I don't buy that anyone in WWE actually said anything of the sort to MVP because it's so ludicrous. Unless they were fresh out of college and had no experience as a wrestler or wrestling fan. Shelton will quite frankly never be as good as MVP is at any stage in their careers; MVP is almost psychologically perfect by WWE standards and he's a total heat machine. Shelton can jump high. Yay.

Did anybody else see HBK land face first on the mat outside.
Going back to the Jericho/Punk thing, another reason why Jericho should beat Punk for the belt is that the momentum is just perfect. JBL has had several title matches and he's just sort of stale in that spot, and same for Batista. Jericho feels like a fresh big time heel, and after having a main event feud with Shawn Michaels the next logical step is a world title feud.
As for his matches with Punk, I can picture maybe three title matches on straight pay-per-views, with the first two being one fall to a finish matches and the last one maybe a submission match. We haven't seen one in a while.

yes, but i didn't see his "alleged" injury he was suppossed to have suffered, he looked fine by all accounts to me!
and how funny was it to see CM Punk completely embarass Orton? i thought it was great to see Punk put Orton in his place. i'd love to see Punk kick Orton's ass! and though i despise Orton with a passion, he did make valid points with regards to Beth Phoenix, Saninto Marella and Cody Rhodes and Teddy Jr.
and Zent, it would be cool to see Jericho and Punk feud between three ppvs, a nice refreshing change from what we've been seeing, let's hope it comes about. now if only Smackdown could put together a decent feud that would equally be as exciting

Yeah I dig Kendricks new gimmick totally like Old Shawn Michaels and Brian Pillman . And did just kind of get back up but its to bad he injured his bicep he should take it easy for once!

^^ Brock Lesnar should still be kissing Vince McMahon's ass to this very day. If it wasn't for who he was in the wwe, there'd be no way in hell that a guy, with only 3 (THREE, III, Tres) MMA matches would be facing one of the most celebrated fighters in MMA history for a major heavyweight title.
now that my Lesnar rant is over, here's hoping he gets turned into a pretzel.

He won't. Couture's bread and butter is greco. Lesnar's bread and butter is freestyle, and he's HUGE, while Couture has never been a big heavyweight. Couture got owned by Barnett and Ricco, neither of whom are remotely as good of a pure wrestler as Lesnar is. And Couture doesn't have the standup skills to stop Lesnar barrelling though him, so-so boxing isn't going to cut it. Lesnar is going ragdoll Couture like a bitch and smash his face to pieces, and there is nothing that Couture can do to prevent it. And I will lol because it's what Couture deserves for the bullshit he's pulled lately.
Then Lesnar will get twisted into a pretzel when he fights Nogueira in his first defense.

I thought last nights show was pretty good.
AJ's promo was awesome.
His match with CC was great but I really hated the ending.
And love the whole Sting thing.

Yeah I wonder what role Jeff Jerret will play in this Double J Double E Double F ha ha jk. I like Stings new deal its really cool. I wonder where Big Kev stands on it. Someone mentioned something about the whole story thing with WCW like the New Bloods and Millionaires Club. But I think it could work out better in TNA

i disagree, the last thing TNA needs to do is recycle more ideas from WCW that didn't work then, and wouldn't work now! TNA is so far above that

Just because it didn't work in WCW doesn't mean it won't work in TNA.
Look at the NWO in WCW that went great for them, then look at the NWO in WWE.

my point is that TNA needs to stop recycling ideas from other Feds and come up with something original for once, and i stand by what i said, it wouldn't work in TNA either, there's not enough good talent in TNA to pull of such a storyline
