I found this a joke what wwe has to say about Morishima.
Just looks at some of the people they hired.
Regarding Takeshi Morishima's dark matches for WWE last week, the reviews weren't too positive. Or rather, the problem seems to be with his physical appearance.
Dave Meltzer said on Wrestling Observer Live last night that a number of officials were put off by Morishima's appearance, as he's quite rotund. Some of them even thought Morishima disrespected his tryout by showing up in lackluster shape. Morishima is a big guy as he's billed at 320 pounds.
Meltzer also heard pretty much what Jim Ross wrote on his blog on Saturday regarding Morishima as he said he needs to hit the gym and work on his athletic conditioning. On Morishima, Ross wrote: "I haven’t heard a word about how well his matches went. I watched his match in Moline and it was o.k. Not bad, not great. It looks like Morishima might want to focus on his athletic conditioning and hit the gym more frequently. I am not being negative here only realistic. Morishima has "something" that seems like it might be worth exploring. I like his timing and there is no doubt potential with this young man."
In addition to this, if WWE were to bring him in, they would have to deal with a number of stringent political issues with NOAH officials because his side wants him to get some exposure in North America while still being their guy, then bring him back to Japan to carry the company after hopefully attaining stardom with the biggest wrestling company in the world. Basically, WWE can't book him like a joke or make him look bad.
Right now, it's definitely not looking good for Morishima joining WWE.

Man, sucks bad for Cena. I don't like the guy much more than any of you, but nobody deserves a neck injury and to miss out on a year of doing something that he obviously loves. Here's hoping for a speedy recovery and a return as a heel.

It's the risks of wrestling. I know he will come back stronger again but he should take more time on his recovery period.

Yeah, Cena getting injured sucks cause love him or hate him, he makes more than probably any of us will, and he's happy doing his job. But on the other hand, it will def. open the title picture up cause we know Cena would've been champ by years end. Who knows? Personally, I would mark out for a Mysterio vs. Punk title match. :D EDIT: Good Goddess I can't spell for shit.
Nobody wants Cena to be injured, but if he HAS to be hurt, than at least it would be nice to have him out for a good year.
Oh well it's a shame he'll be coming back sooner than expected. Personally I think it would actually be good for business, because as long as Cena's on RAW, CM Punk NEVER actually looks like a world champion. It's like when Benoit was the world champion, but Triple H and Shawn Michaels were still the stars so it hardly mattered.
This way, Punk is hurt as champion, and the title belt also suffers. I haven't really felt like Punk's THE CHAMP so far, to be honest. From getting beaten up, kept away from main events and losing non title matches, he actually looks kinda weaker than before. I read that's Vince's philosophy to get the crowd behind a fluke world champion, and I guess it may work.

CM Punk is much more popular than you think.
I hope every pro wrestler who wrestles a style which is detrimental to the credibility of pro wrestling gets injured. I'd rather they just change the way they wrestled. But otherwise, I sincerely hope they all suffer career ending injuries. Cena is one of those wrestlers. So I hope he either recovers perfectly and wrestles a more respectable style than what he has been, or that his neck is so destroyed that he's finished.
...And let's face it, he's not going to wrestle respectably...
...So I hope he can never take another bump again without dying.

what you said is exactly the reason Stone Cold Steve Austin retired from wrestling, due to his neck injuries, and which is why Kurt Angle should walk away from wrestling before he injures himself permanently

Wade Keller is reporting that Mick Foley has agreed to terms with TNA and will debut as soon as he is contractually free to do so. His WWE contract expires within days.
Foley's TNA deal was worked out with help from Spike TV, which may have subsidized the contract. He may end up being involved in other Spike TV projects.
Foley was dropped from WWE storylines once WWE learned that he was unhappy and likely not renewing his deal and instead interested in signing with TNA. While there's been a lot of buzz about Foley in the locker room among wrestlers, the management team had been quiet about it and perhaps largely out of the loop, but were hopeful Dixie Carter was getting the deal done.

Shibata, that is probably the most hateful thing i've ever heard anyone say about a professional wrestler. I look at it like this:
These guys are doing something they love to do, and lets face it. They make more money than most of us probably ever will. And the kicker is..they're happy when they go to work every day! How many of us can honestly say that? I know I can't. I would rather be in the ring than sitting in my office any day of the week. I hope Cena has a speedy recovery and get get back to work doing what he's passionate about.
As for Mick Foley, wow...I did not see that one coming...I knew Foley was leaving, but after such a successful career in WWE, jumping ship like that just throws everything out of the loop. *shrugs* No idea how they'll use him there, but this should be the last WWE star TNA should get so they don't bury the homegrown guys.

I think I know how popular CM Punk is. He's just not as popular as John Cena, and my main point was that he wasn't getting booked right. What you said has nothing to do with what I said, unless you meant Punk is popular BACKSTAGE, as in with Vince and the boys. And again, he's definately not as popular as Cena.

(TNA) TNA Contracts Set To Expire; Christian Cage & Sting's Status
Christian Cage, Sting, Team 3D, and Kevin Nash contract with TNA expires before the end of this year. Sting's contract is believed to be near finalization with an extension, as he has stated in the past that he would not appear on television unless his contract has been renewed. He appeared at the TV tapings this week.
The door is still open for a Christian Cage WWE return according to sources within the company. He left on good terms and would be able to make his return with a storyline involving Edge. He has told friends that he's happy with his current situation in TNA, which is what he told people regarding WWE before his departure.
* so, perhaps not just a WWE return by Gail Kim? *

I don't hate Cena. I hate the way his matches are worked. Like I said, I'd much prefer if he just started wrestling more respectably than having his career end with an injury. But I have zero tolerance for pro wrestling like that. I know he doesn't get to choose how he wrestles too because he's only doing what he's told. But I don't have any sympathy for anyone willing to sacrifice pro wrestling's cred for a personal payday.
I don't care how popular it is or how much money that type of wrestling makes. I hate it. I HATE it. And I want as much of it gone as possible, one way or the other.
I wish they would change the WWE Championship back to the way it used to look like. It looks like Lil Jon just took a huge dump all over it and added a spinner. I really hate that thing. I don't even remember what the old one looked like anymore.

Personally I'd like to see three championships being revived.
The European title on Raw.. I can see D'lo feuding with Regal for this
The Cruiserweight title on Smackdown...
The Hardcore title on ECW.. Just give it to Dreamer or release the guy, It's pitiful that he is jobbing.
