ROFL!! HAHA grin wink

any way, i share some of legend_armlet's sentiments. Randy Orton's simply proving that just like Triple H before him, he can't win a fucking match without backup. period. yeah he beat Benoit for the World Title, but only cause Benoit was nice enough to role over and play dead for him, somthing to this day i'll never understand. there should have been no way Orton could beat Benoit, but whatever it's done. so yeah, Orton did win by himself...ONE FUCKING TIME!!

i do agree with Zentile, Evolution was way more evil than Legacy. Legacy won't can't even touch Evolution, or the Horsemen for that matter in terms of evil. like Zent said, Orton's just surrounded himself by two one-time jobbers that he molded into mini versions of himself, and basically failed at doing so.

Why does Vince hate Christian so much? Leaving him on ECW with practically no one just sucks

Well, ECW did pick up Shelton but yeah I agree it's pretty bleak over there now. Then again, it works well for Christian since he's always guaranteed to be in a title picture now at least. Dreamer and Shelton will be his only competition in that area, that I can think of at least. I guess maybe Regal could finally get something going too.

I don't see it as bad for Christian. He's definitively the top dog in ECW now.

Are you insane? Christian would be jobbed out to the main eventers of RAW in no time. You think Christian would be successful in a brand that includes Shawn Michaels, Triple H, John Cena, Batista and Orton?

Yeah, exactly. Smackdown may be alright for Christian, but at least in ECW he's definitely going to be in the title picture indefinitely. No puny midcard feuds, no randomly thrown together rivalry with random people... just title picture. That's all he'll be doing now.

That said, I still think this is a bad idea. RAW is way too stacked... there are way too many faces, Bourne and Henry (assuming he will indeed become permanent face) will have no chance to shine, and it's a shame really because they're both far more entertaining than RAW's face main eventers. Swagger may have a decent chance to grow, with only Orton/Legacy and Big Show above him on the pecking order, but still. As much as I loved the gauntlet main event match, thinking back over it this won't be as good of an idea as I thought.

Anyway, loved Henry. Absolutely perfect gold there. I could hardly believe it, it's one of those times WWE finally does something you don't really expect and thrills you. The crowd ate it up too, I never thought I'd see a night where Mark Henry was getting one of the biggest pops of the night. I don't think it's just because he beat down Orton either, they even popped when his music started and gave him more reaction than Bourne got.

i think the best reaction Henry got, was when he stopped the referee at like 7 or 8 count and was like "ah ah ah, this ain't how it ends!" everyone cheered big time then. this could be the kick in the ass Henry needs to finally be able to amount to something. i mean he's been pretty wasted in the WWE so far. this will hopefully freshen him up

I don't know, I really liked his ECW title reign. Probably the best ECW champion since it's reformation (in my opinion, of course). It was awesome though... how often can you say RAW ended with... Mark Henry's theme?

Anyone have thoughts on the new ECW wrestlers?

Yoshi seems like he could be good, sadly WWE has a tendency to misuse Asian talent and make them into jokes (Kung Fu Naki, Jimmy Wang Yan, Kai-en-Tai eventually).

Abraham Washington's show was god awful, just terrible. I feel bad for the guy being dumped into this really awful gimmick, because that's what it is. No one could make that entertaining, and he seemed really awkward with it and out of place.

Sheamus looked good I thought. He's the whitest guy ever but I've been waiting to see his debut for a while now, should be interesting. Plus he has one of my new favorite entrance themes... that's a neat sounding track.

Didn't see enough of the Tyler Reks yet obviously, he seemed pretty fluent of the mic though. Ryder was gold again in that segment.

On Monday morning Mexico City police officers found Lucha Mini stars, La Parkita and Espectrito II (both of them were the originals), dead in their hotel rooms. Parkita (real Name Alberto Perez Jimenez) and Espectrito II (real name Alejandro Perez Jimenez) were brothers (also both were brothers of Espectrito I) and were only 35 years old. The police have released that Parkita & Espectriro checked into their hotels after a show on Sunday night and were approached by two prostitutes. The two women spiked the lucha stars drinks and after they passed out stole all of their possessions. The two overdosed on the drugs the prostitutes spiked their drinks with. Police say that this M.O. matches that of a prostitute ring called "The Filtracion" (The Leak) who proposition men and then spike their drinks and then rob the men, but the spiked drinks usually don't kill (probably because of their size, it killed them). The police have retrieved finger prints from the scene and are confident they will find the two responsible which I truly hope they do. La Parkita and Espectrito II were both 2 of the pioneers of the Lucha Mini resurgence in the 90's as stars in both AAA and CMLL. Espectrito II has wrestled under many names and masks in his carer including Mini Mankind, Tarantula (while in the WWE shortly), and most recently as Guerrerito del Futuro. He lost his Espectrito mask to Octagoncito in 1997. La Parkita is considered by many to be one of of the best in-ring Minis in all of Lucha Libre and has been so for many years. Parkita has wrestled all over the world including Japan and the United States (most recently in CHIKARA Pro). Both had been wrestling on the INDY scene (mostly in Mexico City) recently wrestling for such groups as Los Bizarros, IWRG, Perros del Mal, and more. They will be missed. R.I.P. Parkita & Espectrito

