Yeah, she does... I don't know if I like that or not. I was hoping she would simply conjure her staff like Kitana and Mileena do with their weapons. And the whole extending of the staff reminds me of Dragonball... though I know the original concept derives from the Chinese story about the Monkey King who had a staff that could extend.

However, it does imply that Jade will indeed use her staff alot in her fighting style, always having the weapon at hand, literally. And it does remind me a bit about Orchid's weapons in Killer Instinct which acted somewhat alike, and Orchid is another of my favourite characters (also a dark skinned woman with black hair and clad in a tight green suit). ^^

I need to see Jade in action before I decide what my opinion about it will be. Bring us Jade gameplay movie!!!

I don't know if someone already said this but this isn't Noob's full x-ray. They had to cut some of it off for the video. Just a heads up.

The cut is when he punches her in the front, before his clone knees her in the back. Presumably, that's where the first x-ray view of internal damage was done, because every X-Ray has two internal scenes to it.

Didn't play the POS that was Deadly Alliance, so I didn't have to deal with it. I could do the same here, sure, but the rest of the game appears to be shaping up nicely, so I'd like to.

So good Noob Saibot looks badass. And a backup clone, each character really is becoming their own. Jade's short staff is like light sabres in Star Wars, when she wants to use them she extends them, that's neat because it stays in her arms rather than it staying on her back if it was just the long staff.

Smoke will prolly not be shown or revealed, because we've heard nothing of him.

Yes and no. It appears she will be able to touch the glowing extended part of the staff, unlike a lightsaber's beam. But yes, the idea is somewhat the same. Like Darth Maul's twin saber in Episode 1. ^^

So technically, your little complaint about the vomit is pretty much pointless if you never played Deadly Alliance. As there was not only vomit/vomit... there was also bloody vomit.

And as Jaded-Raven said and I'm agreeing with it, you might as well get used to the fact that there is vomit in this game.

I don't know why,but maybe the sentence about being brothers is adressed not to Sub-Zero,but possibly Raiden? Because as we know from Noob's ending in MKD he doesn't see his brother since he died.Maybe with this information Raiden will alter something?

While, for the most part I really like Noob's video.... I have two problems:

1) The vomit looks horrible and is pretty cheesy and campy IMO.

2) I'm not really a fan of the hood. At a glimpse, he makes me think of Skeletor. Overall, it's good, I just dont like the hood.


I'm a little torn on the personality of him though. On one hand, he has a good viscious attitude. On the other hand, I kind of wish he was 100% emotionless. Like nothing more than an enigma of a warrior.



His move set looks like it'll be a lot of fun to use. And I do like the use of his clone in this. It gives him the advantage of having two fighters while not giving the player too strong of an advantage in matches.

Holy shit, they gave him a very unique fighting style... And updated his look, I honestly thought he was going to be the same black ninja, but now he looks like the reaper... SUPERB...
At first I was disappointed when I read it was Noob's character reveal, but after watching it, I am most PLEASED...
Now I'm going to watch this over and over again till I'm satisfied...
