Tanya Has a Bone To Pick With

I always wondered why they gave Tanya those Fatalities in MKD... Okay, one of them utilized her new weapons, which I love btw, but that one with the bones... I mean... Why?! XD

Am I the only one that likes her Kiss of Death from MK4? .-.

Yea I agree she DEFINITELY needs a almost complete unique fighting style and some unique fatalities. Plus MK4 has been pretty vague on whether she became evil because of Kahn's harsh rule or was it her curiosity around occult knowledge that led her astray to the Elder God Shinnok.

I don't trust the next game to have GREAT plot continuity and respect of the original source material just like MK9 did as RazorEdge701 noted numerous times on his threads, but I hope they learned from that mistake and solidly build up Tanya's mysterious persona to redeem themselves

I like characters that have ambition, so for that alone, Tanya's okay in my book. I just wish that there was more in her move set, but I have faith in NRS that they can shore that up and give her a sweet new updated look.

Tanya is one of my favorite characters from Deception. Ironically, she was one of the characters I disliked most in MK4. I have no doubt in my mind that if shes in this, she'll be great and hopefully have some really twisted, manipulative stuff to do.

To add to the discussion, I look forward most to seeing Reiko and Sareena, then Tanya and Fujin; these poor guys need some love.
Hell, I'd even be interested in seeing how they might develop Kai, a character I routinely forget exists.
Edit: Ashrah in her Brotherhood of Shadow days would be beneficial to her character, I think.

After playing Deception a bit more, I like Tanya a lot. Definitely looking forward to her, Fujin and Shinnok. I also really hope Kai has a more important role in this game

While everyone is waiting for Tanya,I would like to see some Reiko or Fujin. But for some reason I think they are going to leave these three for later and just show us Scorpion and Sub-Zero for now...*yawn*

So last time we got a reveal trailer, 9 characters were revealed (Shao Kahn, Raiden, Sub-Zero, Cage, Reptile, Nightwolf, Mileena, Kung Lao & Sektor). Thoughts on who we'll get this time or how many?

I think we'll probably see Shinnok, Quan Chi, Raiden, Scorpion, Sonya, Cage and a couple fresh faces like Fujin, Tanya, Kenshi or some others. Probably somewhere between 7-9 again if we're lucky and the reveal trailer is similar to the previous one.

I'm pretty torn about the whole Human vs Cyborg Sub-Zero debate. I prefer him be human of course, but it could be interesting if they give him a better move set and fatalities. The MK9 fatalities were kind of lame.

That would be awesome... But to what extend? So many complained how unbalanced the KaK in MKA was, due to how OP you could build your character.

Personally, I would be fine with making your own character in appearance and then just give them one of the existing characters' fighting style, like in Soul Calibur.
