I still don't understand why Tremor is in this competition. The likes of Kia Jataaka, Tasia, No Face, et al should be as well if we're gonna open that can of worms.

Well like in the movie The Rock, it's about damn time he's released from jail so we can get to know him and so that he can learn some new moves, the character Tremor, within the next few games could run Jax over like a stone-made Flinestonemobile.

Pretty much this as well. Jax was pretty good in MK2 and MK3, but since then I have loathed him. Everything about him is just bad. What especially makes me hate him is his voice acting. It is just so AWFUL. So cliched and stereotyped I can't listen to it. Tremor by default.

How anybody can vote for Tremor over Jax is beyond me. I just do not get the appeal of Tremor whatsoever.

I voted for Tremor, man, in the hopes that his inclusion in MK2011 Vita will bring forth a better character in him.

jax sux and has for the last 15 years. they keep him around simply to have a diverse roster. his entire persona and story has sucked since mk3.

tremor on the other hand has a ton of untapped potential. he can be shaped into something really great and could make ppl forget about jax

i voted for tremor. he's an earth based ninja. what's not like to like about a ninja who uses earth to defeat his enemies.

You know I've been a big advocate for Tremor getting in game, but even I'm suprised at how well he's doing, I voted for Jax

While he fall somewhat in obscurity during the latter years of MK series, he was strongly revitalized in MK9. His persobality is not rooted in annoying stereotype anymore and he looks as genuinly interesting character. His gameplay also was recreated in MK9, making him and odd and awesome "fast semi-grapler". His design in MK9, also the best look he sported since MK3. In general he was very good in MK9.

Tremor...I am not even sure what this thing doing in the contest of main MK characters. I mean, aside from his appearance in SF and (lazy) cameo in MK9Vita, he didn't make it any fighting game as fullfleshed character. Besides he is a ninja and there are plenty of them already. If anything Chameleon much more deserved to be included in the poll. As for Temor...I don't consider him as one of the main MK characters and hence there is no place for him in subsequent polls. He is not needed at all. Yeah, yeah...believe your fairy tails.

Bah, Tremor/Jax is closer than Mileena/Meat? And I thought Meat's % was ridiculous.... It is still the beginning though, I expect Tremor to be thoroughly shquishified.

If Tremor was real character I'd vote for him over Jax though... I much preferred Jax in MK2 and 3... I don't really know why. I think I just really hated his look in the ps2 games. MK9 is no better... He's much too butch for my tastes. I'm all for manliness but... He looks like big metal arms on 300 lbs. of roast beef.

I voted Tremor.

Like several others, I feel that Jax has gotten rather stale over the last few games. He hasn't made any real advancements in a long time.

Tremor on the other hand has potential. Even if he WASN'T a ninja, I'd still vote for him. How many characters do we have that can control earth? (Bo Rai Cho in no way counts). Tremor is a character with incredible potential, and like Rain, if fleshed out, he could be brilliant.

Jax has been pretty lame from MK:DA - MK vs DCU, but he's glorious in MK9. Tremor doesn't even exist.

Tremor is a boring palette swap whose first appearance was in a crappy game where his moves were uninspired. Cool to see him make a little appearance in the PSVita Challenge Tower, but he's still a boring palette swap with copy-moves in that version of him as well. No originality what so ever.

Jax, though I have never been very good at playing as him, has always been an interesting character, in my opinion. Though he's connected to Sonya, he's very much his own. He's super intelligent and super cool, and credit is where credit's due as he is the first token black guy, but has grown to be so much more than just that! And I also love how he's gotten so many awesome grapple moves in the newest MK which is the fighting style I think fits him perfectly!

I don't even get how Tremor is allowed in this competition. He's not a real character...and no, being playable in a few tower missions doesn't count.

I knew that.

I've been playing MK since I was a child, I just said MK9 for some reason. Probably just had the game on my mind. Deadly Alliance is my favorite game in the series if that tells you anything so, yea I don't need any catching up to do at all.
