What I find most amusing is that people like him think that NRS owes them something. "I've sure spent a lot of time posting my vision for someone else's game on these Mortal Kombat message boards, these forums that Ed Boon may raise one bushy eyebrow to occasionally. THEY OWE ME!"

You see this kind of stuff on the Steam forums, too. People who buy a game find that it isn't tailored specifically to them and throw bitch fits at the developers.

I'm sure Ed Boon sheds a tear if he ever looks on the fan forums and sees threads titled stuff like, "Meat isn't in the game, not buying it!" Only it's probably from laughter, and is easily wiped away by the Kleenex box of hundred dollar bills sitting next to his computer.
My favourite recent comment was someone saying NRS should throw the fans a bone. What the fuck do they think the inclusion of a bunch of popular characters who died in the last game is?

I mean I have no problem with people wanting 3D characters, heck I would want Reiko, Havik, Hotaru, Bo Rai Cho, and Fujin to be in, but fuck if they aren't in this game WHO GIVES A SHIT. You have 30+ other characters in this game that look amazing.

Absolutely. If some 3D era characters show up, cool, awesome, the more the merrier. They can only be better than last time. But these so called fans who whine about not getting that they're "due" bailing on the franchise before the entire roster is revealed, good riddance. If they can't see all the game has to offer aside from the roster, then the franchise is better off. My favorite is people complaining about how MK9 was a retread, while simultaneously saying MKX should also retread.

I'm totally fine with someone not buying a game they don't think they're gonna like. That's great. That's capitalism. It's a very democratic thing to do, too.

What I don't like is when someone self-importantly announces that they're not going to buy the game to a bunch of Internet strangers. What's the point? To impress us with your heroic nobility? To dazzle us with how much of an independent free-thinker you are?

If that was the case for me, I'd only have bought MK4 and Armageddon. I mean, I love MK4, but...anyways. Looking forward to MKX, even with Shinnok having an average chance of appearing in it.

You know, I don't get why people are still so ticked off at Raiden. His situation wasn't that easy to handle. If I were in his position and had no access to the MK Wiki at all, I would have just forced everyone to start dry humping each other in a cluster until the future changes.
