curious about Tanya. By her having not been involved in the comics as of yet, we have no idea exactly what she's up to in this timeline. Hell, she wasn't even seen in the Neatherealm War portion of story mode.

So I definitely can't wait to see exactly what she's doing and who's she's serving this time.

Now THIS is a Tanya that looks bad ass. The hair is better and i can't believe i'm saying this but now the beads actually look GOOD due to the cloth underneath them (unlike in the video where it just awkwardly sticks out and does not compliment the rest of her outfit at all)

I also liked that you made the top outfit more even.