Wow seriously? I think R-Truth has been total crap and WWE knows it and that's why they stopped pushing him. Botching moves, doing the same match over and over, just overall being unimpressive... He has not been impressing me at all, that's for sure. Sounds like they're giving him another chance with a different gimmick and since that won't work they'll release him after that.

They have been doing the Cena/Anyone who's champ feuds ever since Cena became this "Wrestling God" from what I actually heard in the crowd the last time I went to an event. I don't think anyone will be tired of Cena in a championship feud until the day comes when he finally makes the kids cry by changing alliances.

Seriously, in the way I see this, if Cena ever turns heel, the kids' reactions are going to be like the Montreal Screwjob reaction. I guarantee it.

But in honest here, Christian should get a taste of the Raw action. Him on ECW, yeah, he's the best one in that show, but here's the thing, he doesn't belong there. He belongs on Raw... or better than that, resurrect the old classic E+C... god I miss that team.

Some of the Rock's Best Lines

"You put his brain in a parakeet, ZING it'll fly backwards!"
"You like putting microphones up cow's rectums!"

Also, on R Truth, I guess I haven't noticed the botches since I haven't been able to watch Smackdown much lately, but the times I do watch his matches, they are usually great.

Looks like Edge may be out for a while

"In an update on the story we broke first exclusively here on WrestleZone.com last night, we can now confirm the injury to Edge at the WWE house show. He injured it about five minutes into the match and at this point the injury is believed to be a torn Achilles tendon.

As we noted in our initial report, Edge did get on the microphone and apologize to the fans for having to cut the match short. The spot the injury occured wasn't even really a spot. Edge just planted his foot wrong and went down with his leg at a bad angle.

That is actually quite a serious injury and will likely require surgery and a long period of down time for Edge. According to one source, the plan is to try and get the Unified tag-team titles, which Edge currently holds with Chris Jericho, onto the team of Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase - Legacy."

The initial diagnosis is a torn Achilles Tendon and he could be out till march 2010....

Great, wait til next year to see this guy... I hate when injuries happens to the legs and ankles, I mean, they're the most prone spot to get injured, I have the right to say because I run a lot and my knees are all bad and act up.

But, I hope if they're going to do something with the titles in where they're either gonna drop them to a different team or something like that, that they better do it right.

When DX had to stop because of HHH's injury, that was so stupid what they did with Michaels and the hammer. "HHH's lives amongst Michaels through the hammer... The hammer is the key in bringing Rated-RKO down..." I hate that.

I've been found to hate much things lately in this, and yes I will admit I've stopped watching, but that doesn't mean I'm through with wrestling, I'm just saying that I stopped watching it because there's nothing good on the show anyways.

But still, sad to hear that about Edge, and he's one of the good ones we want to keep.

(Yes, folks, I'm back. Deployment is 2 days from being over, and i decided to celebrate by coming back to teh forums)

Onto business, sucks that Edge is going to be out till next year. He's the one heel I love to hate, and with him out of the picture, the only good heels on Smackdown now are Jericho and Punk(?) Here's hoping a speedy recovery for him. Speaking of Punk, I personally can't wait to see how he is going to approach his new heel gimmick on SD! I went back to some of his old ROH days. "Straightedge, and better than you" Classic. This feud between him and Hardy is going to be one for the books, I think.

Onto ECW, Tommy Dreamer and Christian had better set up to be a good program. With Dreamer's retirement still lingering and Captain Charisma still wanting the championship back, this could be good. As faras the new talent goes, I haven't gotten to watch them in action yet, but I would really like to as soon as I get back onto dry land.

On RAW, can someone PLEASE take Cena and HHH out of the title picture indef.? Orton is probably one of my favorite heel champions of all time, because he strives so hard to be hated so much. Mark Henry could possibly step up into the top face spot, but I have a really hard time seeing him as possibly the WWE Champion. :S

who would you rather have in the title picture instead? there's like NOBODY else on Raw who deserves to be in the title picture! Orton would have nobody to have matches with, cept Henry. and i sure as hell wouldn't want to see Evan Bourne of Jack Swagger get title shots. MVP maybe. if you take out the two top title contenders, Trips and Cena, there's nobody good left. Edit: sorry, forgot the Big Show
