Same here. I feel that some people don't the the plausibility of the entries. Some characters have gone to the 2nd round that I have turned my eyebrows up at. But hay! It's a competition, and I am expecting a loss in my second opponent. Krab-man from the moon of cheese... Plausible? Hmm...

Match1- Karundi

This one was really tough call. I loved both of these guys. But in the end I thought Karundi add more flavor to him. Although I won't be disappointed if Deon moves on.

Match 2- Shade

Shade was one of my favorites in the prelims. I am really digging this guys story and his design. Hope he goes far.

Match 3: Yaray

I chose Yaray for the simple reason that he appealed to me more. Both characters were good but Yaray was just more interesting to me.

As Ultimatesavage said, there have been many characters that got through that I didn't vote for, and it just puzzles me. There have certainly been some very good matches where the character I didn't vote for was put through and I didn't care bc both characters were pretty even, but there are certainly some head scratchers. And even if a "bad" character doesn't get through, it still baffles me how some people choose them over another....I'm not gonna name any names right now, and I'm not exclusively referring to this round...it's just something that bugs me...

A character that gets less than a 3 out of 5 in my ratings is picked over a character that gets a 4 out of 5? Maybe people just see something I don't....In regards to this round, the match I'm referring to should go to the character I voted for no problem, but I am surprised their his opponent has got as many votes as they do....

Oh well, to each their own.

There will always be results like that (personally speaking, I have the same issue) but the overall winner is generally someone everyone can agree on being at least decent to good.

Oh no... Nyctaro lost! I didn't even get a chance to vote for him (Real Life got in the way. Seriously: police were involved; end of.)

Anyway, I'll take this time to thank everyone that voted for him, and most of all appreciated him. It sounds like his second Fatality (the beetle torture) was a big hit.

@bbfreak328: To answer your questions, I designed Nyctaro years ago in MK:A's Kreate-A-Kharacter. You know, the awesome engine that let us design two-armed Shokan warriors? We could NOT however make four-armed Tarkatans with it, so from limitation springs ingenuity: make Nyctaro an outcast from both clans, and force him to develop his own powers in the savage realm called Outworld. The tail is a little weird, maybe: I based that off the fact that Shokan are half-dragon. But I'm very happy you found him to be original.
