Im guessing that HHH will get the belt before to much longer so they can set up a match between Orton and HHH for the belt which will split evolution and will give Orton the chance to beat another legend Flair...

Since about 1986. This is the first thing I remember anything about. The scaffolding match owned btw.
Starrcade 1986 - The Sky Walkers
1986-11-27, Greensboro Coliseum, Greensboro, North Carolina
Omni Arena, Atlanta, Georgia
Tagteam championship: Rock'n Roll Express def. Ole & Arn Anderson
Big Bubba Rogers def. Ron Garvin
Jimmy Valient def. Paul Jones
TV championship: Tully Blanchard def. Dusty Rhodes (ch)
Scaffold match: Road Warriors def. Midnight Express
NWA championship: Ric Flair (ch) def. Nikita Koloff (DQ)
Plus the Monday night Prime Time Wrestling with Gorilla Monsoon and Bobby Heenan on USA and Saturday Night's Main Event. I'm pretty sure it's longer than you.
But that is not the point. You think you are the only one that knows wrestling as seen by your question of asking me how long I have been a wrestling fan. I said have your opinions. I have mine. But just back them up by something more than 'he sux ass'. Tell us why you think he sux. Anyways, I'm done with it so I hope you are too.

Man, didn't we just make PPV predictions? I dont like this 20 a year thing. Anywho, I say Benoit wins, which will lead up to a Summerslam match. I dont know about the Tag match. I guess it could go either way. I say Y2J takes down Batista, and I say Ortan retains. Not sure about the Matt/Kane thing. If they want the story to last long, then I doubt Kane will squash Hardy.

Andre's last television appearance was on a celebration of 20 years of NWA/WCW wrestling on TBS. Sadly, over the years the effects of acromegaly had continued to wear down his body. Eventually his immense size was just too much for his heart, and Andre the Giant died in Paris, France in his hotel room on January 27, 1993. His ashes were later taken home and spread over his North Carolina ranch.
Acromegaly is a hormonal disorder that results when the pituitary gland produces excess growth hormone (GH). It most commonly affects middle-aged adults and can result in serious illness and premature death. Once recognized, acromegaly is treatable in most patients, but because of its slow and often insidious onset, it frequently is not diagnosed correctly.
I think that should answer it.

MK_Geek he's supposed to have his return fight at Summerslam, so I could see him costing Y2J the match and having a month of 'catch me if u can' on Raw. Unless he's like still laid up?? That I don't know, is this the case?
FYI I watched the latest UFC ppv today, shit is TIGHT. I've watched in the past but this is the first time I've seen a 'current' one in a while.
Ken Shamrock knocked Kimo out COLD in the main event. He got him with a vicious knee to the face.

Thanks I was wondering about that the other day. It's best to retire from wrestling young. You can't take those hits when you get older(Rick Flair).Have you noticed people give Rick Flair "Soft Punches"?The punches don't look too hard when they hit Flair like they do other wrestlers.

Here are the full results for anyone whos lost..
Rhyno/Tagiri defeats Garrison Cade/Coach
Batista defeats Chris Jericho
La Resistance retains the tag titles by DQ
Matt Hardy defeats Kane
Edge defeats Randy Orton to win the Intercontinental Championship
Victoria defeats Molly Holly
Chris Benoit retains the World Heavyweight Championship
I really happy with the results of the matches, La Rez retained the titles, Edge won the IC title, and Benoit retain the World title.
the only thing that bugs me is WHY THE HELL DID MATT HARDY DEFEAT KANE. so far, Kane has lost every PPV match hes been in this year which is a fuckin discrace! I could understand loosing to The Undertaker, but Edge? Benoit? Hardy? what fuckin gives! what the hell is the WWE doing with Kane? hes put in a shitty storyline about fucking Lita, and has a PPV loosing streak. the WWE BETTER reward kane with the World Title by the end of the year for all this shit or I'll just give up on Raw competly untill they stop fuckin with Kane.
Overall, I'll probabally buy Vengeance when it comes out on DVD.

jade2004 Wrote: if the rumour about Kurt Angle being back for Summerslam is true then a bet it'll be a match against Cena. Here are the reasons behind my predictions Benoit: Him keeping the title will leave a space open for a kickass match at summerslam. A tripple threat match maybe? Edge: Orton has had the title for too long. This will also help with the Edge turning heel angle. La Resistance: They havn't had the title for long enough. Y2J: Basically...he's better than Batista. Matt Hardy: Kane needs to lose a match already. I doubt lita will pair up with kane if he wins...too much like the Trish/Y2J/Christian story |
Yay, my predictions were right....all except Y2J beating Batista...i was wrong about that but this makes me feel good....i do know something.

See if he didn't get hurt, he would have been in the PPV. Yeah Sheldon is a great talent who deserves a singles championship, but with Edge getting a push as the 'Evolution killer', he might have to settle hanging back for a while.
I'm not worried. He'll have his day to become champion. I see it in him.
And I'm happy as heel that Benoit retained the championship. Does anyone know how he beat HHH?

For what I've read it wasn't by either the sharpshooter or the crossface so it must have been by pinfall.
And, by the way, Edge sucks
Yeah, Edge is shit. But, I have a feeling he's going to hold onto that championship for quite a while... and I doupt Benjamin will be the one to take it from him.
Even though I guess I'm sorta pleased that my main man Benoit beat HHH, I have a feeling he might lose the title in Summerslam now...
BTW people, Velocity has been kicking ass lately! Great match between Noble and London last night (or rather, a month ago).

From WWE.com
World Heavyweight Championship
Evolution suffered a significant setback Sunday at Vengeance - and it has Eugene to blame. An inadvertent whack with a chair leveled Triple H, who was dazed enough for Chris Benoit to roll him up and retain the World Heavyweight Championship.
The Game thought he had the perfect strategy to return to glory, working over Benoit's chest with a range of creative and crippling maneuvers. And he seemingly had the ace in the hole: influence over Eugene and his deceptive strength. Triple H picked his spot, calling for the honorary Evolution member when on the wrong end of a Crippler Crossface and the referee KO'd. But Eugene's loyalties proved to be so divided that it left him paralyzed -- and a detriment to both competitors. First, The Rabid Wolverine dropped Eugene to preserve his title. Later, Triple H pushed Eugene off the ring apron when he got in the way. The Game's plan first crumbled, then backfired. With it went his chance to regain the World Heavyweight Championship.
