Dairou was a failed attempt at what could have been a really awesome Ronin character

Dairou was a cool newbie in MKD tho.

That said, Dairou had a great look, cool fatalities, and was a decent fighter. Only thing that prevents him from being memorable is his dull as dishwater personality and okish story. Fix those things and he could really be cool.

No contest. Tanya is one of the worst characters to come down the pike. Her chicken screams in MK4 were an assault on my eardrums, and her neckbreaker Fatality sucked.

I do have a bit of a soft spot for Dairou, though. Loads of untapped potential which sadly will never be realized, plus his Deception Fatality ruled.

Oh well, my vote won't matter anyway.

Definatly Tanya. I liked dairou's concept in mkda, then he was in deception and i just didnt think he was what he should've been.

Don't care for either of them, but I'll go with Tanya.

Dairou is one of the very few MK characters, that I actually dislike because of his really bland and boring appearance and personality.


Believe what you want. In the end its nothing, but a specualtion, until there is an official confirmation from NRS.
One thing though: don't try to pose your speculations as truth.

Holy crap! Tanya's finally gonna advance another round! I just love her and can't wait to see what NRS has planned for her. I hope she gets a chapter in story mode and isn't given the generic henchmen treatment. She's so much more deep and complicated than that. I really want them to delve into her motives and impetus for treason.

They're both terrible, but I went with Tanya because Dairou is just too lame to me. Sorry.

Luckily I'm glad about most of the results of the previous fights, except for Mavado's defeat and Li Mei's victory.

Anyway today my vote goes of course for Tanya. My second favorite female fighter. I hope she replaces Kitana/Jade/Mileena in MKX, where she definitely belongs.

Dairou is bland imo. I have no interest in him.

Safe to say that Tanya wins this bout! Time to move on to the next bout....Let's do it!!!

Gameplay wise, Dairou was better in Deception.

As much as I hate Tanya...I hate Dairou a fraction more.

As much as I like Tanya, I voted for Dairou (even though he's gonna lose this round). He had awesome Fatalities. I think he needs more appearances.

Mileena, because she has progressed greatly from MKD to MK9.

Kitana stays lame, boring and stale with her copy/pasted storyline from 20 years ago.

I love them both. At least it's not one sided.

I'll go with Kitana since I love the color blue and her gameplay is better.

On the other hand. Mileena has purple(which is my #2 fav) and has awesome outfits and wicked Fatalities. But they dun fucked up with her acting like a child
