But holy epic shit this is amazing Noob is back, hes fucking back and he looks awesome and his moves are fucking sick. Im going to watch this video another 100 times because of its epicness.

Noob is a fucking BEAST

This is one of the best reveals they've had so far and WOW, does Noob look fun to play as! His whole move set seems to involve moving his opponent around and keeping them off balance, and I dig that. I'm loving that so many characters look like they have a defined style to them.

As for the grave yard, it's a bit post-apocalyptic, which I'm not a huge fan of, but otherwise, it's a phenomenal looking background. I was hoping they'd bring this background back and really do it up. I still think that the belltower is the biggest change from old to new, but this one really does a good job.

Oh and the puking? Sure, why not. I mean, to me, NRS really seem to want to take back the crown of being the most over the top, violent game series and if that's really the case, then I say more power to them.

But aside from that, this game honestly just keeps looking more and more amazing every time I see it. Gripe over some outfits or the looks of some of the characters, but unlike the last few games, at least 90% of what's on this board, from hardcore MK fans, seems to be very positive.

Who knows if that'll be the case after the game comes out, but to see such great things and read such positive reactions from the most discerning MK audience out there add up to making this wait much more tolerable while at the same time making me want to tear my hair out in anticipation.

He looks fucking insane! He's got his cloud projectile back, that's sick! Black hole (the one good move from his newer renditions) is also back. Looks like he has a lot of clone moves. He's got the best x-ray so far too. The puking was awesome, lol.

It's exactly the opposite for me.

I think Kitana looks best. Jade's MKD primary in blue with beautiful long glorious hair, hair that's even better than Sindel's... It's something.

Mileena... ugh. But the design and hairstyle is better than Jade's I think.

Can't believe I'm saying this but Jade looks worse than them. Lord help me, I should me murdered for my blasphemy, but that is my true opinion.

Mileena and Jade... retro costumes to the rescue. The same thing for Kitana but at least she has amazing hair with Jade's MKD primary.

I don't know. Maybe and hopefully her costume will grow on me and I'll change my mind, but I doubt it.

I read all 12 pages and forgot to post my OWN impressions.

Let me be upfront... I LOVE this video. Noob Saibot looks amazing, fun, brutal, and full of amazing mind-game moves and clever specials. He looks like a very technical fighter and in the hands of a really high-caliber gamer, I bet we're going to see some absolutely stunning combos and moves done with him.

Concerning how he looks... amazing. Noob always bothered me, and I always felt he would look better as more of a, well, wraith. He's got a very Reaper-like look and it really makes him look fearsome and deadly. When I heard his sound clip of "Fear me" I thought it was cheesy, because I pictured the Noob of Deception in his silly bondage gear saying it. This design really does seem dark and raw and fearsome. I love it, especially the ethereal blue blood and body damage.

His moves, naturally, are looking great. Wonderful uses of his shadowy body double. Noob's sending out decoys, teleporting victims all over the place, and generally using darkness and shadows as a living weapon. That's fantastic. His "break your spine then make you puke" X-ray is visceral, dark, and funny, and I can't wait to pull that off against people online.

Concerning this game, NRS has succeeded in a way I never thought they would before. They've made me care about characters I've always blown off and take an interest in characters I had dismissed as subpar. I've never felt the urge to play as Nightwolf, Mileena, Noob, Cyrax, or many others before, but seeing these gameplay vids makes me want to learn them all inside and out.

haha, pretty cool new Noob Saibot in MK 2011. Great that he has his own set of moves, pretty good outfit, sinister look and dark humour. Like the fact he is mainly black, like a true ninja, walking in the shadows. He is pretty badass with that taunts, haha !

Noob Saibot looks awesome, his shadow specials are back, nice. His X-Ray looks brutal, and his outro is cool but I don't like the rigged cloth of the shadow clone.

This broke my internet because I jizzed all over the cable. That was the best reveal.

The puking was awesome and Noob is no longer a subzero black clone.

The shadow moves amazing loving the black hole and the evil laugh.

Also jade looks amazing sindel to hardly noticed anything other than Noob though.

I jsut saw a tweet Ed posted about "one being Noob the other being Saibot" whether this was a joke or not, I'd welcome him being two personalities. Seems like a cool idea

Unfortunately, at some point after Ultimate Mortal Kombat Three Evolution X (2015), Saibot will break off from Noob and go try to conquer the world of Gnef Oat. It won't work out for him.

What is so confusing? I'm sure everybody will love Noob Saibot after seeing this video!

I disliked him in all the other games, this will be a new and fresh start between me and Nooby, i'm sure this new relationship between us will work pretty good and he may end up in my top 10 characters next to Ermac and Mileen.

Meh.

Noob Saibot seems like a character that's all about controlling the screen and distance. So he actually reminds me a bit of Wesker from MVC3. Fitting since I just started playing that game earlier today.

Also, I really the fact that Noob's clone has that inky/oil substance. As much as I don't like MK: Conquest, I thought that element of Noob Saibot was very cool. So seeing that, and his ability to warp and use his doppleganger like that makes me very interested in trying him out.

I wasn't really scratching my head over your sudden love for him, but I understand because Noob Saibot looks badass this time and as much as it pains me to say this if they remade Rain and he was just literally a badass I would probably play with him also.

That is how its done! Looks awesome, the moves look fluid and well thought.

However, it seems pretty clear that Noob is unbalanced, and may be "The Flash" of this game.

I just want to say THANK YOU to NRS. I have been dreaming that they would reinvent Noob, and utilize his shadow moves, even the hooded garb, and they have done Noob justice.

Awesome job guys, I have a renewed sense of excitement for this game now.

The only question about Noob left is where his SHURIKENS? Only Reiko shared it with him,so maybe they will give it to General?
I really want to see Reiko as hidden character in the game along Rain.

It's not that hard to follow really. Milaana hated Noob Saibot in all of his various incarnations. But she doesn't hate this one.

I mean, I hate Quan Chi. I've hated him in all of his various incarnations. But Jax007 made a Quan Chi concept that was absolutely amazing. And I really liked it, even though I despise Quan Chi. Time will tell if I still hate Quan Chi after MK2011 comes out.

I was thinking that Noob looked more like Phantasm from Batman: Mask of the Phantasm.
